FIG. 2d is a cross-sectional view of the first facer of FIG. 2B taken along the direction B-B; fig. 2e is an enlarged view of the area of the first mask F shown in fig. 2 d. As shown in fig. 1 a-2 e, the lighting device comprises a first visor 1 and a first lamp panel 2.
Specifically, the first mask 1 has a first surface 11 and a second surface 21 which are oppositely arranged, the first mask 1 has a first accommodating part 110 extending along the thickness direction thereof, and the opening of the first accommodating part 110 faces away from the second surface 21. The first receiving portion 110 has a first bottom wall 112 and a first sidewall 111, and the first sidewall 111 is stepped. Regarding the aperture of the first accommodating portion 110, the aperture d2 near the first bottom wall 112 is not greater than the aperture d1 far away from the first bottom wall 112, that is, the aperture d2 near the first bottom wall 112 is less than or equal to the aperture d1 far away from the first bottom wall 112, and those skilled in the art can set the sizes of d1 and d2 according to actual needs, and are not limited specifically herein. First lamp plate 2 includes first base plate 22 and a plurality of luminescence unit 23, and the edge of first base plate 22 is fixed mutually with the step face of first lateral wall 111, and a plurality of luminescence unit 23 set up in the one side that first base plate 22 is close to first diapire 112. The first face mask 1 is made of a transparent material, and the transparent material can be glass, plastic and various transparent composite materials with good light transmittance. The light emitting unit 22 may be an LED light source.
In this embodiment, since the first cover 1 has the first accommodating portion 110 extending along the thickness direction thereof, the first sidewall 111 of the first accommodating portion 110 is stepped, the edge of the first substrate 22 of the first lamp panel 2 is fixed to the stepped surface of the first sidewall 111, and the plurality of light emitting units 23 are disposed on the side of the first substrate 22 close to the first bottom wall 112. A part of the light emitted from the light emitting unit 22 is emitted from the first bottom wall 112 of the first housing portion 110, and the other part of the light is emitted from the first bottom wall 112 after being reflected after being irradiated to the side wall 111 of the first housing portion 110. Therefore, since the caliber d2 of the first accommodating portion 110 close to the first bottom wall 112 is not greater than the caliber d1 far from the first bottom wall 112, that is, the stepped first sidewall 111 of the first accommodating portion 110 limits the light emitting angle of the light emitting unit 22, that is, the stepped first sidewall 111 of the first accommodating portion 110 gathers light, the light emitting device has a narrower light emitting surface.
