when the amount of the weeds is too large, the weeds press the rotary cutter wheel 11 to enable the rotary cutter frame 10 to move downwards, the right end of the rotary cutter frame 10 compresses the spring 14 downwards along the adjusting frame 12 until the direct-current sheet 15 on the rotary cutter frame 10 is changed from being in contact with the fan-shaped electric sheet 16 on the adjusting frame 12 to the direct-current sheet 15 on the rotary cutter frame 10 being in contact with the plastic sheet 17 on the adjusting frame 12, the motor of the rotary cutter wheel 11 is connected with the fan-shaped electric sheet 16 through the direct-current sheet 15, so that the motor circuit of the rotary cutter wheel 11 is cut off, the rotary cutter wheel 11 stops cutting off, the motor can be effectively prevented from being burnt out due to overload, the service life of the device is ensured, after the collection bag 13 is fully collected with the weeds, the buckle 20 is pressed to be separated from the retaining ring 21, so that the collection bag 13 can be easily taken down, the powder crushed by the rotary cutter wheel 11 can slide into the collection box 19 through the bottom cover 18, and the collection box 19 can be taken out for treatment after the collection box 19 is fully filled with the powder, the dust generated during the weed smashing can be effectively reduced, and the pollution to the environment is reduced.
