One end of the extending part 36 far from the adjusting rod 33 is rotatably connected with the upper end of the bracket 38, the rear end of the adjusting rod 33 is used for lifting under the action of external force, and the front end of the adjusting rod 33 drives the moving rod 31 to lift through the connecting rod 37 by taking the connecting point of the extending part 36 and the upper end of the bracket 38 as a fulcrum. Taking an actual working process as an example, an operator manually lifts a handle of the adjusting rod 33, a joint of an extending part 36 on the handle and the upper end of the bracket 38 serves as a rotating fulcrum of the adjusting rod 33, the adjusting rod 33 pushes the connecting rod 37 downwards, after the upper end of the connecting rod 37 is pushed, the lower end is driven to push the upper end of the moving rod 31 to move downwards, so that the moving rod 31 drives a PCBA board to be tested to move downwards and is connected with an external connecting part 11 on the testing base 1, the PCBA board to be tested is conveniently and quickly connected through transmission, different male connectors are connected through the external connector 4, the PCBA board to be tested can be tested or burned efficiently by adopting corresponding testing or burning equipment, compared with a traditional testing or burning mode, pins of the PCBA board to be tested do not need to be repeatedly connected with different bases, and the working efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the length of the through hole 21 is smaller than the length of the pins of the to-be-tested object, when the to-be-tested object is placed in the placing groove 22, the pins of the to-be-tested object are exposed from the through hole 21 of the placing groove 22 of the test carrier board 2 towards the first surface 14, and the pins of the to-be-tested board correspond to the external connection parts 11 in position one to one. The through hole 21 may also be a larger rectangular hole formed in the test carrier plate 2, and when the to-be-tested piece is placed in the placing groove 22, all pins on the to-be-tested piece pass through the through hole 21, and the pins do not need to be in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the through holes 21 on the test carrier plate 2. In addition, the length of the pins on the PCBA board to be tested is preferably smaller than the sum of the lengths of the through holes 21 and the external connecting parts 11, so that the pins on the PCBA board to be tested are prevented from being deformed after passing through the through holes 21 and then being connected to the external connecting parts 11.
Preferably, a limiting member (not shown) is further disposed on the first surface 14 of the test base 1, and the limiting member is used for limiting a moving distance of the test carrier 2 relative to the first surface 14 when the test carrier 2 descends. Referring to fig. 1, the limiting members may be a set of cylinders located below the test carrier 2, and when the test carrier 2 with the PCBA to-be-tested board falls to the minimum height, the limiting members may play a role of blocking, so as to prevent the test carrier 2 from excessively extruding the external connection portion 11 on the test base 1, which may cause damage to the external connection portion 11.

Claims (11)
1. A jig, comprising:
the testing device comprises a testing base, a first testing module and a second testing module, wherein a first surface is arranged on the testing base, and a plurality of external connecting parts are arranged on the first surface and are used for electrically connecting pins of a piece to be tested;
the external connector is used for being connected with the external parts on the test base and is used for being connected with external test equipment;
the test carrier plate is arranged above the first surface in a lifting manner, a placing groove for accommodating a piece to be tested is arranged on the test carrier plate, a through hole is formed in the bottom of the placing groove, and the through hole is used for allowing pins of the piece to be tested to penetrate through and is electrically connected with the external connection part;
and the driving mechanism enables the test carrier plate to be close to the first surface and enables pins of the piece to be tested to be electrically connected with the external connection part.
2. The jig of claim 1, wherein the external connector is a female connector arranged on the test base, and the external connector is used for being connected with multiple types of male connectors in a matching manner and used for testing or burning the to-be-tested piece;
the piece to be detected is a PCBA board;
the test carrier plate is detachably arranged above the first surface;
the external connector is provided with a plurality of pinholes, and the pinholes are connected with the external parts in a one-to-one correspondence manner through leads.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the test base further comprises a resilient member and a first guide member disposed on the first surface, the first guide member passing through the test carrier and guiding the test carrier to move along the first guide member relative to the first surface, the resilient member being disposed between the test carrier and the first surface of the test base and providing a restoring force for the test carrier to move away from the first surface when the test carrier is close to the first surface.
4. The jig of claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism comprises:
fixing the shaft sleeve;
the moving rod is in sliding fit with the fixed shaft sleeve, penetrates through the fixed shaft sleeve and is used for driving the piece to be detected;
and the adjusting rod is connected with the top of the moving rod and is used for driving the moving rod to lift.
5. The apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the driving mechanism includes a controller for controlling the movable rod to drive the object to be tested to approach the first surface.
6. A jig according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the drive mechanism further comprises:
the contact structure is connected with the bottom of the moving rod, and a plurality of lower pressing rods are arranged on one side, facing the test carrier plate, of the contact structure and used for driving the to-be-tested piece to be close to the first surface under the action of the moving rod.
7. The jig of claim 6, further comprising:
the side plate is positioned on the first surface of the test base;
the side plate is also provided with a pair of second guide pieces, and the touch structure is arranged on the second guide pieces and moves along the second guide pieces;
the side of curb plate is provided with the installation piece, the upper end of second guide is fixed on the installation piece, the lower extreme of second guide is fixed on the first surface.

The jig of claim 7, wherein the pressing structure comprises a plurality of laminates arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, the laminates are connected through a plurality of connecting columns arranged at intervals in a dispersing manner, and guide holes for sliding fit with the second guide members are formed in one sides of the laminates, which are close to the side plates.
9. The jig of claim 7, further comprising:
the side surface of the side plate is also provided with a bracket, and the fixed shaft sleeve is fixed at the lower end of the bracket;
the drive mechanism further includes: the front end of the adjusting rod is provided with an extending part, the extending direction of the extending part is crossed with the length direction of the adjusting rod, the front end of the adjusting rod is rotatably connected with the upper end of the connecting rod, the lower end of the connecting rod is connected with the moving rod, one end, far away from the adjusting rod, of the extending part is rotatably connected with the upper end of the support, the rear end of the adjusting rod is used for lifting under the action of external force, the connecting point of the extending part and the upper end of the support serves as a fulcrum, and the front end of the adjusting rod drives the moving rod to lift through the connecting rod.

The jig of claim 9, wherein the bracket and the fixing shaft sleeve are integrally formed and have an opening-expanding U-shaped structure, the extending direction of the extending portion is perpendicular to the length direction of the adjusting rod, the connecting rod comprises two connecting members having an opening-expanding U-shaped structure, the two connecting members are respectively located at two sides of the extending portion, and the opening of the connecting member faces the extending portion.
11. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein a limiting member is further disposed on the first surface of the test base, and the limiting member is used to limit a moving distance of the test carrier relative to the first surface when the test carrier descends.
