Detailed Description
The existing vehicle basically carries the warning identification along with the vehicle, so that the warning identification is arranged outside the vehicle under the condition that the vehicle is anchored or has a traffic accident, the rear vehicle is warned, and the rear-end collision risk is reduced.
The conventional warning signs equipped on vehicles are warning signs, which are also called triangular warning signs because the warning signs are generally triangular in appearance. When the vehicle has an emergency demand, a driver or passengers need to get off and walk for a certain distance, and the warning board is erected on the road surface near the rear part of the vehicle. By the mode, under the conditions of large traffic flow and high speed, the warning board is placed when the driver gets off the vehicle, and the risk that the driver and the passengers are collided by the rear vehicle exists.
Moreover, the warning board does not emit light normally, and is reminded by means of the reflection performance, so that the warning performance is weak, and potential safety hazards exist. In addition, if the position where the warning board is erected is too close to the accident vehicle, secondary accidents are easily caused, and more serious damage can be caused.
Therefore, at present, projection warning devices have been developed gradually, and when an emergency demand exists, the projection warning devices are placed outside the vehicle body, and images are projected on the road surface behind the vehicle by emitting light through the projection warning devices so as to warn the rear vehicle. However, the existing projection warning device needs a large installation space, is inconvenient to install, and has a single projection image.
To this end, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a projection warning device, a system thereof, and a vehicle, wherein the projection warning device is connected to a fixing base by rotating the bottom of a projector body, so that the projection warning device can be conveniently installed on a vehicle body, the projection warning device occupies a small space, a projection assembly arranged in the projector body can project any image, the projection content is rich and diverse, and the pitch angle of the projector body can be adjusted by rotating the projector body, so that the projection distance can be adjusted, the device flexibility is high, and the safety is good.
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Example one

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a projection warning device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the projection warning device 100 of the present embodiment includes a projector body 110 and a fixing base 120, the projector body 110 is used for emitting light outwards, the light is projected on a road surface to form an image to warn a vehicle behind the vehicle to avoid the collision, the fixing base 120 is connected to a bottom of the projector body 110, and the fixing base 120 is capable of being attached to a vehicle body, for example, a vehicle roof, a trunk lid, or a rear bumper, so as to mount the projection warning device 100 on the vehicle body.
The projector body 110 includes a housing 111, a projection assembly 112 and a power cord 113, and the fixing base 120 is connected to the bottom of the housing 111. The projection assembly 112 is disposed in the housing 111, the projection assembly 112 is used for emitting light, and the light emitted by the projection assembly 112 penetrates the housing 111 to irradiate on a road surface behind the vehicle to form a projection image. The power cord 113 is connected and fixed on the casing 111, and one end of the power cord 113 is connected with the projection assembly 112 in stretching into the casing 111 to provide current for the projection assembly 112, so that the projection assembly 112 emits light, and the other end of the power cord 113 is used for being connected with a power supply, and supplies power to the projection warning device 100 through the power supply.
For example, the power source may be a vehicle power source, and the power line 113 of the projection warning device 100 is connected to the vehicle power source to supply power to the projection warning device 100.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, in order to improve the reliability of the projection warning apparatus 100, a battery 114 is further disposed in the housing 111 of the projector main body 110, the battery 114 is electrically connected to a power line 113, and when the power line 113 is connected to a power source (for example, a vehicle-mounted power source), the battery 114 can be charged. Besides the situation that the projection module 112 is directly powered by the power supply, the battery 114 can be discharged to supply power to the projection module 112, so that the projection module 112 emits light and projects images.
When the vehicle fails to supply power to the projection warning apparatus 100, for example, when the vehicle has a serious failure and the vehicle-mounted power supply fails to supply power, the battery 114 discharges power to supply power to the projection unit 112, and image projection can still be achieved.
The projection assembly 112 may be attached to an inner wall of the housing 111, a light-transmitting portion (not shown in the figure) is disposed on a portion of the housing 111 corresponding to the projection assembly 112, the projection assembly 112 faces the light-transmitting portion, and light emitted by the projection assembly 112 is irradiated outwards through the light-transmitting portion. For example, the housing 111 may be provided with a light-transmitting opening, the light-transmitting opening is covered with a high-transparency protective cover, for example, a glass cover or a plastic cover, the protective cover covering the light-transmitting opening forms a light-transmitting portion, and light emitted by the projection assembly 112 passes through the protective cover and irradiates a road surface behind the vehicle to form a projection image.
In this embodiment, the projection component 112 may implement projection of any image. In practical applications, the projection warning device 100 may be applied to emergency scenes such as a vehicle breakdown or a traffic accident, as shown in fig. 1, at this time, the projection component 112 may project a warning sign image capable of playing a warning role, where the warning sign image is, for example, a triangular image marked with an exclamation mark shown in fig. 1, or the warning sign image may also be a circle marked with an exclamation mark, a maintenance sign mark, or another image of an engine fault marker light.
In other application scenes such as parking and rest of the vehicle, the projection component 112 may also project other images besides the warning sign image, for example, the projection component 112 may project any other images such as smiling face expression, flower, number, and text, and the projected image may be enjoyed by the person. In addition, the projection image can be switched uninterruptedly by controlling the projection assembly 112, so that the effect of dynamic display is achieved, and the interestingness and entertainment of projection can be improved.
In particular, the projection assembly 112 may include a circuit board (not shown) and a point light source (not shown). The Circuit Board may be a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) or a Flexible Printed Circuit Board (FPC), and the Circuit Board may be fixed on the inner wall of the housing 111 by bonding or welding, for example, a circle of adhesive layer is disposed on an area of the Circuit Board near the edge, the periphery of the Circuit Board is bonded on the peripheral area of the light-transmitting opening of the housing 111, and the Circuit Board is exposed in the light-transmitting opening.
The point light source is disposed on a side surface of the circuit board facing the light transmission portion, that is, the point light source is disposed on a side surface of the circuit board facing the outside of the housing 111, the point light source faces the outside of the housing 111, and light emitted from the point light source is emitted through the protective cover. The point light sources may be arranged in an array on the circuit board, and different images may be projected by controlling the number and positions of the point light sources emitting light, so as to realize projection of any image by the projection assembly 112.
The point Light source may be a laser Light source or a Light-Emitting Diode (LED) Light source, for example. Because, the vehicle can appear under the dim circumstances such as natural light dim or surrounding environment light dim in the tunnel night, emergency situation such as the accident appears, and at this moment, the light that needs projection warning device 100 to send has sufficient luminance, guarantees that the projection image is obvious, striking, ensures to play effectual warning effect, therefore, can select luminance height, colour purity and can directional luminous laser as the pointolite.
In the present embodiment, only one projection unit 112 may be provided in the housing 111 of the projector main body 110, or a plurality of projection units 112 may be provided in the housing 111. Referring to fig. 1, taking the case 111 of the projector body 110 as a cube or a rectangular parallelepiped as an example, among the wall surfaces of the case 111, the fixing base 120 is connected to a side where the bottom wall surface is located, and the bottom wall surface mainly faces the vehicle body, and the projection module 112 may not be provided, and the top wall surface of the case 111 faces the sky, so that the projection module 112 does not need to be provided, and the projection module 112 may be provided on the inner wall surfaces of four sides of the case 111 in the circumferential direction, except for the bottom wall surface and the top wall surface.
In the case where only one projection unit 112 is provided in the housing 111, the projection unit 112 may be provided on the inner wall surface of one of the four circumferential sides of the housing 111, and referring to fig. 1, when the projection warning device 100 is mounted outside the vehicle body, the side on which the projection unit 112 is mounted, that is, the side surface of the housing 111 having the light-transmitting portion, may be directed toward the rear of the vehicle, so that the projection unit 112 can project an image onto a road surface behind the vehicle.
In the case where a plurality of projection units 112 are provided in the casing 111, the projection units 112 may be provided on inner wall surfaces of a plurality of circumferential four sides of the casing 111, and the projection units 112 may project images onto road surfaces on different sides of the vehicle. Taking the case where the projection units 112 are provided on the inner wall surfaces of the three circumferential sides of the casing 111, the projection unit 112 facing the rear of the vehicle may be mainly used for projecting warning sign images, and the projection units 112 facing the left and right sides of the vehicle may be used for projecting images with ornamental or entertaining effects. Alternatively, when the vehicle is in a non-emergency state such as a parking rest, the plurality of projection units 112 respectively provided on a plurality of sides of the housing 111 in the circumferential direction may project an image having an ornamental or entertaining effect.
The shape of the housing 111 of the projector main body 110 is not limited to a square or rectangular parallelepiped, and the housing 111 may have another shape such as a spherical shape, an ellipsoidal shape, a pentagonal shape, an octahedral shape, or an inverted triangular pyramid shape, and one or a plurality of light transmitting portions may be provided in a wall surface area corresponding to a side of the vehicle of the housing 111, or a plurality of light transmitting portions may be provided at intervals in the circumferential direction, and the projection unit 112 may be provided corresponding to the light transmitting portions, so that the projection unit 112 can project an image on a road surface behind the vehicle or on a road surface on a side of the vehicle.
Taking the case 111 of the projector body 110 as an example, the wall surface of the case 111 is a spherical surface, which has the function of diverging light outward. For example, the transparent protective cover is designed to have a thick middle part and a thin edge, so that the light emitted from the projection module 112 is converged on the road surface after passing through the protective cover, thereby ensuring that the road surface can display a clear image with sufficient brightness.
Because the image of projection on the road surface behind the vehicle usually has certain distance with the vehicle to, under different road conditions such as daytime or night, slow ordinary road of speed of a motor vehicle or fast highway of speed of a motor vehicle, need have different distances between projection image and the vehicle, in order to guarantee that the projection image can play effectual warning effect, reserve sufficient reaction time for the car that comes in the rear. Therefore, in this embodiment, the projector body 110 can adjust the distance between the projected image and the vehicle within a certain range, so as to meet the projection requirements under different road conditions.
In order to adjust the distance between the projected image and the vehicle within a certain range by the projector body 110, that is, to make the projector body 110 have a certain range of projection distance, referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the housing 111 of the projector body 110 is rotatably connected to the fixing base 120, and the bottom of the housing 111 is rotatably connected to the top of the fixing base 120. Thus, when the projection warning device 100 is attached to the outside of the vehicle body through the fixing seat 120, the pitch angle of the projector body 110 can be adjusted by rotating the projector body 110, and the inclination angle of the light-transmitting portion on the casing 111 relative to the road surface is changed, so that the exit angle of light emitted by the projection assembly 112 mounted on the inner side of the light-transmitting portion is adjusted, and the distance between the image projected on the road surface by the projection assembly 112 and the vehicle is adjusted.
In addition, in addition to adjusting the pitch angle of the projector body 110, the distance between the projected image and the vehicle may be changed by adjusting the light emission angle of the projection assembly 112 itself. At this time, the projection module 112 may be mounted on the inner wall of the housing 111 through a bracket, and the projection module 112 may be driven to perform angular deflection by a micro motor or the like disposed in the housing 111, so as to change the light-emitting angle of the projection module 112. Or, a lens may be additionally disposed on a side where the point light source of the projection assembly 112 is located, and the angle of the emergent light of the projection assembly 112 may be changed by adjusting the pitch angle of the lens.
The following description will be given mainly in detail on the manner of adjusting the distance between the projected image and the vehicle by changing the pitch angle of the projector body 110.
Since it is necessary to change the inclination angle of the light transmission portion of the casing 111 of the projector body 110 facing the rear of the vehicle with respect to the road surface in order to adjust the distance between the projected image of the road surface located at the rear of the vehicle and the vehicle, it is necessary to change the pitch angle of the projector body 110 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle at least. In this regard, the projector body 110 is adjustable in pitch angle in at least one oriented vertical plane, which is a concept of a vertical plane being a plane perpendicular to a horizontal plane as opposed to a horizontal plane.
When the projector body 110 is adjustable in the pitch angle only in one vertical plane, the vertical plane may be a vertical plane corresponding to the front-rear direction of the vehicle when the projection warning device 100 is installed, and the projector body 110 has a projection assembly 112 facing the rear of the vehicle. In this manner, by changing the pitch angle of the projector body 110 in the vertical plane, the inclination of the light-transmitting portion facing the vehicle rear side on the housing 111 with respect to the road surface can be changed, thereby adjusting the projection distance of the projection unit 112 facing the vehicle rear side.
For example, the fixing base 120 and the projector body 110 may be connected by a rotating shaft (not shown in the drawings), and taking the case that the housing 111 shown in fig. 1 has a projection assembly 112, the rotating shaft may be arranged parallel to a side wall surface of the housing 111 corresponding to the projection assembly 112, and when the side wall surface of the housing 111 corresponding to the projection assembly 112 faces the rear of the vehicle, the rotating shaft may extend along the width direction of the vehicle, so that when the projector body 110 rotates by the rotating shaft, the pitch angle of the projector body in the front-rear direction of the vehicle changes.
In order to make the rotation manner of the projector body 110 more flexible, in this embodiment, the pitch angle of the projector body 110 can be adjusted in the vertical plane in each orientation, that is, the projector body 110 can rotate in any orientation relative to the fixing base 120. In this way, there is no limitation on the position of the projection unit 112 on the inner wall surface of the housing 111, and there is no limitation on the mounting direction when the projection warning device 100 is mounted outside the vehicle body, which facilitates the mounting of the projection warning device 100.
As for the manner that the projector body 110 can adjust the pitch angle in the vertical plane in each orientation, and the projector body 110 can rotate in any orientation relative to the fixing base 120, referring to fig. 1, as an embodiment, the fixing base 120 may be an integral structure, for example, the fixing base 120 may adopt a structure only including the base 121, and the top of the base 121 is connected with the bottom of the housing 111 of the projector body 110 through the spherical structure 101.
Fig. 2 is a connection structure diagram of a projector body and a fixing base according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Referring to fig. 2, for the connection of the spherical structure 101 between the base 121 and the housing 111 of the projector body 110, specifically, the bottom of the housing 111 may be provided with a spherical groove 1111, the top of the base 121 may be provided with a ball 1211, the ball 1211 is, for example, integrally formed on the top of the base 121, the ball 1211 is disposed opposite to the spherical groove 1111, the base 121 and the projector body 110 are assembled together by snapping the ball 1211 into the spherical groove 1111, and the ball 1211 on the top of the base 121 may relatively rotate in the spherical groove 1111 on the bottom of the housing 111, so as to realize the rotation of the projector body 110 relative to the fixing base 120 in any orientation.
Alternatively, the spherical groove 1111 may be opened at the top of the base 121, the bottom of the housing 111 may be provided with a ball 1211, the ball 1211 at the bottom of the housing 111 is snapped into the spherical groove 1111 at the top of the base 121, the ball 1211 of the housing 111 rotates in the spherical groove 1111 of the base 121, and similarly, the projector body 110 can rotate in any direction relative to the fixing base 120.
In order to insert the ball 1211 into the ball groove 1111 and to limit the ball 1211 from coming out by wrapping the ball groove 1111, as shown in fig. 2, in practical applications, one of the housing 111 and the base 121 having the ball groove 1111 may be provided in a separate structure, the ball groove 1111 may be in a separate state where two halves are separated before the projector body 110 and the base 121 are assembled, and after the other of the ball 1211 is inserted into a partial structure of the ball groove 1111, the other part of the ball groove 1111 is completely engaged to form a structure in which the ball groove 1111 wraps the ball 1211 completely.
