Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing the composition and operation of an embodiment of a positive/negative ion generator for vehicles according to the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a schematic composition diagram of an embodiment of an air conditioner for vehicles according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
First, it should be noted that the following will describe, by way of example, the composition, configuration, features and advantages of the vehicular positive and negative ion generator, the vehicular air conditioner, and the vehicle, etc. according to the present invention, but it should be understood that all the descriptions are given for illustrative purposes only and thus should not be construed as forming any limitation to the present invention. In this document, the technical term "connected" encompasses components that are directly connected and/or indirectly connected to one another, and the technical terms "front", "back", "inner", "outer", derivatives thereof, and the like, which are intended to be associated with the orientation in the drawings, and the present invention may assume various alternative orientations, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Furthermore, to any single feature described or implicit in an embodiment or shown or implicit in the drawings, the utility model still allows any combination or permutation to continue between the features (or their equivalents) without any technical impediment, thus achieving more other embodiments of the utility model that may not be directly mentioned herein. In addition, for simplicity of the drawings, identical or similar parts and features may be indicated in the same drawing only in one or several places.
Referring first to fig. 1, there is shown a basic configuration of an embodiment of a vehicle positive/negative ion generator according to the present invention, which can be applied to a vehicle air conditioner to improve air quality in a vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle positive and negative ion generator 100 may have three parts, i.e., an ionizer module 10, a positive ion emitting module 11 and a negative ion emitting module 12, which are separately arranged, and the positive ion emitting module 11 and the negative ion emitting module 12 may be connected to the ionizer module 10 through wires 30 and arranged at different positions spaced apart from each other, respectively, as desired.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, the ionizer module 10 may be mounted in a housing 20 of the air conditioner 200 for a vehicle, for example, by fixing members such as snaps, screws, etc., and may be installed at a middle position of the housing 20 or any other suitable position. The ionizer module 10 may comprise a control circuit and a high voltage conversion module, which in operation may generate a positive high voltage and a negative high voltage, by which positive ions, negative ions, respectively, may be generated by ionizing air via the discharge electrodes. Alternatively, the ionizer module 10 may generate positive and negative high voltages of, for example, about 2000V, and then supply them to the positive ion emitting module 11 and the negative ion emitting module 12, respectively, to generate corresponding positive ions and negative ions, respectively.
As for the positive ion emitting module 11, it may be disposed between the air intake 21 and the air conditioner screen 23 of the vehicle air conditioner 200, and the positive ion emitting module 11 is connected to the ionizer module 10 via the wire 30 and ionizes air by positive high voltage to generate positive ions thereat. Therefore, the negative influence of the positive ions can be effectively eliminated, and the positive effects of the positive ions on sterilization and virus killing in the vehicle air conditioner and the vehicle can be exerted to the maximum extent, so that the air entering the vehicle is high-quality healthy air subjected to the positive ion sterilization treatment.
Although the positive ions themselves have some side effects on the human body, in the above example, since the positive ions output from the positive ion emitting module 11 are located upstream of the air-conditioning screen 23 in the air flowing direction as shown by the arrow in fig. 2, the redundant positive ions after air sterilization will be captured and eliminated by the downstream air-conditioning screen 23 and the evaporator 24, so that it is difficult to reach passengers further downstream, and thus the above arrangement can play a good role of a barrier.
As for the negative ion emitting module 12, it may be disposed separately from the positive ion emitting module 11 in the vehicular air conditioner 200, for example, as shown in fig. 2, and the negative ion emitting module 12 may be optionally disposed between the outlet vent 22 and the evaporator 24 of the vehicular air conditioner 200. Of course, the present invention also allows the anion emission module 12 to be installed at any other suitable location in the vehicle air conditioner 200 to sufficiently meet the needs of various applications. The negative ion emitting module 12 may be connected to the ionizer module 10 via a wire 30 and ionizes air by negative high voltage to generate positive ions.
In the vehicular air conditioner 200, unlike the arrangement adopted by the above positive ion emitting module 11, the negative ion emitting module 12 may be optionally arranged at a position relatively closest to the human body, because the negative ions themselves are also easily absorbed by materials such as a screen, a core, plastics, etc., and in order to be able to retain the amount of negative ions to the maximum, the negative ion emitting module 12 may be arranged at a position downstream in the air flow direction of the vehicular air conditioner as much as possible.
Alternatively, a metal emitting anode and a metal ground may be provided inside the positive ion emitting module 11 to ionize air by electrode discharge at a positive high pressure to generate corresponding positive ions. Also, a metal emitting cathode and a metal ground may be provided inside the negative ion emitting module 12 to ionize air to generate corresponding negative ions by electrode discharge at a negative high voltage. However, it should be understood that, in some embodiments, two or more electrodes may be disposed in the positive ion emission module 11 and the negative ion emission module 12 for performing electrode discharge to generate positive ions or negative ions.
According to the technical scheme of the utility model, the vehicle air conditioner is further provided, wherein the vehicle positive and negative ion generator designed and provided according to the utility model is arranged, and the vehicle positive and negative ion generator is exemplarily shown in fig. 2. As described above, according to the present invention, the positive ion emitting module and the negative ion emitting module are innovatively arranged separately from the ion generator module as the main body, and a large-scale and flexible installation layout can be supported by matching with a wire, so that the respective characteristics of the positive and negative ions are fully utilized to obtain the maximum benefit, and the air quality of the vehicle air conditioner and the air quality in the vehicle are significantly improved.
In addition, according to the technical scheme of the utility model, a vehicle is further provided, and the vehicle air conditioner designed and provided according to the utility model can be configured on the vehicle, namely the vehicle positive and negative ion generator according to the utility model is arranged in the vehicle air conditioner, so that the outstanding advantages of the utility model, such as those mentioned above, can be utilized, the health of users can be better protected, and the competitiveness of vehicle products can be improved. It should be understood that vehicles according to the present invention may include, but are not limited to, numerous types such as fuel powered vehicles, electric only vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and the like.
The vehicle positive/negative ion generator, the vehicle air conditioner and the vehicle according to the present invention have been explained in detail above by way of examples only, which are provided only for illustrating the principle of the present invention and the embodiments thereof, not for limiting the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications and improvements without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, all equivalents are intended to be included within the scope of this invention and defined in the claims which follow.
