As shown in fig. 4, a preferred embodiment of an arc striking assembly of the arc extinguishing mechanism comprises a first arc striking plate 23-2, a second arc striking plate 23-1 and a connecting plate 23-3 connected between the first arc striking plate 23-2 and the second arc striking plate 23-1; the first arc striking piece 23-2 and the second arc striking piece 23-1 respectively comprise an arc striking bottom plate and two arc striking side walls which are respectively positioned at two sides of one end of the arc striking bottom plate, the arc striking bottom plate is arranged at one side of the corresponding arc extinguishing chamber and extends from the inlet end of the arc extinguishing chamber to the other end far away from the movable contact assembly, the two arc striking side walls are oppositely arranged at two sides of the inlet end of the arc extinguishing chamber, the two arc striking side walls are respectively connected with the side edges at two sides of one end of the arc striking bottom plate, and the arc striking side walls can increase the magnetic blowing capacity of an electric arc area and further push electric arcs to move towards the arc extinguishing chamber; the outer side of the preferred arc striking side wall is wrapped by an insulating layer which can be insulating plastic made of gas generating materials, the insulating layer can isolate electric arcs, and the electric arcs are further pushed to move towards the arc extinguishing chamber through gas flow by generating gas at high temperature through the insulating plastic. Namely, the arc striking bottom plate of the first arc striking plate 23-2 is arranged at one side of the first arc extinguishing chamber and extends from the inlet end of the first arc extinguishing chamber to the other end far away from the moving contact assembly, and two arc striking side walls of the first arc striking plate 23-2 are oppositely arranged at two sides of the inlet end of the first arc extinguishing chamber; the arc striking bottom plate of the second arc striking plate 23-1 is arranged on one side of the second arc extinguishing chamber and extends from the inlet end of the second arc extinguishing chamber to the other end far away from the moving contact assembly, and two arc striking side walls of the second arc striking plate 23-1 are oppositely arranged on two sides of the inlet end of the second arc extinguishing chamber.
The arc striking bottom plate is parallel to arc extinguishing grid pieces corresponding to the arc extinguishing chambers, the arc striking side wall is perpendicular to the arc striking bottom plate, the plane where the connecting plate 23-3 is located is perpendicular to the arc striking bottom plate and is parallel to the arc striking side wall, the arc striking assembly is convenient to assemble on the lower side of the contact rotating shaft 6, and the arc striking assembly is integrally bent and formed and can be formed by welding a plurality of elements.
As shown in fig. 2, in the circuit breaker of this embodiment, an operating element 1 is disposed at one end of a housing, an incoming line terminal 13-1 and an outgoing line terminal 13-2 are disposed at the other end of the housing, an end surface on which the operating element 1 is disposed is an operating surface, an end surface on which the incoming line terminal 13-1 and the outgoing line terminal 13-2 are disposed is an incoming line end surface, an overload protection device 11 and a contact rotating shaft 6 are disposed in parallel in the middle of the housing, a lever 3, a first stationary contact 8-1 and a first arc extinguishing mechanism are disposed in parallel and between the operating surface and the contact rotating shaft 6, the lever 3 is disposed between the operating element 1 and the contact rotating shaft 6, and a second stationary contact 8-2, a second arc extinguishing mechanism and a short-circuit protection device 10 are disposed in parallel and between the contact rotating shaft 6 and the incoming line end surface. The first static contact 8-1, the short-circuit protection device 10 and the incoming line terminal 13-1 are sequentially arranged along the direction from the operating surface to the incoming and outgoing line end surface and are positioned at the upper side of the width direction of the shell, the operating element 1, the lever 3, the overload protection device 11, the second static contact 8-2 and the outgoing line terminal 13-2 are sequentially arranged along the direction from the operating surface to the incoming and outgoing line end surface and are positioned at the lower side of the width direction of the shell, and the first arc extinguishing mechanism, the contact rotating shaft 6 and the second arc extinguishing mechanism are sequentially arranged at the middle side of the width direction of the shell along the direction from the operating surface to the incoming and outgoing line end surface; the main circuit of the circuit breaker of the embodiment is electrically connected with the outlet terminal 13-2 through the inlet terminal 13-1, the short-circuit protection device 10, the first static contact 8-1, the moving contact 7, the second static contact 8-2, the overload protection device 11 in sequence. Certainly, as another embodiment, the positions and the connection sequence of the short-circuit protection device 10 and the overload protection device 11 may be interchanged, that is, the short-circuit protection device 10 and the contact rotating shaft 6 are arranged in parallel in the middle of the housing, and the second stationary contact 8-2, the second arc extinguishing mechanism, and the overload protection device 11 are arranged in parallel between the contact rotating shaft 6 and the end face of the incoming/outgoing line. As another embodiment, the positions of the incoming terminal 13-1 and the outgoing terminal 13-2 can be interchanged. According to the direction shown in fig. 2, the direction from the operation surface to the end surface of the incoming and outgoing lines is the longitudinal direction of the circuit breaker, the direction from the incoming terminal 13-1 to the outgoing terminal 13-2 is the width direction of the circuit breaker, and the direction perpendicular to the plane shown in fig. 2 is the thickness direction of the circuit breaker.
Preferably, a current sampling device 12-1 and/or a temperature sampling device 12-2 and the like are further arranged in the shell of the circuit breaker, the current sampling device 12-1 and/or the temperature sampling device 12-2 are connected with a signal port 21, sampling signals are transmitted to the outside through the signal port 21, and the signal port 21 is arranged on the end face of an incoming line and an outgoing line, and is preferably located between the incoming line terminal 13-1 and the outgoing line terminal 13-2. The current sampling device 12-1 is connected to the main loop, preferably, the current sampling device 12-1 is arranged near the end face of the incoming line and the outgoing line and is located between the incoming line terminal 13-1 and the short-circuit protection device 10, the current sampling device 12-1 of the embodiment adopts a mutual inductor, and certainly, the current sampling device can also be other circuit sampling devices such as a manganin shunt. The temperature sampling device 12-2 is arranged near the incoming line terminal 13-1 and the outgoing line terminal 13-2, the temperature sampling device 12-2 can adopt thermistors, the two thermistors are respectively arranged in close contact with the incoming line terminal 13-1 and the outgoing line terminal 13-2, and temperature sampling signals are transmitted through the signal port 2. The plug-in circuit breaker is reasonable in layout, is provided with the short-circuit protection device 10, the overload protection device 11, the current sampling device 12-1, the temperature sampling device 12-2 and the like, and meets more functional requirements in a limited space.
The invention also provides an improvement point that an indicating device is arranged in the circuit breaker and can indicate the tripping and opening state of the circuit breaker.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, in the first embodiment of the indicating device, the indicating device of the present embodiment includes an alarm indicating member 14 and a second elastic member, the alarm indicating member 14 is rotatably installed in the housing, the second elastic member acts on the alarm indicating member 14, the alarm indicating member 14 is provided with an alarm indicating surface 14-2, when the circuit breaker is tripped and opened, the snap fastener 5 and the latch fastener 4 are disengaged from each other, the snap fastener 5 or the latch fastener 4 drives the alarm indicating member 14 to rotate, so that the alarm indicating surface 14-2 corresponds to the indicating window 19, and the trip and open states of the circuit breaker can be indicated, so as to implement fault alarm. The snap fastener 5 or the locking fastener 4 can directly or indirectly drive the alarm indicator 14.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, in the second embodiment of the indicating device, the indicating device of this embodiment further includes a switching indicator 15 and a first elastic member on the basis of the first embodiment, the switching indicator 15 is rotatably installed in the housing, the first elastic member acts on the switching indicator 15, the switching indicator 15 is provided with a switching indicator surface 15-2, and when the circuit breaker is switched on or switched off, the operating member 1 or the operating mechanism or the contact rotating shaft 6 drives the switching indicator 15, so that the switching indicator surface 15-2 and the indicating window 19 correspondingly indicate the switching state.
Namely, when the circuit breaker is switched on, the operating part 1 or the operating mechanism or the contact rotating shaft 6 drives the switching-on/off indicating part 15 to rotate and compress the first elastic part, so that the switching-on indicating area of the switching-on/off indicating part surface 15-2 corresponds to the indicating window 19 to indicate that the circuit breaker is switched on, when the circuit breaker is switched off, the operating part 1 or the operating mechanism or the contact rotating shaft 6 and the switching-on/off indicating part 15 avoid the switching-on/off indicating part 15, and the first elastic part drives the switching-off indicating area of the switching-on/off indicating part 15 to correspond to the indicating window 19 to indicate that the circuit breaker is switched off; when the circuit breaker is switched on, the operating part 1 or the operating mechanism or the contact rotating shaft 6 avoids the switching-on indicating part 15, the first elastic part drives the switching-on indicating area of the switching-on and switching-off indicating part 15 to correspond to the indicating window 19 to indicate that the circuit breaker is switched on, and when the circuit breaker is switched off, the operating part 1 or the operating mechanism or the contact rotating shaft 6 drives the switching-on indicating part 15 to rotate and compress the first elastic part, so that the switching-off indicating area and the indicating window 19 correspond to indicate that the circuit breaker is switched off. The operating element 1 or the operating mechanism or the contact rotating shaft 6 can directly or indirectly drive the opening and closing indicating element 15.
It should be noted that the indication windows 19 corresponding to the opening and closing indicator 15 and the alarm indicator 14 may be the same window, may be two areas of one window, or may be two independent windows, all of which belong to the protection scope created by the present invention.
As a preferred embodiment, the rotation axes of the switching indicator 15 and the alarm indicator 14 are concentrically arranged and mounted on the same rotation shaft in the housing, the first elastic member and the second elastic member are the same elastic member, in this embodiment, the indication spring 22 is used, two sides of the indication spring 22 respectively act on the switching indicator 15 and the alarm indicator 14, and the indication spring 22 enables the switching indicator 15 and the alarm indicator 14 to be reset to the same side (in fig. 10, in a counterclockwise direction).
As shown in fig. 10-13, preferably, a first pivot portion is disposed in the middle of the switching indicator 15, one end of the first pivot portion is a first swing arm 15-1, the other end of the first pivot portion is a first indicator arm, an arc-shaped switching indicator surface 15-2 is disposed at an end of the first indicator arm, a switching indication area and a switching indication area are disposed on the switching indicator surface 15-2, and the switching indication area are in different colors or characters or symbols and are respectively used for indicating a switching state and a switching state. The middle part of the alarm indicating piece 14 is provided with a second pivot part, one end of the second pivot part is a second swing arm 14-3, the other end of the second pivot part is a second indicating arm, the end part of the second indicating arm is provided with an arc-shaped alarm indicating surface 14-2, and the alarm indicating surface 14-2 is provided with colors, characters or symbols for indicating tripping and opening states.
Preferably, the indicating spring 22 is installed between the first pivot portion and the second pivot portion. One of the first pivoting part and the second pivoting part is provided with a spring assembly groove 15-3, the other pivoting part is provided with a spring assembly boss, the spring assembly groove and the spring assembly boss are respectively provided with a pivoting hole for a rotating shaft to penetrate through, the indicating spring 22 is sleeved on the spring assembly boss, the spring assembly boss is correspondingly assembled in the spring assembly groove, and an elastic arm of the indicating spring 22 respectively acts on the opening and closing indicating member 15 and the alarm indicating member 14.
Preferably, the height of the closing indication area and the height of the opening indication area of the opening and closing indication part surface 15-2 are set to form a step structure, and the alarm indication surface 14-2 can rotatably shield the closing indication area or the opening indication area at the lower part of the step structure and is limited with the side wall of the step structure. When the breaker is tripped and is opened, the alarm indicating surface 14-2 shields a switching-on indicating area or a switching-off indicating area at the lower part of the step structure and corresponds to the indicating window 19.
When the circuit breaker is opened or closed, the lever 3 of the operating mechanism acts on the opening and closing indicator 15. Preferably, the lever 3 is provided with a first protrusion 3-2, when the circuit breaker is switched on, the first protrusion 3-2 of the lever 3 acts on the first swing arm 15-1 to rotate the switching-on/off indicating member 15, the switching-on/off indicating member 15 rotates clockwise, and the switching-on/off indicating member face 15-2 displays a switching-on state on the indicating window 19 (in this embodiment, the upper side represents a switching-off indicating area, and the lower side represents a switching-on indicating area); when the circuit breaker is opened, the first protrusion 3-2 of the lever 3 is separated from the first swing arm 15-1, the opening and closing indicating piece 15 is acted by the indicating spring 22, the opening and closing indicating piece surface 15-2 is reset and rotated, and the opening and closing indicating piece surface 15-2 displays the opening state on the indicating window 19.
When the fault tripping and the brake opening are carried out, the tripping part 5 and the locking part 4 are separated from each other by releasing the snap fit, and the tripping part 5 or the locking part 4 triggers the alarm indicator 14; the alarm indicating surface 14-2 of the alarm indicating piece 14 corresponds to the indicating window 19 to indicate that the circuit breaker belongs to the fault tripping opening. Preferably, the alarm indication surface 14-2 shields the opening and closing indication part surface 15-2, so that only alarm indication appears in the indication window 19 to warn the breaker to open due to faults.
Preferably, the indicating device further comprises a swing rod 16, a sliding block 17, a first return spring 16-1 and a second return spring 17-1, the swing rod 16 is rotatably arranged in the shell, the first return spring 16-1 acts on the swing rod 16, the sliding block 17 is slidably arranged in the shell, and the second return spring 17-1 acts on the sliding block 17; as shown in fig. 6 and 8, when the circuit breaker is switched on, the operating element 1 or the operating mechanism or the moving contact assembly can drive the slider 17 to move, so that the slider 17 drives the alarm indication surface 14-2 of the alarm indication member 14 to be far away from the indication window 19, and the slider 17 is limited by the swing rod 16, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, when the circuit breaker is switched off and switched off, the snap fastener 5 and the latch member 4 are disengaged, the snap fastener 5 or the latch member 4 pushes the swing rod 16 to move, so that the swing rod 16 is disengaged from the limit of the slider 17, the second return spring 17-1 drives the slider 17 to move, so that the alarm indication surface 14-2 of the alarm indication member 14 is driven by the indication spring 22 to be away from the indication window 19. As shown in fig. 11, when the circuit breaker is normally opened, the locking piece 4 and the tripping piece 5 keep in snap fit and rotate along with the contact rotating shaft 6, so that the swinging rod 16 cannot be touched, the sliding block 17 and the swinging rod 16 keep limited, and the sliding block 17 cannot reset.
In this embodiment, when the circuit breaker is switched on, the lever 3 of the operating mechanism drives the sliding block 17 to move, so that the sliding block 17 drives the alarm indication surface 14-2 of the alarm indication part 14 to be away from the indication window 19, the sliding block 17 is limited by the swing rod 16, the lever 3 is provided with the second protrusion 3-3 for driving the sliding block 17, the arrangement of the sliding block 17 and the indication mechanism is convenient, and the structural layout is reasonable. Of course, the slider 17 can also be directly or indirectly driven by the operating element 1 or by another element of the movable contact assembly or operating mechanism, such as the contact shaft 6 or the movable contact 7 or the first connecting element 3-1 and the second connecting element 1-1.
Preferably, the sliding block 17 is provided with a first limit part 17-2 in limit fit with the swing rod 16, a first trigger part 17-3 for driving the alarm indicator 14, and a first driving part for matching with the second return spring 17-1. A preferable embodiment is that the sliding block 17 is in a T shape and comprises a sliding block main body arranged transversely and a trigger arm arranged vertically, the sliding block main body is arranged in the shell in a linear sliding mode, one end of the sliding block main body is used as a first driving part matched with a second return spring 17-1, the other end of the sliding block main body is used as a first limiting part 17-2 in limiting fit with the swing rod 16, the trigger arm is connected with the middle part of the sliding block main body in a T shape, the trigger arm extends to a position between the alarm contact 18-2 and a second bulge 3-3 of the lever 3, the alarm indicating piece 14 is arranged on one side of the trigger arm along the sliding direction of the sliding block 17, one side edge of the trigger arm is used as a first trigger part 17-3 for driving the alarm indicating piece 14, and the other side edge of the trigger arm is used as a second driving part matched with the operating piece 1 or the operating mechanism or the movable contact component. When the circuit breaker is switched on, the second bulge 3-3 of the lever 3 drives the sliding block 17 to move, so that the sliding block 17 drives the alarm indicating surface 14-2 of the alarm indicating part 14 to be far away from the indicating window 19, and the sliding block 17 is limited with the swing rod 16. The second return spring 17-1 of the present embodiment is a compression spring, and the compression spring is connected between the housing and the first driving portion, but may also be a torsion spring, a leaf spring, or other elastic members. The operating part 1 is a button in sliding fit with the shell, the sliding block 17 is arranged between the operating surface and the contact rotating shaft 6 in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the sliding block 17 is parallel to the sliding direction of the operating part 1, the alarm indicating part 14 is arranged between the lever 3 and the operating surface, and the second return spring 17-1 is arranged between the operating surface and the first driving part.
Preferably, the swing rod 16 is provided with a second limit part 16-2 in limit fit with the slider 17, a second trigger part 16-3 in limit fit with the locking piece 4 or the jump buckle piece 5, and a first driving part in match with the first return spring 16-1. A preferred embodiment is that the swing rod 16 is respectively provided with a first swing arm and a second swing arm in a protruding manner, the end of the first swing arm is used as a second limiting part 16-2, the second swing arm is provided with a limiting structure which is used as a first driving part matched with the first return spring 16-1, and one side edge of the second swing arm is used as a second triggering part 16-3. The limiting mechanism of the embodiment is a limiting groove, and can be a limiting convex rib and other structures. The first reset spring 16-1 is a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on a shaft in the shell, one elastic arm is limited with the shell, the other elastic arm extends into a limit groove serving as a first driving part, the second triggering part 16-3 of the swing rod 16 is driven to rotate towards the direction close to the locking part 4 or the jump buckle part 5, and the second limiting part 16-2 is driven to rotate towards the direction in limit fit with the sliding block 17. Of course, the first return spring 16-1 may be a compression spring or a leaf spring or other elastic member.
Preferably, the swing link 16 is coaxially installed with the rotation axis of the contact rotation shaft 6 and is disposed below the contact rotation shaft 6. Preferably, the connecting plate 23-3 and the swing rod 16 are both located at one axial end of the contact rotating shaft 6, and the first swing arm and the second swing arm are located on two radial sides of the rotating shaft center of the contact rotating shaft 6 opposite to the connecting plate 23-3, so that the layout is reasonable and compact.
Preferably, the sliding block 17 is arranged between the operation surface and the contact rotating shaft 6 in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the sliding block 17 is parallel to the sliding direction of the operation piece 1, and the alarm indicating piece 14 and the switching-on/off indicating piece 15 are arranged between the lever 3 and the operation surface. The shell is internally provided with a sliding groove 17-4 matched with the sliding block 17, the side wall of one side of the sliding groove 17-4 is provided with a sliding opening 17-5, a second reset spring 17-1 is arranged in the sliding groove 17-4 and is positioned between the operation end face and the sliding block main body, the sliding block main body slides in the sliding groove 17-4, and the trigger arm extends out from the sliding opening 17-5, moves in the sliding opening 17-5 and is limited by the sliding opening 17-5 to move.
Preferably, the lever 3 is provided with a third connecting hole and a second connecting hole which are respectively connected with the first connecting piece 3-1 and the second connecting piece 1-1, a first protrusion 3-2 for driving the opening and closing indicating piece 15 is arranged on one side of the lever 3 in the radial direction, and a second protrusion 3-3 for driving the sliding block 17 is arranged on the other side of the lever 3 in the radial direction.
Under the normal state of the circuit breaker, the sliding block 17 is locked by the swing rod 16, and the first triggering part 17-3 of the sliding block 17 acts on the second swing arm 14-3 of the alarm indicating part 14, so that the alarm indicating surface 14-2 is far away from the indicating window 19. When the fault tripping and opening are carried out, the tripping piece 5 or the locking piece 4 triggers the swing rod 16 to swing to remove the limit fit with the sliding block 17, the sliding block 17 slides to enable the first triggering part 17-3 to be separated from the second swing arm 14-3, the alarm indicating piece 14 rotates under the action of the indicating spring 22, the alarm indicating surface 14-2 shields the opening and closing indicating piece surface 15-2, and therefore only the alarm state is displayed in the indicating window 19. When the switch is switched on again, the second bulge 3-3 of the lever 3 pushes the sliding block 17 to slide, the swing rod 16 rotates and locks the sliding block 17, the first trigger part 17-3 of the sliding block 17 acts on the alarm indicating part 14 again, and the alarm indicating surface 14-2 leaves the indicating window 19.
Preferably, when tripping and opening the brake, the latch 4 drives the swing rod 16, so that the alarm indication surface 14-2 of the alarm indication member 14 corresponds to the indication window 19, thereby realizing alarm indication. Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 10, when the circuit breaker is switched on, the latch 4 is in snap fit with the trip 5; as shown in fig. 7, 9 and 12, when the circuit breaker is tripped and opened, the latch member 4 is driven to release the snap-fit with the trip member 5, one side of the latch driving arm 4-1 of the latch member 4, which faces the swing link 16, serves as a latch driving portion 4-7 to push the second triggering portion 16-3, so that the swing link 16 rotates counterclockwise according to fig. 9 to release the limit fit with the slider 17, after the trip member 5 releases the snap-fit with the latch member 4, the convex end angle 5-1 of the jump buckle piece 5 pushes the lock buckle side edge 4-3 provided with a lock buckle hook of the lock buckle piece 4, so that the lock buckle driving arm 4-1 accelerates to push the swing rod 16 to move, the engagement between the swing rod 16 and the slide block 17 is released, the second return spring 17-1 releases energy to enable the slide block 17 to be separated from the alarm indicating piece 14, the alarm indicating piece 14 rotates under the action of the indicating spring 22, and the alarm indicating surface 14-2 shields the opening and closing indicating piece surface 15-2.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 14 to 16, an auxiliary contact device is arranged in the circuit breaker, and the auxiliary contact device is linked with the operating mechanism to feed back a circuit breaker opening and closing signal, so as to monitor the opening and closing state of the circuit breaker. The auxiliary contact device comprises an auxiliary contact 18-1, when the circuit breaker is switched on and switched off, the operating mechanism drives the auxiliary contact 18-1 to switch states, switching-on and switching-off signals of the circuit breaker are fed back, and the switching-on and switching-off states of the circuit breaker are monitored by acquiring the states of the auxiliary contact 18-1. Preferably, the auxiliary contact 18-1 transmits a signal through the signal port 21 or other signal ports, and is used for monitoring the opening and closing state of the circuit breaker.
The auxiliary contact 18-1 of the auxiliary contact device of the embodiment is a microswitch, and the auxiliary contact 18-1 is matched with the lever 3 of the operating mechanism; the lever 3 is provided with a first bulge 3-2, when the breaker is switched on, the first bulge 3-2 of the lever 3 rotates towards the auxiliary contact 18-1 to trigger a microswitch as the auxiliary contact 18-1, so that the contact in the microswitch is switched; when the breaker is opened, the first bulge 3-2 of the lever 3 rotates to be far away from the microswitch, and the microswitch is released, and the internal contact of the microswitch is reset to an initial state switching state. Of course, as another embodiment, when the circuit breaker is switched on, the lever 3 is retracted away from the microswitch, and when the circuit breaker is switched off, the microswitch is touched and driven to switch the state. In addition, as another embodiment, the auxiliary contact device may be linked with the operating element 2 or the contact rotating shaft 6, or linked with other elements of the operating mechanism, and the auxiliary contact 18-1 may be driven by the operating element 2 or the contact rotating shaft 6 or other elements of the operating mechanism to switch states when the circuit breaker is switched on and off. If the first supporting protrusion is protruded in the radial direction of the contact rotating shaft 6, when the circuit breaker is switched on, the first supporting protrusion of the contact rotating shaft 6 rotates away from the auxiliary contact 18-1, the auxiliary contact 18-1 is reset to be in a cut-off state, and when the circuit breaker is switched off, the first supporting protrusion rotates to trigger the auxiliary contact 18-1 to be in a switching state.
Preferably, a circuit board 20 is arranged in the circuit breaker, a microswitch serving as the auxiliary contact 18-1 is mounted on the circuit board 20, the circuit board 20 and the operating mechanism are arranged in a stacked manner, the circuit board 20 is positioned below the operating mechanism in the thickness direction of the circuit breaker, and a signal port 21 is arranged on the circuit board 20 and used for transmitting a weak current monitoring signal to an upper computer.

Of course, the alarm contact 18-2 may also be a normally closed contact, which is touched to switch to an open state when the circuit breaker is switched on, and is reset to switch to a closed state without being touched when the circuit breaker is tripped and switched off, so as to feed back the tripped state of the circuit breaker.

The slide block 17 is provided with a first limit part 17-2 in limit fit with the swing rod 16, a first trigger part 17-3 for driving the alarm contact 18-2 and a first drive part for matching with the second reset spring 17-1, the slide block 17 of the embodiment is in a T shape and comprises a slide block main body arranged transversely and a trigger arm arranged vertically, the slide block main body is linearly and slidably arranged in the shell, one end of the slide block main body is used as the first drive part matched with the second reset spring 17-1, the other end of the slide block main body is used as the first limit part 17-2 in limit fit with the swing rod 16, the trigger arm is connected with the middle part of the slide block main body into a T shape, a microswitch used as the alarm contact 18-2 is arranged on one side of the trigger arm along the sliding direction of the slide block 17, one side edge of the trigger arm is used as the first trigger part 17-3 for driving the alarm contact 18-2, the other side edge of the trigger arm is used as a second driving part matched with the operating element 1 or the operating mechanism or the movable contact assembly. The operating part 1 is a button in sliding fit with the shell, the sliding block 17 is arranged between the operating surface and the contact rotating shaft 6 in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the sliding block 17 is parallel to the sliding direction of the operating part 1, the alarm contact 18-2 is arranged between the lever 3 and the operating surface, and the second return spring 17-1 is arranged between the operating surface and the first driving part.
Preferably, the lever 3 is provided with a third connecting hole and a second connecting hole which are respectively connected with the first connecting piece 3-1 and the second connecting piece 1-1, one radial side of the lever 3 is provided with a first protrusion 3-2 linked with the auxiliary contact device, the other radial side of the lever 3 is provided with a second protrusion 3-3 linked with the alarm contact 18-2, the alarm contact 18-2 is arranged on one side of the lever 3 close to the operating piece 1, and the auxiliary contact 18-1 is arranged on one side of the lever 3 far away from the operating piece 1.
The swing rod 16 is rotatably installed in the shell, a second limiting portion 16-2 in limiting fit with the sliding block 17, a second triggering portion 16-3 in limiting fit with the locking piece 4 or the jump locking piece 5 and a first driving portion in matching with the first return spring 16-1 are arranged on the swing rod 16, a first swing arm and a second swing arm are respectively and convexly arranged in the radial direction of the swing rod 16 of the embodiment, the end portion of the first swing arm serves as the second limiting portion 16-2, a limiting structure is arranged on the second swing arm and serves as the first driving portion in matching with the first return spring 16-1, the limiting mechanism of the embodiment is a limiting groove, a limiting convex rib and other structures can be adopted, and one side edge of the second swing arm serves as the second triggering portion 16-3. Obviously, the auxiliary contact device, the alarm contact device and the indicating device of the present embodiment may be provided entirely or only one or two of them may be provided as required.
