As shown in fig. 7, in order to simplify the overall structure, the mounting posts for limiting the limiting member 60 include a first mounting post 122 for supporting the pressing plate 20 and a second mounting post 123 for supporting the driving circuit board 40, and a limiting space is defined by the cooperation of the first mounting post 122 and the second mounting post 123.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the position-limiting member 60 is a rectangular position-limiting member 60, and four sides of the position-limiting member 60 are respectively provided with a mounting post, so as to achieve effective mounting and positioning of the position-limiting member 60.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 7, in the embodiment, the limiting member 60 includes a first side, a second side, a third side, and a fourth side that are connected in sequence, the mounting posts disposed on the first side and the third side are the first mounting posts 122, and the mounting posts disposed on the second side and the fourth side are the second mounting posts 123, so that the first mounting posts 122 can be spaced at intervals to reliably support the pressing plate 20, the second mounting posts 123 can be spaced at intervals to reliably support the driving circuit board 40, and the four sides of the limiting member 60 can be positioned by the four mounting posts, so as to ensure the mounting accuracy of the limiting member 60.
In this embodiment, the first mounting post 122 not only plays a role of supporting and fixing the pressing plate 20, but also plays a role of mounting and positioning the limiting member 60, the second mounting post 123 not only plays a role of supporting and fixing the driving circuit board 40, but also plays a role of mounting and positioning the limiting member 60, and a single mounting post integrates multiple functions, so that the overall structure is simpler.
In other embodiments, the limiting member 60 may be installed and positioned only by two or three installation posts; the mounting posts for mounting and positioning the limiting member 60 may be all the first mounting posts 122 or all the second mounting posts 123.
In other embodiments, a stepped groove may be disposed on the frame 12 to mount and position the position-limiting element 60.
In one embodiment, the position-limiting member 60 is clamped between the frame 12 and the pressing plate 20, and the position-limiting member 60 is horizontally limited by the mounting post, so that the position-limiting member 60 and the face frame assembly 10 are fixed relative to each other.
In other embodiments, the limiting member 60 may be fixed to the frame 12 by means of adhesion or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 9 and 11, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the heat dissipation performance of the camera module 30 and the driving circuit board 40 and improve the usability of the camera module 30, a first heat conduction member 71 and a second heat conduction member 72 are disposed, the first heat conduction member 71 is disposed between the camera body 31 and the pressing plate 20, and the second heat conduction member 72 is disposed between the pressing plate 20 and the driving circuit board 40.
In this embodiment, one side of the first heat-conducting member 71 is attached to the rear end of the camera body 31, and the other side is attached to the pressing plate 20; the second heat-conducting member 72 is attached to the pressing plate 20 at one side and the driving circuit board 40 at the other side.
The following provides an assembly method of the camera module 30 of the present invention:
as shown in fig. 5, cover plate 11 is provided on the front side of frame 12, and light-transmitting portion 111 faces first hole 1211;
as shown in fig. 6, the dust-proof member 50 is placed in the first hole 1211, the dust-proof member 50 is attached to the cover plate 11, and the first avoiding hole 51 is aligned with the light-transmitting portion 111;
as shown in fig. 7, the limiting member 60 is placed in a positioning space defined between a plurality of mounting posts, and the mounting posts provide mounting positioning for the limiting member 60, so that the limiting hole 61 is aligned with the first avoiding hole 51;
as shown in fig. 8, the camera main body 31 is mounted into the stopper hole 61 of the stopper 60;
as shown in fig. 9, the first heat-conductive member 71 is attached to the back surface of the camera body 31;
as shown in fig. 10, a pressure plate 20 is disposed on a side of the camera body 31 away from the frame 12, and the pressure plate 20 is fixed to the first mounting post 122 by a first fastener 81;
as shown in fig. 11, the second heat-conducting member 72 is attached to the side of the pressure plate 20 away from the camera main body 31;
as shown in fig. 11, the flexible circuit board 32 is bent, and the first electrical connector 33 is adjusted to the side of the pressing plate 20 facing away from the camera body 31;
as shown in fig. 12, the driving circuit board 40 is disposed on a side of the pressing plate 20 away from the camera body 31, the side on which the second electrical connector is disposed faces the first electrical connector 33, the first electrical connector 33 and the second electrical connector are connected by plug-in connection, and the driving circuit board 40 is fixed to the second mounting post 123 by the second fastening member 82.
The utility model also provides an electronic device which can realize the installation and fixation of the camera module 30 with the flexible circuit board 32 and realize the electric connection of the camera module 30 and the drive circuit board 40.
In an embodiment of the electronic device of the present invention, the electronic device further includes a second housing, the face frame assembly 10 is connected to the second housing and encloses an installation space, and the frame 12 is connected to the second housing to form a housing of the electronic device; the camera module 30, the pressing plate 20 and the driving circuit board 40 are disposed in the mounting space.
In this embodiment, the front side of the electronic device is located to the face frame assembly 10, the rear side of the electronic device is located to the second casing, and the camera module 30 is a front camera module 30 for collecting the foreground.
In other embodiments, the face frame assembly 10 may also be disposed at the rear side of the electronic device, and the camera module 30 may also be a rear camera module 30 for capturing a rear view.
In one embodiment, the electronic device is an electronic class card. the driving circuit board (40) is arranged on one side, away from the camera main body (31), of the pressing plate (20); the driving circuit board (40) is connected with the face frame assembly (10); and a second electric connector is arranged on one side, close to the pressing plate (20), of the driving circuit board (40), and the second electric connector is connected with the first electric connector (33).

The camera module mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the camera module (30) is a MIPI camera module (30), and the first electrical connector (33) includes a MIPI interface; the camera module (30) is electrically connected with the driving circuit board (40) through the MIPI interface.
3. The camera module mounting structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the face frame assembly (10) includes a bezel (12) and a cover plate (11); the cover plate (11) is connected with the frame (12);
the frame (12) is provided with a first hole part (1211), the cover plate (11) comprises a light-transmitting part (111) covering the first hole part (1211), and the camera module (30) comprises a lens (311); the lens (311) faces the first hole portion (1211) so that light can enter the lens (311) through the light-transmitting portion (111).

The camera module mounting structure according to claim 3, further comprising a dust-proof member (50), wherein the dust-proof member (50) is an elastic structure; the dust-proof member (50) is provided in the first hole (1211) and between the cover plate (11) and the camera body (31); the dustproof piece (50) is provided with a first avoiding hole (51), and the dustproof piece can enter the lens (311) through the light-transmitting part (111) and the first avoiding hole (51).
5. The camera module mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein the bezel (12) includes a frame body (121), and a first mounting post (122) provided on a side of the frame body (121) facing away from the cover plate (11); the pressure plate (20) is connected to the first mounting post (122).

The camera module mounting structure according to claim 5, wherein the pressing plate (20) includes a plate body (21) and at least two ears (22) connected to the plate body (21), and the bezel (12) is provided with at least two first mounting posts (122); the plate body (21) is used for limiting the displacement of the camera main body (31), and the ear part (22) is connected with the first mounting column (122).
