As used in the examples of this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
It should be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein is merely one type of association that describes an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
It should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like used in the embodiments of the present application are described in terms of the angles shown in the drawings, and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application. In addition, in this context, it will also be understood that when an element is referred to as being "on" or "under" another element, it can be directly on "or" under "the other element or be indirectly on" or "under" the other element via an intermediate element.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application provides a conveying device, which may be a label printer with an automatic conveying function and a cutting function, and for the sake of clarity of description of the conveying device of the present application, it is specified that the upstream and the downstream mentioned herein refer to the upstream and the downstream in the conveying direction a. Meanwhile, the width direction W is defined as a direction along the width of the member to be peeled 6.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the conveying device includes: a housing 1, a drive unit 2 and a peeling unit 3, the housing 1 having a first outlet 11 and a second outlet 12; a driving unit 2 and a peeling unit 3 are positioned in the housing 1, the driving unit 2 is used for conveying a member to be peeled 6, and the member to be peeled 6 comprises a label 61 and a liner paper 62; the peeling unit 3 includes a separation blade 31 located downstream of the driving unit 2, as shown in fig. 2, the separation blade 31 serving to divide the backing paper 62 of the member to be peeled 6 into a first portion 621 and a second portion 622; wherein the drive unit 2 is capable of outputting the label 61 and the first portion 621 from the first outlet 11 and the second portion 622 from the second outlet 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the member to be peeled 6 includes labels 61 and a backing paper 62, the labels 61 are generally rectangular, the backing paper 62 is strip-shaped, the labels 61 are equidistantly distributed along the length direction of the backing paper 62 (i.e., the conveying direction a of the conveying device), one side of the labels 61 in contact with the backing paper 62 is generally provided with an adhesive for adhering the labels 61 to a predetermined position after the labels 61 are peeled off from the backing paper 62, and one side of the backing paper 62 in contact with the labels 61 is provided with a non-adhesive layer so that the labels 61 can be easily peeled off from the backing paper 62. It is understood that the material of the label 61 and the liner paper 62 may be various materials in the prior art, and may be peeled off, which is not limited in the present application.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the blade edge of the paper separation blade 31 faces the surface of the backing paper 62 that does not contact the label 61, and is higher than the surface by about 0.05mm to 1mm (which means the surface of the backing paper 62 that does not contact the label 61), and the distance is such that the paper separation blade 31 is used only to divide the backing paper 62 into the first portion 621 and the second portion 622 and does not scratch the label 61. It will be appreciated that this distance is related to the thickness of the backing paper 62, for example, typically, when the backing paper 62 is 0.05mm thick, the edge of the knife may be 0.05mm to 1mm above the side of the backing paper 62 not in contact with the label 61. Thus, as the thickness of the backing paper 62 changes, the distance by which the blade is raised is adjusted accordingly. The driving unit 2 is used for conveying the member to be peeled 6, generally, the driving unit 2 drives the member to be peeled 6 to drive at a constant speed, as can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, when the member to be peeled 6 passes through the paper separating blade 31, the liner paper 62 is divided by the blade edge of the paper separating blade 31 to form a first part 621 and a second part 622, and meanwhile, a part of the label 61 is adhered to the first part 621, and the other part is exposed. Of the two outlets of the casing 1, the first outlet 11 is for outputting the first portion 621 of the label 61 and the liner 62, and the second outlet 12 is for outputting the second portion 622 of the liner 62. The first part 621 and the label 61 output from the first outlet 11 are suspended due to a part of the label 61, so that a user can conveniently pinch the label 61 exposed at the position to completely separate the label 61 from the lining paper 62, and only a part of the lining paper 62 adhered to the label 61 is peeled off, so that each label 61 is still adhered to the first part 621 of the lining paper 62, mutual adhesion between the labels 61 can be reduced, the polluted area of the adhering surface of the label 61 can be reduced, the label 61 is conveniently peeled off, and the peeling efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the width of the paper separating blade 31 is 2mm to 5mm, for example, the width of the paper separating blade 31 may be 2mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, etc.
In this embodiment, the width direction of the separating blade 31 is the same as the width direction W of the member to be peeled 6, and if the width of the separating blade 31 is too small, for example, less than 2mm, the effect of breaking the backing paper 62 after being divided by the separating blade 31 is not obvious, and the backing paper is not completely broken at a part, and jamming is likely to occur in the process of driving the member to be peeled 6 to continue to be conveyed to the first outlet 11 and the second outlet 12 by the driving unit 2. If the width of the paper separating blade 31 is too large, for example, greater than 5mm, the resistance of the paper separating blade 31 to cut the backing paper 62 is greater, it is difficult to easily cut the backing paper 62, and the requirement of the paper separating blade 31 is higher. Therefore, the width of the paper separating knife 31 is 2mm-5mm, so that the cutting effect can be ensured, and the cutting resistance can be reduced as much as possible.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the interleaving paper 62 has a first end 623 and a second end 624 in the width direction W of the member to be peeled 6, and the separation blade 31 is located between the first end 623 and the second end 624; along the width direction W of the member to be peeled 6, there are a first distance L1 between the member to be peeled 6 and the first end 623 and a second distance L2 between the member to be peeled 6 and the second end 624, and the first distance L1 is not equal to the second distance L2.
In the present embodiment, the peeling unit 3 is located between the first end 623 and the second end 624 so that the interleaving paper 62 can be divided in the width direction W by the paper dividing blade 31. The first distance L1 between the member to be peeled 6 and the first end 623 is not equal to the second distance L2 between the member to be peeled 6 and the second end 624, so that the peeling unit 3 can divide the backing paper 62 into the first part 621 and the second part 622 with different areas, and the area of the second part 622 is generally designed to be smaller than that of the first part 621 for the convenience of users, that is, only a small part of the backing paper 62 of the member to be peeled 6 needs to be peeled off to expose the adhesive surface of the label 61, so that the label 61 can be peeled off conveniently by the users.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the ratio of the first distance L1 and the second distance L2 may be designed to be 9:1 such that the ratio of the area of the first portion 621 to the second portion 622 of the interleaving paper 62 is 9:1, i.e., the second portion 622 occupies only 1/10 of the total area of the interleaving paper 62. Of course, the ratio of the areas of the first portion 621 and the second portion 622 may be changed by adjusting the ratio of the first distance L1 to the second distance L2 as needed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the conveying device further includes an unwinding unit 4, the unwinding unit 4 includes a winding shaft 41 and a baffle plate 42, the winding shaft 41 is used for winding the member to be peeled 6, and the baffle plate 42 is movable in the width direction W relative to the winding shaft 41.
In the present embodiment, the member to be peeled 6 is rotatably wound around the reel 41, and the conveyance of the member to be peeled 6 is facilitated by the driving of the driving unit 2. It can be understood that the member to be peeled 6 may also be wound around, for example, a paper core, and the paper core is sleeved on the winding shaft 41, and when the member to be peeled 6 needs to be replenished, the paper core is taken off from the winding shaft 41 together with the member to be peeled 6, and a new paper core and the member to be peeled 6 are sleeved. The baffle 42 can move in the width direction W relative to the reel 41, so that the unwinding unit 4 can adapt to the members to be peeled 6 with different widths, and the baffle 42 can play a role in fixing the members to be peeled 6, preventing the members to be peeled 6 from being reversely separated from the reel 41 in the width direction.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the driving unit 2 includes a driving roller 21 and a driven roller 22, and the driving roller 21 and the driven roller 22 can roll relative to each other; the driving roller 21 is used to convey the member to be peeled 6 to the first outlet 11, and the driving roller 21 and the driven roller 22 are used to convey the second portion 622 to the second outlet 12.
In this embodiment, the driving unit 2 includes a power device for driving the driving roller 21 to rotate, so that the driving roller 21 can convey the member to be peeled 6 to the first outlet 11, and the driven roller 22 and the driving roller 21 can convey the second part 622 to the second outlet 12 through friction fit therebetween. The whole conveying device only needs one power device to realize normal conveying of the member to be stripped 6 and can output the first part 621 of the labels 61 and the lining paper 62 and the second part 622 of the lining paper 62 from the first outlet 11 and the second outlet 12 respectively.
When the cut-out liner sheet 62 is conveyed by the driving roller 21 and the driven roller 22, the second portion 622 of a certain length needs to be manually peeled off from the liner sheet 62, and the second portion 622 needs to be inserted between the driving roller 21 and the driven roller 22, so that the second portion 622 can be automatically conveyed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the conveying device further includes a printing unit 5, the printing unit 5 and the driving roller 21 are arranged in the height direction, and the member to be peeled 6 passes between the printing unit 5 and the driving roller 21, and the printing unit 5 and the driving roller 21 can press the member to be peeled 6, so as to leave a font on the surface of the label 61.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the peeling unit 3 further includes a guide for changing the conveying direction of the second portion 622 so that the second portion 622 is conveyed toward the second outlet 12.
In this embodiment, the second portion 622 is diverted by the guide member so that the second portion 622 and the labels 61 with the first portion 621 can be output from two different outlets, the first portion 621 with the labels 61 is output directly from the first outlet 11, and the stripped portion of the liner 62, i.e., the second portion 622, is output directly from the second outlet 12 for convenient subsequent separate processing.
In one embodiment, the separating blade 31 is provided to the guide.
In the present embodiment, the paper separation blade 31 is provided on the guide, and there is no need to provide a bracket for mounting the paper separation blade 31, which can simplify the structure. Meanwhile, when the member to be peeled 6 is turned by the guide, the interleaving paper 62 is already divided into the first part 621 and the second part 622, and compared with the case where the paper dividing blade 31 is provided after the guide, there is no need to manually cut the interleaving paper 62 to divide the interleaving paper 62 into the first part 621 and the second part 622 and to wind the interleaving paper around the guide, which simplifies the operation steps.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the separating blade 31 is disposed between the guide and the driving unit 2.
In the present embodiment, the paper separation blade 31 is provided between the guide and the drive unit 2, the interleaving paper 62 is already divided into two parts before entering the guide, and there is no need to manually cut the interleaving paper 62 to divide the interleaving paper 62 into the first part 621 and the second part 622 and to wind it around the guide, which can simplify the operation steps.
Of course, the separating blade 31 may be disposed downstream of the guide, and as shown in fig. 3, the separating blade 31 is disposed downstream of the guide shaft 32, and it is necessary to manually cut the backing paper 62 and then manually peel off the second portion 622 one by one around the guide shaft 32, compared to the case where the separating blade 31 is disposed upstream of the guide.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the guide is a guide shaft 32 for winding the second portion 622.
In this embodiment, the outer contour of the guide shaft 32 is circular, so that when the second portion 622 is wound around the guide shaft 32, the lining paper 62 is not easily damaged, and the second portion 622 can be used to change the conveying direction of the second portion 622, and in addition, when the second portion 622 is rotationally matched with the guide shaft 32, the friction force between the second portion 622 and the guide shaft can be reduced, and the conveying speed of the second portion 622 can be increased.
When the sheet separation blade 31 is provided on the guide shaft 32, the guide shaft 32 cannot rotate and is used only to change the conveying direction of the second portion 622. In order to ensure the smooth transmission of the piece to be stripped 6, a conveyor table 33 can be additionally arranged between the driving unit 2 and the guide shaft 32, the conveyor table 33 is connected with the guide shaft 32, and the piece to be stripped 6 is transmitted on the surface of the conveyor table 33.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the guiding element is a guiding plate 34, the guiding plate 34 includes a conveying surface 341 and a slope 342, and the conveying surface 341 is bent opposite to the slope 342; the inclined surface 342 is disposed downstream of the conveying surface 341, and the conveying surface 341 and the inclined surface 342 are in arc transition.
In this embodiment, the conveying surface 341 of the guide plate 34 can function as the conveyor base 33, and therefore, when the guide is the guide plate 34, the conveyor base 33 is not required to be provided, and the structure of the conveying apparatus can be simplified. The inclined surface 342 bent with respect to the conveying surface 341 can be used to change the conveying direction of the second portion 622, and the arc-shaped transition between the conveying surface 341 and the inclined surface 342 can reduce the stress concentration of the interleaving paper 62 at that position, so that the second portion 622 can be smoothly conveyed toward the second outlet 12. Therefore, the guide plate 34 can simultaneously function as the conveyor base 33 and the guide shaft 32, and the structure of the conveyor device can be further simplified.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
