A sealing gasket 44 is arranged between the rotating sheet 42 and the fixed sheet 41, a first spring 45 is arranged below the rotating sheet 42, one end of the first spring 45 is abutted to the second water passing piece 13, so that the rotating sheet 42 is abutted to the fixed sheet 41 through the other end of the first spring, the rotating sheet 42 and the fixed sheet 41 are positioned in the vertical direction, a good sealing effect is achieved, and water channeling is prevented. The rotating rod 43 is disposed in the guiding hole 126 of the first water passing member 12 and received by the hollow seat 125, and a first rotation stopping protrusion 431 and a second rotation stopping protrusion 432 are respectively formed at two ends thereof. The first rotation stopping protrusion 431 passes through the yielding hole 414 of the fixing plate 41, is inserted into the rotation stopping matching hole 422 of the rotating plate 42 to be matched with the rotation stopping protrusion, so that the rotation stopping matching of the rotating rod 43 and the rotating plate 42 is realized, and the rotating plate 42 is driven to rotate relative to the fixing plate 41. In this way, the diversion switching of the waterway can be realized by driving the rotating rod 43 to rotate by a corresponding angle (90 ° in this embodiment).
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, in order to simplify the structure, the water diversion assembly 40 is disposed in the body 10, so that the structure of the water outlet device is compact, and the water outlet pipe 51 with a small pipe diameter can be used. In other embodiments, the water diversion assembly 40 of this embodiment may also be configured as an integrated water diversion valve core, and a water passage with a corresponding structure is correspondingly arranged in the first water passing member 12, so that the water passage corresponds to the water inlet and the water outlet of the water diversion valve core, and the corresponding water diversion operation is realized through the valve rod.
The water outlet member 50 is rotatably connected to the body 10 and is communicated with the second water outlet channel, so as to guide the water flow of the second water outlet channel out of the water outlet device for use by a user. Furthermore, the water outlet member 50 is still connected with the rotating member in a rotation stopping manner to drive the rotating member to rotate relative to the fixing member, so that the water diversion switching of the first water outlet channel and the second water outlet channel is realized by operating the water outlet member 50.
The water outlet member 50 of this embodiment includes a water outlet pipe 51 and a water outlet joint 52, which are fixedly connected to each other and together form a water outlet channel 53 communicating with the second water outlet channel, and a second water outlet 54 is formed at the end of the water outlet channel 53. The water outlet pipe 51 and the water outlet connector 52 rotate relative to the body 10, and the end part of the water outlet connector 52 far away from the water outlet pipe 51 is inserted into the shell 11 and is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the first water passing piece 12.
With reference to fig. 16-17, a specific configuration of the water outlet connector 52 is shown. The end of the water outlet connector 52 is formed with a rotation stopping matching groove 521, the end of the rotating rod 43 far away from the rotating sheet 42 is inserted into the water outlet connector 52, and the second rotation stopping protrusion 432 is connected with the rotation stopping matching groove 521 in a rotation stopping manner, so that the rotating rod 43 and the rotating sheet 42 are driven to rotate relative to the body 10 when the water outlet member 50 rotates relative to the body 10. In addition, the water inlet end of the water outlet joint 52 is further provided with a rotation limiting block 522, which is slidably disposed in the rotation limiting groove 121 formed on the first water passing member 12 and is matched with the two ends of the rotation limiting groove 121 in a stopping manner, so as to limit the rotation direction and the rotation stroke of the water outlet joint 52 relative to the body 10, and enable a user to operate the water outlet joint more easily.
In this embodiment, a water passing gap 433 is formed between the water outlet joint 52 and the rotating rod 43, and is used for communicating the second water outlet channel with the water outlet channel 53, so as to allow water to flow into the water outlet channel 53 of the water outlet member 50 through the second water outlet channel. In addition, the water outlet pipe 51 and the water outlet connector 52 can be fixedly connected through ultrasonic welding, buckling, screwing by threads and the like. The outlet pipe 51 is provided with a bubbler 55 at the second water outlet 54, so that the second water outlet 54 has a bubbling water outlet effect of a conventional faucet.
Further, the outlet pipe 51 is a bent pipe of a substantially inverted U shape, and has the following configuration: when the water inlet path is communicated with the second water outlet path, that is, when the first water outlet 143 does not discharge water, and the second water outlet 54 discharges water, the projection of the water outlet pipe 51 on the horizontal plane covers the projection of the first water outlet 143 on the horizontal plane, as shown in fig. 6. Therefore, the water outlet pipe 51 can also prevent dust from scattering and accumulating at the first water outlet 143 when the first water outlet 143 is not in use, so as to play a certain dustproof role.
The working principle of the water outlet device of the embodiment is described below with reference to fig. 5 to 8:
the user opens the handle 32 of the water switching assembly 30 and adjusts the handle to a proper position, the cold water inflow and the hot water inflow enter the water mixing valve core 31 through the second water passing piece 13 from the water inlet pipe assembly 20, and the inflow water flows into the water diversion cavity 122 of the first water passing piece 12 through the second water passing piece 13 after being mixed in a certain proportion. At this time, according to the different circumferential positions of the water outlet pipe 51 relative to the body 10, the water flows out from different water outlets of the water outlet device. When the water outlet pipe 51 is located at the position shown in fig. 5, the third water passing hole 421 on the rotary sheet 42 is aligned with the first water passing hole 411, the water flow of the water inlet channel enters the first water passage 123, and is sprayed out from the first water outlet 143 after passing through the constant flow element 60 and the flow guide channel 141, so as to form mouthwash for a user to rinse the mouth; when the water outlet pipe 51 rotates 90 degrees along a certain direction relative to the body 10, the water outlet pipe moves to the position shown in fig. 6, the rotating rod 43 and the rotating sheet 42 rotate together with the water outlet pipe 51 and the water outlet connector 52, the third water passing hole 421 on the rotating sheet 42 aligns with the second water passing hole 412, the water flow of the water inlet path enters the second water passage 124 and is sprayed out from the second water outlet 54 after passing through the flow gap and the water outlet passage 53 (and the bubbler 55 arranged thereon) to form bubble water for daily use of a user. After the user finishes using, the handle 32 of the water switch assembly 30 is closed, and the water outlet of any water outlet can be closed.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 21-23, the present embodiment provides a more optimized water outlet device. the water inlet channel, the first water outlet channel and the second water outlet channel are defined in the body; the water outlet is communicated with the first water outlet channel, and the water outlet direction is inclined upwards;
the water diversion assembly is arranged in the body and comprises a fixed piece fixedly connected to the body and a rotating piece rotating relative to the fixed piece so as to enable the water inlet path to be communicated with the first water outlet path and the second water outlet path in a switching manner;
the water outlet part is rotatably connected with the body and communicated with the second water outlet channel; the water outlet piece is also in rotation stopping connection with the rotating piece to drive the rotating piece to rotate relative to the fixing piece.
