Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the pallet truck 100 has a generally rectangular shaped frame 110 as shown in fig. 2. The frame is a rectangular base formed by welding together a transverse frame member 111 extending in parallel and two longitudinal frame members 112 connected to the transverse frame member 111 and extending in parallel. In order to simplify the manufacturing process of the pallet truck, the welding pallet truck is assembled with a minimum of components, in the present embodiment only at least one transverse reinforcement member 113 is provided in the frame 110 parallel to the transverse frame members 111, while the reinforcement member 113 extends within the space defined by the frame 110.
In the present embodiment, 4 casters are disposed at the bottom of the frame 110, including two casters 120 mounted on the same end and two casters 130 mounted on the other end. For ease of understanding, the end where the caster 120 is located is defined as the front end of the pallet truck, and the two casters include wheels 121 rotatably disposed on a wheel plate 114 via a wheel frame 122, the wheel plate 114 being connected to the frame 110. In order to increase the load-carrying capacity of the wheel, a transverse reinforcement member 113 is arranged across the width of the wheel plate and connected to the wheel plate, the design shown in fig. 1 comprising two transverse reinforcement members 113, each supporting a respective wheel plate 114. In this embodiment, a plurality of transverse stiffening members 113 may also be provided, at least one of which transverse stiffening members 113 provides a contact point for interaction with a fixed pallet of the pallet truck. The transversely disposed reinforcement member directly provides the locking contact point, avoiding manufacturing complications that would otherwise result from a separate arrangement.
Two rigid castors 130 are provided at the opposite end of the frame 110 from the castors 120, typically the side opposite the handle will be provided as a non-universal castor, i.e. a rigid wheel. In order to facilitate the spacing of the stacked pallet trucks and to make the stacking more secure, the present embodiment uses wheel grooves 116 for limiting the movement of the wheels, for receiving the corresponding wheels 121 of the casters 120 of the stacked pallet trucks 100, and for better limiting the two casters 130, a receiving groove for the caster 130 is formed in such a way that the reinforcement member 113 cooperates with the transversal frame 111, the receiving groove being arranged such that the reinforcement member 113 and the transversal frame together support the rolling surface of the caster of the pallet truck above when the pallet trucks are stacked. Further, the receiving groove is sized as a distance between the lateral frame 111 and the reinforcement member 113 at opposite sides, which is determined according to the diameter of the wheel of the rigid caster, and the distance is optimally set such that the surface of the rigid caster 130 contacts both the wheel plate and the lateral frame 111 and the lateral reinforcement member 113 when stacked. The advantage of this distance arrangement is that under the condition of self-weight and stacked bearing weight, the wheels of the fixed caster wheel are trapped in the wheel groove, and can not be trapped in the wheel groove and can not freely move on the wheel plate, so that a good positioning and anti-falling-off effect is achieved, and the state can be seen in a figure 5. Furthermore, the pallet truck can be well limited in a longitudinally parallel state, so that the limiting effect of the wheel groove 116 is better.
In order to facilitate the driving of the pallet truck 100, a handle 140 is further provided on the pallet truck, pivotally connected to the frame 110, and in a deployed state when the pallet truck is in a use state, and folded to a state where a plane on which the handle is located is parallel to a plane on which the frame 110 is located when the pallet truck is in a storage state; the advantage that sets up like this, the folding structure more is favorable to the pallet truck to stack the storage, when stacking the storage, only needs fold the horizontal state with handle 140, very big reduction its shared height of cubical space.
In the present embodiment, as will be understood in detail from fig. 2, first, the wheel groove 116 for receiving the wheel 121 of the caster 120 is defined by the support 115 and the wheel plate 114 together. As a suitable example, one side of the wheel well 116 may be formed by the frame of the handle 140 and the other side of the wheel well 116 is defined by the wheel support 115. Further, the wheel support 115 may be a strip of material, such as metal, plastic, composite, or other suitable material, that facilitates welding with the handle 130.
As shown in fig. 3, in the folded state of the handle, the pallet truck 100 is in this state for stacking. The wheel support 115 is provided in combination with an arc shape extending on the inner surface of the longitudinal frame of the handle according to the rotation radius of the caster 120, and the arc-shaped outer surface may be provided with a reinforcing member (not shown) in order to reinforce the supporting strength of the arc-shaped support 115. The wheel support 115 is welded to the handle frame and the reinforcement. Thus, the wheel support 115 extends in the space defined by the frame of the handle 140 and the lateral and/or longitudinal reinforcements. When stacked, the rolling surface of the wheel 121 of the stacked pallet truck 100 contacts the wheel plate 114 at the bottom of the wheel, while the rolling surface can also contact the wheel support 115.
Based on the structure, the utility model discloses a pallet truck 100 piles up the back, has more stable structure. Fig. 4 illustrates a stack of a plurality of identical pallet trucks 100. The wheels 121 of the upper pallet truck 100 may be oriented differently when the wheel supports 115 are stacked. The curved wheel supports 115 facilitate the angular free orientation of the casters the stacked pallet truck wheels 121 may be placed toward any angular position within the confines of the supports 115.
Since the pallet truck 100 is introduced onto the adapter pallet from the loading end during transport of the pallet truck 100, the casters of the pallet truck are in the wheel guide grooves of the pallet. A drive mechanism operates the tray to actuate the locking plate to rotate between an operative, i.e., generally vertical, state and a released, i.e., generally horizontal, state. For the pallet truck of the present invention, it is necessary to provide a member to be engaged with the locking plate at a reasonable position. In this embodiment, at least one transversely disposed stiffening member 114, the stiffening member 114 being connected to the longitudinal bar 142 of the handle 140, the stiffening member 114 providing a contact point for interaction with a fixed pallet of the pallet truck. In the operative condition, the locking plate engages with the transverse reinforcement member on the handle 140; in the released state, the locking plate is lowered, thereby releasing mechanical contact with the lateral reinforcement member on the handle 140.
The reinforcing member arranged in this way can directly provide a locking contact point, and the manufacturing complexity caused by independent arrangement is avoided. And the horizontal reinforcing member with the handle provides the contact point that is used for with the fixed tray interact of pallet truck, makes the reinforcing member setting on the chassis more free, and the distance can be according to actual bearing and stress demand setting.
Further, since the direction in which the wheels rotate is uncertain after the casters 120 are put into the wheel grooves 116 and the wheels can still roll freely, a wheel block 117 is provided on the wheel plate 114, and the wheel block is cylindrical or conical, and preferably, the central axis of the block 117 coincides with the rotation axis of the casters 120. The height and radius of the stop 117 are set to be determined according to the diameter of the wheel, and the stop 117 cooperates with the wheel support 115 to limit the rolling of the caster after the caster is placed in the wheel groove. Referring to fig. 5, in the state where the caster 120 is parallel to the longitudinal frame 112, the caster 120 is engaged with the blocking member 117, and the caster 130 is engaged with the lateral reinforcement member 113 and the lateral frame 111.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the pallet truck 100 is provided with a connector 150 to connect a plurality of pallet trucks, and the pallet trucks are mounted and transported. Specifically, a connector 150 is provided on the frame, the connector including a first connector 151 and a second connector 152, the first connector 151 and the second connector 152 being configured to connect the second connector and the first connector corresponding to the front and rear pallet trucks, respectively, when the plurality of pallet trucks are connected. So that the pallet truck can be conveniently consigned by connecting the pallet truck end to end. The first connector is provided on the outer side of the frame on the universal caster side of the pallet truck.
