The shower head according to claim 6, wherein a groove is formed in a surface of the joint facing the bidirectional ratchet, an elastic arm is arranged on a side wall surface of the groove, the elastic column is arranged at a tail end of the elastic arm, and one end of the elastic column, which is close to the bidirectional ratchet, can extend out of the groove.
8. The shower head of claim 6 wherein the resilient post has a guide surface at an end thereof adjacent to the retaining hole, the resilient post snapping into the retaining hole along the guide surface.
9. The shower head of claim 5 wherein a water inlet passage is provided in said fitting, said water inlet passage communicating with said waterway switching chamber.
10. A showerhead comprising the showerhead of any one of claims 1-9.
