Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6b, the embodiment of the present application provides a waste box assembly of a toilet bowl, which includes a waste box 1, a waste pipe 2 and a sealing member.
Wherein, the pollution discharge box 1 is provided with a pollution discharge inlet 13 and a pollution discharge outlet 14, the pollution discharge pipe 2 is arranged in the pollution discharge box 1, and the inlet end 21 of the pollution discharge pipe 2 is sleeved with the pollution discharge inlet 13, so that the pollution discharge pipe 2 can rotate to switch between a pollution discharge state (as shown in fig. 6 b) and a water seal state (as shown in fig. 6 a). Specifically, the sewage discharge pipe 2 can rotate relative to the sewage discharge inlet 13, when the sewage discharge pipe 2 rotates to a sewage discharge state, sewage of the toilet can flow into the sewage discharge pipe 2 from the inlet end 21 of the sewage discharge pipe 2 after passing through the sewage discharge inlet 13, flow out from the outlet end of the sewage discharge pipe 2 after passing through the sewage discharge pipe 2, and finally flow out from the sewage discharge outlet 14 of the sewage discharge box 1, so that the sewage discharge of the toilet is realized; when the sewage discharge pipe 2 rotates to a water sealing state, water in the closestool can not flow out through the sewage discharge pipe 2, but is retained in the closestool to realize water sealing, and an odor isolation effect is achieved.
A sealing member is provided between the inlet end 21 of the soil pipe 2 and the soil inlet 13 to seal a gap between the inlet end 21 of the soil pipe 2 and the soil inlet 13 to prevent leakage at the gap. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the sealing member includes a sealing ring 3 and an elastic member 4, the sealing ring 3 includes a first sealing portion 31, the first sealing portion 31 is annular, and the first sealing portion 31 abuts against one of the inlet end 21 of the soil pipe 2 and the soil inlet 13 by the elastic force of the annular elastic member 4.
The sealing member comprises a sealing ring 3 and an elastic member 4, a first sealing part 31 of the sealing ring 3 is subjected to elastic extrusion force of the elastic member 4, and the first sealing part 31 can be abutted against one of the inlet end 21 of the sewage discharge pipe 2 and the sewage discharge inlet 13 under the action of the elastic extrusion force so as to realize the sealing connection of the first sealing part 31 and the inlet end 21 of the sewage discharge pipe 2 or the sewage discharge inlet 13. Even if the first sealing part 31 is abraded in the rotation process of the sewage discharge pipe 2, the sealing function can still be achieved through the pre-tightening function of the elastic part 4, so that the service life of the sealing part is long, and the sealing reliability and stability can be kept for a long time; in addition, because of the pretension effect of the elastic element 4, the magnitude of interference of sealing between the first sealing part 31 and the inlet end 21 of the sewage discharge pipe 2 or the sewage discharge inlet 13 does not need to be too large, so that the friction force received by the first sealing part 31 when the sewage discharge pipe 2 rotates is reduced, the rotation driving force required by the sewage discharge pipe 2 is small, the smooth rotation of the sewage discharge pipe 2 is facilitated, the abrasion of the first sealing part 31 is small, and the service life of the sealing element is prolonged.
