As shown in fig. 2, 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the transmission mechanism 30 includes a fixed gear 312 and a movable gear 32, the upper cylinder 20 has an installation cavity 29, the fixed gear 312 and the movable gear 32 are both disposed in the installation cavity 29, the fixed gear 312 is in limit fit with the upper cylinder 20 and can rotate relatively, the upper end of the fixed gear 312 has a horizontally disposed gear ring 33, the lower end of the fixed gear 312 is in limit fit with the upper end of a fixed shaft 311, the movable gear 32 is vertically disposed on the rotating shaft 211, and the movable gear 32 is meshed with the gear ring 33.
The lower end of the fixed gear 312 is in limit fit with the upper end of the fixed shaft 311, which means that when the upper cylinder 20 and the lower cylinder 10 rotate, the fixed shaft 311 is fixedly connected with the cooker body 40, so that the fixed gear 312 cannot rotate (the fixed gear 312 is fixed relative to the cooker body 40).
When the upper cylinder 20 is detached from the lower cylinder 10, the fixed gear 312 is detached together with the upper cylinder 20. When the first blade 11 of the lower cylinder 10 and the second blade 21 of the upper cylinder 20 are required to be used for stirring and longitudinally turning over the food in the circumferential direction, the upper cylinder 20 is assembled on the lower cylinder 10, at this time, the fixed gear 312 on the upper cylinder 20 is connected with the fixed shaft 311 on the cooker body 40, and due to the limit fit between the fixed gear 312 and the fixed shaft 311, when the upper cylinder 20 and the lower cylinder 10 rotate, the fixed gear 312 cannot rotate (the fixed gear 312 is fixed relative to the cooker body 40), so that the moving gear 32 can rotate on the gear ring 33 of the fixed gear 312 to drive the second blade 21 to rotate.
Note that, in the present embodiment, the rotation axis of the moving gear 32 extends in the horizontal direction, and the axis of the ring gear 33 extends in the vertical direction.
In the present embodiment, the fixed gear 312 and the moving gear 32 are preferably bevel gears.
As shown in fig. 2, 9 and 10, the fixed gear 312 includes a shaft diameter section 315 and a flanged platform 313, the flanged platform 313 is disposed at the upper end of the shaft diameter section 315, the lower end of the shaft diameter section 315 is in limited fit with the upper end of the fixed shaft 311, the flanged platform 313 extends along the circumferential direction of the shaft diameter section 315, and the gear ring 33 is disposed on the upper surface of the flanged platform 313. The shaft diameter section 315 is in limit fit with the fixed shaft 311 on the pot body 40, so that the fixed gear 312 is fixed relative to the pot body 40. Wherein, the vertical axis of the shaft diameter section 315 is the vertical axis of the fixed gear 312.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the shaft diameter section 315 is located in the upper cylinder 20, and the lower end of the shaft diameter section 315 passes through the lower end of the upper cylinder 20 and extends into the through hole of the lower cylinder 10.
As shown in fig. 9, the upper barrel 20 includes an upper seat 23 and a first mounting cover 24 connected to a lower end of the upper seat 23, the upper seat 23 and the first mounting cover 24 together enclose a mounting cavity 29, the first mounting cover 24 has an avoiding hole 22, the shaft diameter section 315 penetrates through the avoiding hole 22, and a lower surface of the flanging platform 313 is lapped on an upper surface of the first mounting cover 24. The upper cylinder 20 is separately provided as the upper base body 23 and the first mounting cover 24, which facilitates assembly of components (e.g., the fixed gear 312 and the moving gear 32) in the upper cylinder 20. The fixed gear 312 can be limited by the flanging platform 313, and the assembly of the fixed gear 312 is completed.
In the present embodiment, the upper housing 23 has a cylindrical structure, which can provide a large assembly space. Wherein, the side wall of the upper seat 23 is provided with a shaft hole 233, and the rotating shaft is rotatably inserted through the shaft hole 233.
As shown in fig. 12, the edge of the turn-up platform 313 protrudes from the gear ring 33, the upper cylinder 20 is provided with a limiting rib 25 extending downward, and the lower end surface of the limiting rib 25 is in clearance fit with the edge of the upper surface of the turn-up platform 313. The flanging platform 313 can be limited by the limiting ribs 25, so that the fixed gear 312 is limited, and the gear ring 33 at the upper end of the fixed gear 312 can be stably meshed with the moving gear 32. In addition, because the lower end surface of the limiting rib 25 is in clearance fit with the edge of the upper surface of the flanging platform 313, when the upper cylinder body 20 rotates relative to the fixed gear 312, interference between the limiting rib 25 and the fixed gear 312 cannot occur, and the upper cylinder body 20 can rotate smoothly.
As shown in fig. 11 and 17, the fixed gear 312 has a rotation stop hole 3121 at a lower end thereof, the fixed shaft 311 has a rotation stop boss 3111 at an upper end thereof, and the rotation stop boss 3111 is inserted into the rotation stop hole 3121 so as to limit and engage the fixed gear 312 and the fixed shaft 311. The fixed gear 312 is in limit fit with the fixed shaft 311 by utilizing the limit fit of the rotation stop hole 3121 and the rotation stop boss 3111, and the lower end of the fixed shaft 311 is fixedly arranged on the cooker body 40, so that the fixed gear 312 does not rotate relative to the cooker body 40, and the movable gear 32 can rotate along the upper end of the fixed gear 312 to realize the longitudinal overturn of the second blade 21.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the moving gear 32 is located on the side of the axis of the upper cylinder 20 away from the stirring blade 212. When the rotation direction of the upper cylinder 20 and the lower cylinder 10 is clockwise in the direction from top to bottom, the rotation direction of the rotation shaft 211 is counterclockwise in the direction from the end of the rotation shaft 211 far away from the upper cylinder 20 to the end close to the upper cylinder 20, and when the rotation direction of the upper cylinder 20 and the rotation direction of the lower cylinder 10 are counterclockwise in the direction from top to bottom, the rotation direction of the rotation shaft 211 is clockwise in the direction from the end of the rotation shaft 211 far away from the upper cylinder 20 to the end close to the upper cylinder 20. Because the rotation direction of stirring piece 212 is contrary (clockwise/anticlockwise) with the rotation direction of barrel for stirring piece 212 turns up food more easily, and food is more in the intracavity upset action of culinary art, and food thermally equivalent can further promote the three-dimensional stirring effect of stirring subassembly to food. Moreover, by adopting the structure, the torque transmitted by the movable gear 32 can be improved, and the stirring performance is further improved.
As shown in fig. 9, the upper barrel 20 further includes a handle cover 28, the handle cover 28 is disposed on the upper end of the upper base body 23, the first mounting cover 24 is provided with a connecting column 241 extending upward, the upper end of the upper base body 23 is provided with a first lug 232, the handle cover 28 is provided with a second lug 281, and the first lug 232 and the second lug 281 are both connected with the connecting column 241. By adopting the structure, the three components of the handle cover 28, the first mounting cover 24 and the upper seat body 23 can be assembled at the same time, and the assembling efficiency can be improved.
Specifically, the sidewall of the upper housing 23 is provided with an avoiding groove 231, and the connecting column 241 is inserted into the avoiding groove 231 and connected to the first lug 232 and the second lug 281.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the lower cylinder 10 is magnetically engaged with the lower end of the upper cylinder 20. The magnetic attraction matching mode is adopted, so that the upper barrel 20 can be conveniently taken down from the lower barrel 10 or the upper barrel 20 can be conveniently assembled to the lower barrel 10.
As shown in fig. 9, 13 and 14, the upper end of the lower cylinder 10 is provided with a limiting groove 12, the lower end of the upper cylinder 20 is provided with a limiting post 26 extending downward, and the limiting post 26 is inserted into the limiting groove 12. Utilize spacing cooperation of spacing post 26 and spacing groove 12, under the condition of will going up barrel 20 and assembling barrel 10 down, go up barrel 20 and can rotate along with barrel 10 is synchronous down, and then can utilize the first blade 11 of barrel 10 and the second blade 21 of last barrel 20 down to stir food simultaneously to utilize second blade 21 to carry out vertical upset to food.
Further, since the upper cylinder 20 can rotate synchronously with the lower cylinder 10, the moving gear 32 can also be moved along the ring gear 33 to rotate the second blade 21 relative to the upper cylinder 20.
As shown in fig. 14 and 23, two limiting grooves 12 are spaced apart from each other at the upper end of the lower cylinder 10, the two limiting grooves 12 have different widths, and the lower end of the upper cylinder 20 has two limiting posts 26 corresponding to the two limiting grooves 12. Note that, the width dimension of the stopper groove 12 refers to a dimension of the stopper groove 12 in the circumferential direction of the lower cylinder 10. The two stopper posts 26 are provided with width dimensions corresponding to the two stopper grooves 12, respectively.
As shown in fig. 9 and 14, a first magnetic member 13 is disposed below the position-limiting groove 12, and a second magnetic member 27 magnetically engaged with the first magnetic member 13 is disposed on the position-limiting post 26. Specifically, the driving member 43 has a fourth magnetic element 432 magnetically engaged with the third magnetic element 14.
As shown in fig. 14, the lower cylinder 10 includes a lower seat 15 and a second mounting cover 16 connected to a lower end of the lower seat 15, the third magnetic element 14 is sandwiched between the lower seat 15 and the second mounting cover 16, and the second mounting cover 16 can be used to assemble and fix the third magnetic element 14.
In this embodiment, the third magnetic element 14 is a first ring magnet. Adopt the magnet of loop configuration, have the stable advantage of magnetism and inhale, and then can promote driven stability.
As shown in fig. 1, another embodiment of the present invention provides a cooking appliance, which includes a pot body 40 and a stirring assembly 50, wherein the pot body 40 includes a base 41 and an inner pot 42, the inner pot 42 is disposed on the base 41, the stirring assembly 50 is disposed in the inner pot 42, and the stirring assembly 50 is the stirring assembly provided above.
Therefore, the cooking appliance can stir the food in the circumferential direction of the pot body 40 by the first blade 11 and the second blade 21, and can turn the food vertically by the second blade 21, thereby improving the stirring effect. In addition, since the upper cylinder 20 is located above the lower cylinder 10 and detachably connected to the lower cylinder 10, the food can be stirred and longitudinally turned by the first blade 11 and the second blade 21, the upper cylinder 20 can be detached from the lower cylinder 10, and the food can be stirred by the first blade 11 of the lower cylinder 10 alone, so that the stirring assembly can be applied to various use scenarios.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a driving member 43 is disposed in the pot body 40, the driving member 43 includes a driving motor 431 and a fourth magnetic member 432, a motor shaft 4311 of the driving motor 431 is drivingly connected with the fourth magnetic member 432, and the fourth magnetic member 432 is drivingly connected with the lower barrel 10.
Specifically, the fourth magnetic part 432 is magnetically attracted to the third magnetic part 14 of the lower cylinder 10, the motor shaft 4311 of the driving motor 431 drives the fourth magnetic part 432 to rotate, and the fourth magnetic part 432 is magnetically attracted to rotate under the driving of the third magnetic part 14 in a magnetic cooperation mode, so that the rotation of the stirring assembly 50 is realized, and the revolution of the first blade 11 and the second blade 21 and the rotation of the second blade 21 are further realized.
As shown in fig. 4 and 19, the driving member 43 further includes a rotating base 44 and a third mounting cover 45 disposed at a lower end of the rotating base 44, the rotating base 44 has a connecting shaft 441, the connecting shaft 441 is connected to a motor shaft 4311 of the driving motor 431, and the fourth magnetic member 432 is interposed between the rotating base 44 and the third mounting cover 45. The fourth magnetic part 432 can be assembled and fixed by matching the rotating base 44 with the third mounting cover 45, and the driving connection between the motor shaft 4311 of the driving motor 431 and the fourth magnetic part 432 is conveniently realized.
As shown in fig. 2, the cooking appliance further includes a heating plate 60, the heating plate 60 is disposed on the base 41 and located below the inner pot 42, the heating plate 60 has a through hole, and the rotating base 44 is rotatably disposed through the through hole. As shown in fig. 18 and 19, the inner pot 42 is disposed on the base 41 in a removable manner, a positioning block 421 is disposed on an outer side wall of the inner pot 42, a positioning slot 411 is disposed on an inner side wall of the base 41, and the positioning block 421 is inserted into the positioning slot 411. After the inner pot 42 is placed in the base 41, the inner pot 42 can be prevented from rotating relative to the base 41 under the limit matching of the positioning block 421 and the positioning slot 411.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance further includes an upper cover openably and closably provided to the pot body 40, and the cooking cavity of the pot body 40 is sealed by the upper cover.
To facilitate understanding of the apparatus provided in this embodiment, the following description is provided in conjunction with the operation of the stirring assembly 50:
(1) a motor shaft 4311 of the driving motor 431 drives the fourth magnetic attraction piece 432 to rotate through the rotating seat 44, and the fourth magnetic attraction piece 432 drives the lower cylinder 10 to rotate through the third magnetic attraction piece 14 in a magnetic attraction matching manner;

(3) because the lower extreme of fixed axle 311 is fixed to be set up on the a kind of deep pot body 40, fixed axle 311 and the spacing cooperation of fixed gear 312 to fixed gear 312 also can not rotate relative the a kind of deep pot body 40, and when last barrel 20 rotated along with barrel 10 synchronous revolution down, moving gear 32 can rotate along the upper end of fixed gear 312, and moving gear 32 can drive pivot 211 and rotate, thereby pivot 211 can make the rotation of second blade 21.
Wherein, the cooking utensil comprises an air fryer or an electric cooker or an electric pressure cooker or a multifunctional heating pot with the functions of baking, cooking and cooking.

1. A stirring assembly disposed within a pot body (40), the stirring assembly comprising:
the cooker comprises a lower cylinder (10), wherein a first blade (11) is arranged on the side wall of the lower cylinder (10), a driving part (43) of the cooker body (40) is in driving connection with the lower cylinder (10) so as to drive the lower cylinder (10) to rotate relative to the cooker body (40), a fixed shaft (311) is fixedly arranged on the cooker body (40), and the fixed shaft (311) is upwards penetrated through the lower cylinder (10);
the upper barrel (20) is detachably connected with the lower barrel (10), the upper barrel (20) is located above the lower barrel (10), the upper barrel (20) is provided with a second blade (21), the second blade (21) comprises a rotating shaft (211) and a stirring sheet (212) arranged on the rotating shaft (211), and the rotating shaft (211) transversely penetrates through the side wall of the upper barrel (20);
and the transmission mechanism (30) is arranged between the fixed shaft (311) and the rotating shaft (211), the lower barrel (10) drives the upper barrel (20) to rotate, the fixed shaft (311) drives the rotating shaft (211) to rotate through the transmission mechanism (30), so that the rotating shaft (211) drives the stirring sheet (212) to rotate around the transverse axis of the rotating shaft (211).

The stirring assembly according to claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism (30) comprises a fixed gear (312) and a movable gear (32), the upper cylinder (20) has a mounting cavity (29), the fixed gear (312) and the movable gear (32) are both disposed in the mounting cavity (29), the fixed gear (312) is in limit fit with the upper cylinder (20) and can rotate relatively, a transversely disposed gear ring (33) is disposed at an upper end of the fixed gear (312), a lower end of the fixed gear (312) is in limit fit with an upper end of the fixed shaft (311), the movable gear (32) is vertically disposed on the rotating shaft (211), and the movable gear (32) is engaged with the gear ring (33).

The stirring assembly according to claim 2, wherein the fixed gear (312) comprises a shaft diameter section (315) and a flanging platform (313), the flanging platform (313) is arranged at the upper end of the shaft diameter section (315), the lower end of the shaft diameter section (315) is in limit fit with the upper end of the fixed shaft (311), the flanging platform (313) extends along the circumferential direction of the shaft diameter section (315), and the gear ring (33) is arranged on the upper surface of the flanging platform (313).

The stirring assembly according to claim 3, wherein the upper cylinder (20) comprises an upper seat (23) and a first mounting cover (24) connected to a lower end of the upper seat (23), the upper seat (23) and the first mounting cover (24) jointly enclose the mounting cavity (29), the first mounting cover (24) has an avoiding hole (22), the shaft diameter section (315) penetrates through the avoiding hole (22), and a lower surface of the flanging platform (313) is arranged on an upper surface of the first mounting cover (24).

The stirring assembly according to claim 3, wherein the edge of the flanging platform (313) protrudes out of the gear ring (33), the upper cylinder (20) is provided with a limiting rib (25) extending downwards, and the lower end surface of the limiting rib (25) is in clearance fit with the edge of the upper surface of the flanging platform (313).

The stirring assembly according to claim 2, wherein the fixed gear (312) has a rotation stop hole (3121) at a lower end thereof, and the fixed shaft (311) has a rotation stop boss (3111) at an upper end thereof, and the rotation stop boss (3111) is inserted into the rotation stop hole (3121) so as to limit the fixed gear (312) and the fixed shaft (311).
7. The stirring assembly according to claim 2, wherein the moving gear (32) is located on a side of the axis of the upper cylinder (20) remote from the stirring blade (212).
8. The stirring assembly according to claim 4, wherein the upper barrel (20) further comprises a handle cover (28), the handle cover (28) is disposed on the upper end of the upper base body (23), the first mounting cover (24) is provided with an attachment post (241) extending upward, the upper end of the upper base body (23) is provided with a first lug (232), the handle cover (28) is provided with a second lug (281), and the first lug (232) and the second lug (281) are both connected with the attachment post (241).
9. Stirring assembly according to any of claims 1 to 8, wherein the upper end of the lower cylinder (10) is magnetically engaged with the lower end of the upper cylinder (20).
10. The stirring assembly according to claim 9, wherein the upper end of the lower cylinder (10) is provided with a limiting groove (12), the lower end of the upper cylinder (20) is provided with a limiting post (26) extending downwards, and the limiting post (26) is inserted into the limiting groove (12).
11. The stirring assembly of claim 10,
the upper end of the lower barrel (10) is provided with two limiting grooves (12) at intervals, the width sizes of the two limiting grooves (12) are different, and the lower end of the upper barrel (20) is provided with two limiting columns (26) which are arranged corresponding to the two limiting grooves (12); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the lower part of the limiting groove (12) is provided with a first magnetic attraction piece (13), and the limiting column (26) is provided with a second magnetic attraction piece (27) which is magnetically attracted and matched with the first magnetic attraction piece (13).

Stirring assembly according to any of claims 1-8, wherein the lower end of the lower cylinder (10) is provided with a third magnetically attractive element (14), and the driving element (43) is in driving connection with the lower cylinder (10) via the third magnetically attractive element (14).
13. The stirring assembly of claim 12,
the lower cylinder body (10) comprises a lower seat body (15) and a second mounting cover (16) connected with the lower end of the lower seat body (15), and the third magnetic part (14) is clamped between the lower seat body (15) and the second mounting cover (16); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the third magnetic part (14) is a first ring magnet.
14. A cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises:
the cooker body (40), the cooker body (40) comprises a base (41) and an inner pot (42), and the inner pot (42) is arranged on the base (41);
