As a preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, all the aforementioned embodiments and examples of the present application can further include an anvil bracket 7 for receiving an anvil, where the anvil bracket 7 is detachably mounted on the holder single plate.
Through making the blade holder is still including the chopping block support 7 that is used for accomodating the chopping block for the chopping block can also be accomodate to the blade holder, has further enriched the function of blade holder, has enjoyed user experience. A tool apron is provided with a tool groove for accommodating a tool and is characterized by comprising a plurality of tool apron single plates which are sequentially abutted together, wherein one of the two adjacent tool apron single plates is configured to be a first tool apron single plate provided with a first locking piece, and the other one of the two adjacent tool apron single plates is configured to be a second tool apron single plate provided with a second locking piece, the first locking piece is provided with a locking part, and the second locking piece is provided with a locking position and an unlocking position;
the locking part can be switched from the unlocking position to the locking position to enable the first tool apron single plate and the second tool apron single plate to be connected in a locking mode, or switched from the locking position to the unlocking position to enable the first tool apron single plate and the second tool apron single plate to be detachable.

the second locking piece is provided with a locking hole which is long-strip-shaped and extends along the height direction of the second tool apron single plate, one of the locking position and the unlocking position is positioned at the bottom end of the locking hole, and the other of the locking position and the unlocking position is positioned at the top end of the locking hole;
the locking part is installed into the unlocking position and slides to the locking position to enable the first tool apron single plate and the second tool apron single plate to be connected in a locking mode, or the locking part slides to the unlocking position from the locking position and is detached from the unlocking position to enable the first tool apron single plate and the second tool apron single plate to be detached.

the second tool apron single plate is provided with an avoiding groove which is opposite to the lock hole and used for avoiding the locking part, and the distance between the groove bottom of the avoiding groove and the second locking part is gradually reduced from the unlocking position to the locking position, so that the locking part has a moving space when in the unlocking position and is clamped between the groove bottom and the second locking part when in the locking position.
