Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of liquid microwave heating and sterilizing devices, and relates to a device for heating and sterilizing liquid flowing in an orderly manner in a closed device by utilizing the microwave thermal effect and the non-thermal effect.

With the development of industries such as medical treatment, medicine, food, environmental protection and the like in China, the liquid sterilization technology is widely applied. The working principle of the liquid microwave heating sterilization device is as follows: quantitatively delivering the stock solution into a heating box by using a stock solution quantitative filling system; the stock solution flows through the heating box for the second time according to the set flow rate; the stock solution flowing through the heating box achieves the purpose of heating and sterilization under the action of microwave thermal effect and non-thermal effect.
The heating box consists of a top plate, a bottom plate, a left side plate, a right side plate, a front panel, a rear panel and partition plates in the box, and is of a six-face box body structure; the top plate of the heating box is provided with an exhaust valve, and the bottom plate of the heating box is provided with a sewage discharge pipe; a stock solution filling hole is formed in the left side plate of the heating box, and a sterilizing solution output hole is formed in the right side plate; the microwave transmitter mounting holes and the support are arranged on the surfaces of the front panel and the rear panel, and the temperature sensor mounting holes are arranged on the plate of the rear panel; the microwave transmitter mounting hole is arranged between the partition plates; the heating box is internally provided with a liquid channel which is positioned between the partition plate and the partition plate in the box, is in a continuous rectangular wave shape, and is provided with liquid flowing ports at the upper end and the lower end of the liquid channel.

5. The box body support is composed of a stand column, a support and a foot margin flange, is respectively positioned on one side of a front panel and one side of a rear panel of the heating box, and is connected with a support of the heating box.
6. The electric control system realizes the systematic control of the filling amount and the flowing speed of the stock solution, the system pressure and temperature, the microwave heating time and the intensity according to the technological requirements of the liquid microwave heating sterilization device.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
