The embodiment of the application provides a car light projection module and have this projection module's car light assembly. The lamp assembly can be used for vehicles such as automobile trucks, buses, motorcycles, electric vehicles or bicycles, such as a front lighting lamp assembly or a reversing lamp of an automobile, a steering indicator lamp and the like. The embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the specific form of the above-mentioned vehicle lamp assembly. For convenience of explanation, the following description will be given by taking an automobile lamp as an example.
A vehicle lamp assembly comprises a housing, a light cover, one or more than two lamp modules for illumination or indication and a vehicle lamp projection module 1 capable of presenting specific patterns on the ground. Referring to fig. 1, the vehicular lamp projection module includes: a collimating mirror 20 converting a light beam emitted from the light source into parallel light and a micro lens array 30 projecting the incident parallel light on the ground to form a specific pattern.
The microlens array 30 includes a first lens array 31 having a plurality of first lenses, a diaphragm layer 32, a substrate 33, and a second lens array 34 having a plurality of second lenses. The microlens array 30 is integrally made of a polymer material by a semiconductor manufacturing process, and has a compact structure. The base material 33 is made of a transparent material, the diaphragm layer 32 is formed on the surface of the base material, and the first lens array 31 and the second lens array 34 are made of polymer glue and are respectively bonded on the base material through imprinting.
The micro lens array 30 includes a plurality of optical channels, and in each optical channel, the first lens, the light hole and the second lens are in one-to-one correspondence and are sequentially arranged along the projection optical path. In order to improve the brightness of the patterns projected on the ground by the vehicle lamp projection module, in the preferred embodiment of the application, images formed by all the light channels are overlapped, so that a plurality of projected patterns can be overlapped on an imaging plane, and the imaging definition is improved.
The aperture layer 32 is provided with a plurality of light holes 320 having a specific pattern profile. The light holes 320 corresponding to each light channel may be one or a group, such as a left-turn arrow, a right-turn arrow, a zebra crossing, a reverse indication line, etc. shown in fig. 3-5, and may also be graphics or text carrying other interactive information. After the light passes through the light holes, the patterns or the character patterns corresponding to the opening outlines of the light holes can be presented on the ground.
In one embodiment of the application, the light paths of the car lamp projection module and the car lamp module are independent. The car light module can include an illuminating lamp, a position indicator lamp, a turn signal lamp, a brake lamp and other indicator lamps, the car light projection module is provided with a light emitting unit 10, and the light source of the car light projection module is provided with the light emitting unit 10. The automobile lamp projection module has the advantages that the automobile lamp projection module can work independently, and complex modification on the original automobile lamp structure is not needed.
The vehicle lamp assembly further comprises a control module for receiving external instruction information to control the vehicle lamp to be turned on, turned off and dimmed. The control module is respectively electrically connected with the light module and the car light projection module.
In one embodiment, the light emitting unit 10 is independently controlled from a light module of a vehicle lamp. When the control module receives external instruction information (the information may be from active triggering of a user or from a driving computer), the control module can turn off the light module for a short time or turn down the brightness of the light module, so that the pattern projected on the ground by the vehicle lamp projection module can be clearly presented. For example, when a driver drives at night and encounters a pedestrian crossing the road, the brightness of the front lighting can be reduced while the lamp projection module is turned on, as shown in fig. 3.
In another embodiment, the light emitting unit 10 and the light module of the car light are controlled in a linkage manner, i.e. no operation is required by a consumer, and the projection module of the car light can be automatically turned on when a specific light module is started. For example, when the vehicle turns left or right, the turn indicator lights are turned on, and the corresponding vehicle lamp projection module automatically projects a left or right turn indicator arrow on the ground to remind passing vehicles and pedestrians, as shown in fig. 4. Fig. 5 is a projection performed behind the vehicle while reversing the vehicle.
In another embodiment of the present application, the light source of the car light projection module is from the light module of the car light, i.e. the car light projection module shares the same light source with the light module. Such as when the turn signal lights are on, the vehicle light projection module is automatically illuminated to project left/right turn arrows on the ground. In a similar way, the backing auxiliary line is displayed when backing.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the foregoing description only for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims, specification, and equivalents thereof.
