The anti-pinch zipper of the present invention uses the zipper cloth 11 to shield the second guiding plate 27 of the zipper head 20, so that the zipper head 20 does not have a structure protruding out of the back surface of the zipper cloth 11, when the anti-pinch zipper is applied to a garment, the zipper head 20 is outside the garment, and no part of the zipper head 20 is arranged on the back surface of the two zipper tapes 10, so as to prevent the zipper head 20 from being pinched to the inner cloth of the garment when moving, and to achieve the anti-pinch function.
The present invention can be embodied as various types of slide fasteners, and as shown in fig. 9, can be embodied as a one-way closed end slide fastener of a slider 20; as shown in fig. 10, an X-type two-way closed end zipper with two sliders 20 may be implemented; or, as shown in fig. 11, an O-type two-way closed end zipper having two sliders 20 may be implemented, and the closed end zipper is a zipper in which both ends of the two fastener tapes 10 are never separated from the sliders 20. Or as shown in fig. 12, the present invention can also be implemented as a single-split zipper, i.e. the lower end of one of the two fastener tapes 10 can be separated by the zipper head 20, which is usually used for two flaps of a jacket; or, as shown in fig. 13, it may be implemented as a double-split zipper, that is, a zipper in which both ends of the upper and lower ends of the two fastener tapes 10 are separable.
Since the fastener tape 11 of the present invention is provided with the reversely folded fastener tape 13 and the fastener elements 12 are coupled to the fastener tape 13, a lower stop and a pin required for the fastener tape 11 must be combined together for improvement when the fastener tape is implemented as a single open-end fastener or a double open-end fastener. To this end, referring to fig. 12 and 14 to 18, in the present invention, a lower stop 30 is disposed at a proximal end of the sprocket belt 13 of one of the chain cloths 11, and a pin 40 is disposed at a proximal end of the sprocket belt 13 of the other chain cloth 11, wherein the lower stop 30 and the pin 40 can be formed by die casting or plastic injection molding, wherein:
the lower stop 30 has a block 31, a first fixing groove 32 is disposed on a first side of a center line 311 of the block 31, and a slot 33 is disposed on a second side of the center line 311; the first fixing groove 32 and the slot 33 are both concave grooves from the upper end to the lower end of the block 31, and the first fixing groove 32 is communicated with the slot 33; an opening 34 is formed on the back of the block 31, and the opening 34 is connected to the first fixing groove 32 and the slot 33; therefore, the sprocket belt 13 of one piece of chain cloth 11 is folded back, passes through the opening 34 and then is fixed in the first fixing groove 32, so that the lower stop 30 is fixed at the near end of the sprocket belt 13 of the chain cloth 11; wherein, a protruding pin 35 protrudes from the upper end of the first side of the central line 311 of the block 31, and the first fixing groove 32 is recessed into the block 31 from the upper end to the lower end of the protruding pin 35.
The pin 40 is a strip corresponding to the slot 33, the pin 40 has a second fixing groove 41 recessed from the upper end to the lower end thereof, the second fixing groove 41 is communicated with the inner side 42 of the pin 40; therefore, the zipper tooth belt 13 of the other zipper cloth 11 is reversely folded and then fixed in the second fixing groove 41, so that the inserting pin 40 can be inserted into the lower stop block 30 and can also be reversely separated, and the anti-pinch zipper can be applied to a single-open-tail zipper or a double-open-tail zipper.
Referring to fig. 13, when the present invention is applied to a double open-ended slide fastener, a fastening pin 60 is provided at a proximal end of a fastener tape of one fastener tape of the double open-ended slide fastener, and a pin 40 is provided at a proximal end of a fastener tape of the other fastener tape, thereby forming a double pin open-ended slide fastener, the pin 40 and the fastening pin 60 are fixed to the fastener tape 13, as described above and shown in the right side structure of fig. 18.
In addition to the above preferred embodiments, the technical solutions protected by the present invention are not limited to the above embodiments, and it should be noted that the technical solutions of any one embodiment are combined with the technical solutions of one or more other embodiments within the protection scope of the present invention. the two side plates are respectively and vertically connected with two side edges of the inner surface of the top plate, the bottom ends of the two side plates are respectively provided with a second guide plate, the inner edges of the two second guide plates respectively protrude a convex plate towards the central direction, and a second sprocket sliding groove is respectively formed between the convex plates of the two second guide plates and the top plate; the inner edge of the convex plate of the second guide plate and the two side edges of the first guide plate are separated to form a Y-shaped guide cloth gap;
the zipper head is combined between the two chain belts, the zipper teeth and the zipper tooth belts pass through the first zipper tooth sliding groove and the second zipper tooth sliding groove, the two pieces of zipper cloth extend out of the zipper head through the Y-shaped guide cloth seam and are unfolded to two sides of the zipper head, so that the reverse sides of the two chain belts cover the zipper head;
the top plate, the connecting device and the pull piece are positioned on the front side of the zipper, the top plate leans against the zipper teeth on the front side of the zipper cloth of the zipper, and the reverse sides of the two zipper belts are not provided with any part of the zipper head; and
when the zipper head moves, the first guide plate is arranged between the inner sides of the zipper tooth belts of the two zipper cloths and guides the zipper tooth belts to pass through the Y-shaped guide cloth seam with the inner sides of the convex plates, and the convex plates of the second guide plate slide in the sliding space below the zipper tooth belts.

the inserted pin is a strip-shaped body corresponding to the slot, the inserted pin is provided with a second fixing groove which is recessed from the upper end to the lower end of the inserted pin, and the second fixing groove is communicated with the inner side edge of the inserted pin; the zipper tooth belt of the other piece of zipper cloth of the single-open-tail zipper or the double-open-tail zipper is fixed in the second fixing groove after being reversely folded.
