In the inner fixing region C6, both ends of the elastic member 23 are joined to each other with the outer sheet 21 and the inner sheet 22, and the elastic member 23 is cut and retracted in the low stretch region C5 in the width direction and fixed. Also, the bonding here may be achieved by means of thermal adhesive, heat pressing, ultrasonic waves, or the like, or by means of bonding by a process of thermal adhesive and heat pressing bonding.
In the hip region B2, the exterior body 2 further includes two leg openings 26, the leg openings 26 have an arc-shaped cut curve corresponding to the contour of the wearer's leg, a leg fixing region C4 is provided around the arc-shaped cut curve of the leg openings 26, and in the leg fixing region C4, the elastic members 23 are bonded to the outer sheet 21 and the inner sheet 22 by thermal adhesive, thermal compression or ultrasonic, or a combination of thermal adhesive and thermal compression, and the elastic members 23 are fixed while being retracted in the width direction, which are cut together by forming the leg openings 26, so that the elastic members 23 are prevented from being retracted around the leg openings, flatness of the leg portions is effectively improved, and elasticity thereof is ensured.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, edge seals 10 for preventing the opening of the outer layer sheet 21 and the inner layer sheet 22 are joined to each other at the side positions of the end regions C1 on both sides, and the edge seals 10 are formed by a hot press or ultrasonic composite method. The edge seal 10 has a plurality of joints arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction; the edge seal 10 is used to prevent the outer layer sheet 21 and the inner layer sheet 22 from being opened at both end edges, to improve the joining strength of both side ends of the exterior body 2, and to further prevent the end region C1 from being cracked or layered between the two sheets.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer package 2 further includes an end portion nonwoven fabric 2e positioned on the back side portion a2, and the end portion nonwoven fabric 2e is joined to the surface of the absorbent main body 1 facing the skin of the wearer to cover the end portion of the absorbent main body 1, thereby preventing the absorbent main body 1 from being cracked at the end portion due to swelling after absorbing bodily waste such as bodily fluids.

Claims (15)

1. A pant-type absorbent article having a longitudinal direction, a width direction and a thickness direction which are orthogonal to each other, and having a stomach portion (A1) disposed on the abdomen of a wearer, a back portion (A2) on the back of the wearer, and a crotch portion (A3) located between the stomach portion (A1) and the back portion (A2), the pant-type absorbent article comprising: an absorbent main body (1) and an outer body (2), characterized in that: the pant-type absorbent article is "T-shaped" in an unfolded state, and the absorbent main body (1) is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the pant-type absorbent article and extends from the back-side portion (A2) to the stomach-side portion (A1) via the crotch portion (A3); the outer package (2) is provided on the back side section (A2) and is combined with the absorbent main body (1) on the side facing the skin of the wearer; the outer package (2) is provided on the back side section (A2), the outer package (2) includes an outer sheet (21), an inner sheet (22), and a plurality of elastic members (23) located therebetween and extending in the width direction, the elastic members (23) being arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction; the outer body (2) is divided into an end region (C1), an outer fixing region (C2) and a main expansion region (C3) from both sides to the middle in the width direction; the pant-type absorbent article further comprises:
two hook elements (24) respectively arranged in the two end regions (C1) along the length direction;
and a target sheet (3a) positioned on the abdominal section (A1) and disposed on the wearer-oriented non-skin side of the absorbent main body (1);
the two hook members (24) can repeatedly adhere/separate the target sheet (3a), and when the hook members (24) are adhered to the target sheet (3a), the pant-type absorbent article can be brought into a closed state to form a pant-type shape having a waist opening and two leg openings;
a pair of tabs (3b) protruding in the width direction are provided on the ventral portion (A1) at both outer ends in the width direction of the absorbent body (1).
2. A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein: the outer edge side of the lug (3b) is in a trapezoidal, long-strip and T-shaped shape.
3. A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein: the ear piece (3b) is made of one or a combination of any two or more of spun-bonded non-woven fabric, spun-melt non-woven fabric, spunlace non-woven fabric and hot air non-woven fabric, the non-woven fabric has a 2D or 3D convex-concave embossing treatment effect, and the gram weight of the non-woven fabric is between 30g/m2 and 120g/m 2.

A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein: the center line of the pair of ear pieces (3b) coincides with the center line of the target piece (3a) in the width direction; in the longitudinal direction, when the maximum dimension of the outer edge sides of the pair of ear pieces (3b) is N1 and the dimension of the target piece (3a) is N2, N1/N2 is 0.6-1.2.

A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein: -in said end region (C1), the outer ply (21) and the inner ply (22) are joined to each other; and in the end portion region (C1) on one side of the outer package body (2), the plurality of elastic members (23) are cut and retracted to the outer fixing region (C2) along the width direction at the cutting position, the outer layer sheet (21) and/or the inner layer sheet (22) leave a second cut portion (K2) formed by cutting the plurality of elastic members (23) at the cutting position, the second cut portion (K2) comprises a plurality of cut lines, and the extension line of each elastic member (23) along the width direction is arranged to intersect with at least one of the cut lines; in the end portion region (C1) on the other side of the exterior body (2), the plurality of elastic members (23) are retracted to the outer fixing region (C2) in the width direction.

A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein the outer body (2) is dividable, outwardly and inwardly in the longitudinal direction, into a waist stretch region (B1) and a hip region (B2) having an overlapping region with the absorbent main body (1); in the hip region (B2), the exterior body (2) is further provided with a low stretch region (C5) and inner side fixing regions (C6) in the width direction, wherein the low stretch region (C5) is located between the inner side fixing regions (C6); in the low stretch region (C5), the outer sheet (21) and the inner sheet (22) are joined to each other, and the plurality of elastic members (23) are cut and retracted to the inner fixing region (C6) in the width direction at the cut position; the outer layer sheet (21) and/or the inner layer sheet (22) is provided with a first cut (K1) formed by cutting the plurality of elastic members (23) at a cutting position, and the first cut (K1) comprises a plurality of cut lines, and an extension line of each elastic member (23) in the width direction intersects at least one cut line.
7. A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein: in the end region (C1), a hook element securing portion (42) for securing the hook elements (24) to the outer sheet (21) and the inner sheet (22) is further included.
8. A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein: in the outer fixing region (C2), both end sides of the elastic member (23) are joined to the outer sheet (21) and the inner sheet (22) and the elastic member (23) is cut in the width direction in the end region (C1) and is fixed.
9. A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 8, wherein: the elastic member (23) is joined to the outer sheet (21) and the inner sheet (22) in the main stretch region (C3).
10. A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 6, wherein: in the inner fixing region (C6), both end sides of the elastic member (23) are joined to the outer sheet (21) and the inner sheet (22) and the elastic member (23) which is cut in the width direction in the low stretch region (C5) and is retracted is fixed.

A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 6, wherein: in the hip region (B2), the outer body (2) further comprises two leg opening parts (26), the leg opening parts (26) have arc-shaped cutting curves matched with the leg contours of a wearer, and leg fixing regions (C4) are arranged along the peripheries of the arc-shaped cutting curves of the leg opening parts (26); in the leg fixing region (C4), the elastic member (23) is joined to the outer sheet (21) and the inner sheet (22).
12. A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein: the outer sheet (21) of the outer package (2) has a bent portion (21a) that is folded toward the inner sheet (22) on the skin side of the wearer.

A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 12, wherein: the absorbent body (1) has a liquid-permeable top sheet (12) disposed on the skin side of the wearer, a liquid-impermeable back sheet (13) disposed on the non-skin side, and an absorbent body (11) positioned between the liquid-permeable top sheet (12) and the liquid-impermeable back sheet (13); the absorption body (1) is also provided with leg leakage-proof sheets (15) which are arranged on both sides of the skin side of the liquid-permeable surface sheet (12) along the length direction; a first elastic member (16) extending in the longitudinal direction is folded and fixed in the leg leakage prevention sheet (15) near the inner side edge in the width direction of the absorbent main body (1); a second elastic member (17) extending in the longitudinal direction is further provided on the outer side in the width direction of the absorbent body (1), the second elastic member (17) is provided between the leg leakage-preventing sheet (15) and the liquid-impermeable back sheet (13) or within the liquid-impermeable back sheet (13), and the inner edge side of the ear sheet (3b) is fixed between the leg leakage-preventing sheet (15) and the liquid-impermeable back sheet (13).

A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 13, wherein the absorbent main body (1) is further provided with an elastic waist sheet (14) extending in the width direction at the abdomen-side portion (a1), the elastic waist sheet (14) being provided between the absorbent body (11) and the liquid-impermeable back sheet (13).

A pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein the outer body (2) further comprises an end portion nonwoven fabric (2e) at the back portion (a2), the end portion nonwoven fabric (2e) being joined to the wearer's skin side of the absorbent main body (1) to cover the end portion of the absorbent main body (1).
