Fig. 7 is a schematic partial structure diagram of a seventh embodiment of the present invention, in which through holes (longitudinal direction with reference to the column 4) on the support 23 and the target arm 22 are longitudinally opened, and the bolt 24 longitudinally passes through the through holes to realize the opening and closing transformation of the target arm 22 in the horizontal direction, that is, to adjust the included angle of the two target arms 22 in the horizontal plane projection, and at the same time, to assist the structure of the rib 27 of the previous embodiment to realize the locking of the adjusted target arm 22.
In fig. 8, a partial schematic view of the structure of the eighth embodiment of the present invention, two adjusting assemblies 7 are used, and each sliding sleeve 71 is provided with a support 23 and connected with a target arm 22, and the structure is as described in the previous embodiments. And a plurality of rows of positioning holes 73, namely a first positioning hole 731 and a second positioning hole 732, are formed in the upright column 4, and the sliding sleeve can horizontally rotate around the upright column 4 and longitudinally move up and down, so that opening and closing of the two target arms 22 in the horizontal direction, longitudinal lifting, adjustment of an included angle beta between the target arms 22 and the upright column 4 and the like are realized.
In the above technical solution, the upright 4 may be made of a rigid material or a structure, and may also be an elastic upright made of a local or whole elastic material or a structure, for example, the whole upright 4 is an elastic component (a coil spring, an elastic steel column, etc. may be used); or the upright 4 is a local elastic structure which is divided into a rigid upright part at the upper end, and the rigid upright part is connected with the base 5 through an elastic component (such as a spiral spring and an elastic steel column). And even the elastic coefficient can be adjusted according to the requirements, so that the adjustment of the striking force and the recovery period is realized, and different exercise requirements are met. By adopting the structure, the device can deflect after being hit and stressed and can rebound automatically, so that dynamic hitting and confrontation training can be performed on a trainer.

Claims (14)

1. The martial art skill striking training device comprises a target and a base, wherein the target is provided with a striking buffer striking part; the device is characterized by further comprising an upright post, wherein the upright post is fixed above the base, so that the upright post can stand on the ground through the base, the target comprises two hand targets, and the two hand targets are respectively connected to the upright post and respectively point to different directions; the hand target comprises a target arm, the tail end of the target arm is connected with a target palm, and the target arm is obliquely connected onto the stand column, so that the included angle beta between the target arm and the stand column is not equal to 90 degrees.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the target arm and the column are at an angle β satisfying: beta is more than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said target further comprises a head target, said head target being fixedly attached to a top end of said column;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the target further comprises a body target, and the body target is positioned below the hand target; the body target is annular, is connected to the middle part of the upright post and horizontally surrounds the upright post.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the projected length of any hand target in the horizontal plane is greater than the body target radius.
5. The device of claim 3, wherein the base has a mass greater than 50% of the total mass of the device, such that the center of gravity of the device is below its geometric center.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the center of gravity of the apparatus is located below the body target when the column is in an upright position.
7. The device of claim 6, wherein the base is a tumbler base;
or the like, or, alternatively,
the base is dull and stereotyped base, dull and stereotyped base size satisfies: when the device is stressed or moved in an inclined state, and an inclined included angle alpha between the base and the ground is less than or equal to 30 degrees, the gravity center does not exceed a supporting point O of the base, which is in contact with the ground.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein said target arm is fixedly connected to said column by a stiffener;

the target arm is movably connected with the upright post, and an included angle beta between the target arm and the upright post is adjusted and locked through the ribs.

The device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising an adjusting assembly, wherein the hand target and/or the waist target are connected to the upright through the adjusting assembly, and the longitudinal position of the hand target and/or the waist target on the upright can be adjusted and locked through the adjusting assembly;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
further comprises a lifting adjusting mechanism for adjusting the longitudinal height of the whole upright post and locking the upright post.
10. The device of claim 9, wherein the adjusting assembly comprises a sliding sleeve, a locking member disposed on the sliding sleeve, and a positioning hole, the hand target and/or the waist target is connected to the sliding sleeve, the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the upright, and can slide longitudinally along the upright and/or rotate around the upright;
the plurality of positioning holes are formed in the upright post, and the locking piece is inserted into the positioning holes to lock the sliding sleeve on the upright post.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein a pedestal is disposed on the slip sleeve, and the target arm is hingedly connected to the pedestal by a pin.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the lift adjustment mechanism comprises a sleeve, a locking member; the sleeve is vertically fixed above the base, and the upright post can be inserted into the sleeve and can longitudinally slide; the locking piece is arranged on the sleeve and used for locking the upright post in the sleeve in a non-sliding manner.
13. The device according to any one of claims 1-2, further characterized in that the impact cushioning portion is formed by an elastic or flexible structure target surface covering the outer surface of the target palm, head target, body target, respectively.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the target palm and the head target are circular arc-shaped, and the width of the target palm in the radial direction of the target arm is larger than that of the target arm; the width of the head target in the radial direction of the upright post is larger than that of the upright post.
