In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, 13-16, the handle 20 includes a handle body 210 and a connecting piece at the bottom of the handle body 210, the connecting piece protruding horizontally beyond the bottom edge of the handle body 210, the connecting piece being disk-shaped and configured as a limit protrusion 220; the stopper recess 111 is a circular groove and is provided on the upper surface of the lid body 10.
In these embodiments, the connection piece embedding sets up in spacing concave part 111, supports handle main part 210 through the bigger connection piece of horizontal size, has improved handle 20 on the one hand and has placed the stability, is favorable to handle 20 to stably erect and establishes on lid body 10, on the other hand only need adjust the size of connection piece and spacing concave part 111 looks adaptation can to can alleviate handle 20's weight, convenience of customers gets and puts the lid subassembly, simple structure, processing is convenient. Moreover, the limiting concave part 111 is arranged on the upper surface of the cover body 10, so that the processing and the assembly are convenient, and the handle 20 is assembled on the cover body 10 by aligning the position of the limiting concave part 111.
Further, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the cap body 10 includes a cap top wall 110 and a cap side wall 120 extending downward from an edge of the cap top wall 110, and the stopper recess 111 is configured by a portion of the cap top wall 110 being bent downward and recessed. The lid body 10 including the lid top wall 110 and the lid side walls 120 facilitates the matching of the lid side walls 120 with the walls of the covered accommodation chamber, thereby improving the stability of the lid. In addition, a part of the cap top wall 110 is bent and recessed downward to form the limiting recess 111, for example, the limiting recess 111 is formed by punching a part of the cap top wall 110, the processing is convenient and fast, and the structural strength of the cap body 10 can be ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, 8 and 11, a plurality of convex hulls 121 are disposed on the cover side wall 120, the convex hulls 121 may be formed by stamping, and the convex hulls 121 abut against the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity covered by the cover assembly, which is beneficial to improving the cover stability of the cover assembly.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 10 to 12, a through hole 112 through which the connecting member 30 passes and an annular rib 113 extending to the inside of the limiting concave portion 111 around the edge of the through hole 112 are provided on the groove bottom wall of the limiting concave portion 111, a limiting table is provided on the inner side of the annular rib 113, and the end of the connecting member 30 is embedded in the annular rib 113 and abuts against the limiting table. The end of the connecting member 30 can be embedded into the space surrounded by the annular rib 113, so that the end of the connecting member 30 does not protrude out of the lower surface of the cap body 10, and the appearance effect after the cap is opened can be improved. Moreover, the end part of the connecting piece 30 is abutted against the limiting table, so that the cover body 10 and the handle 20 are tightly pressed together through the connecting piece 30, and the connection firmness of the cover body and the handle is improved.
In other embodiments, the handle 20 includes a handle body 210 and a connecting tab at the bottom of the handle body 210, the connecting tab projecting horizontally beyond the bottom edge of the handle body 210; the lower surface of the connecting piece is provided with an annular projection (not shown) configured as a retaining projection 220 or an annular groove (not shown) configured as a retaining recess 111.
In other embodiments, the handle 20 includes a handle body 210 and a connecting tab at the bottom of the handle body 210, the connecting tab projecting horizontally beyond the bottom edge of the handle body 210; the lower surface of the connecting piece is provided with a circular protrusion (not shown) configured as a limit protrusion 220 or a circular groove (not shown) configured as a limit recess 111.
In these embodiments, the handle body 210 is supported by the connecting piece having a larger transverse dimension, so that the placement stability of the handle 20 is improved, and the handle 20 can be stably erected on the cover body 10. Further, by providing the stopper protrusion 220 or the stopper recess 111 on the lower surface of the connecting piece, for example, by providing the annular protrusion as the stopper protrusion 220, or by providing the annular groove as the stopper recess 111, the size of the stopper protrusion 220 or the stopper recess 111 can be increased compared to the case where the stopper protrusion 220 or the stopper recess 111 is provided on the handle main body 210, thereby ensuring stable connection between the handle 20 and the cover body 10.

In these embodiments, the handle body 210 has an inner cavity, which saves material compared to a solid structure, and on the other hand, prevents the handle body 210 from being too thick and is formed with ripples on the surface by injection molding, which is beneficial to ensure the appearance quality of the handle 20. Moreover, the connecting column 212 with vertical extension in the inner cavity is connected with the connecting piece 30, and the reinforcing rib 213 is arranged between the connecting column 212 and the cavity side wall of the inner cavity, so that the situations that the connecting column 212 is inclined, broken, expanded and the like in the insertion process of the connecting piece 30 can be effectively avoided, the integrated strength of the connecting column 212 and the handle main body 210 is ensured, and the connection firmness of the handle 20 and the cover body 10 is improved.
In a particular application, the connector 30 is a screw and the connecting post 212 is an internally threaded post.
In a particular application, the reinforcing ribs 213 are distributed on opposite sides of the connecting column 212.
In some embodiments, the central axis of the connector 30 is spaced from the central axis of the retaining recess 111 by a distance equal to or less than two-fifths of the maximum radius of the retaining recess 111.
In these embodiments, although the central axis of the connecting member 30 is not coincident with the central axis of the limiting concave portion 111, the central axis is closer to the central axis of the limiting concave portion 111, and the distance between the central axis and the central axis occupies less than two fifths of the maximum radius of the limiting concave portion 111, so that the connecting firmness of the connecting member 30 to the handle 20 and the cover body 10 can be effectively ensured, and a gap, even an up-and-down movement and the like, occurring on one side of the handle 20 and the cover body 10 away from the connecting member 30 due to the deviation of the arrangement of the connecting member 30 is avoided.
Specifically, when the stopper recess 111 is a circular groove, the radius of the circular groove is the maximum radius of the stopper recess 111. In the case where the stopper recess 111 is an annular groove, the outer ring radius of the annular groove is the maximum radius of the stopper recess 111.
In a specific application, the distance between the central axis of the connecting member 30 and the central axis of the limiting concave part 111 is one fifth of the maximum radius of the limiting concave part 111.
