Referring to fig. 2, the third support beams 14 are i-shaped beams, the third support beams 14 are disposed on the second support beams 13, the third support beams 14 are disposed to intersect with the second support beams 13, the third support beams 14 are fixed to the second support beams 13 by bolts and nuts, the third support beams 14 are disposed in plurality, the plurality of third support beams 14 are disposed in parallel at intervals, and the platform body 2 is mounted on the third support beams 14.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the platform body 2 includes a bottom plate 20, a plurality of upright posts 21 vertically installed on the bottom plate 20 and a protection net 22 arranged between the upright posts 21 are arranged, rectangular yielding openings 200 are formed in the bottom plate 20, the buttress extends out from the yielding openings 200, the bottom plate 20 is fixed with a third supporting beam 14 through bolts and nuts, a plurality of installation bases 201 for the installation of the upright posts 21 are arranged on the bottom plate 20, fixing structures 3 are arranged on the installation bases 201, the fixing structures 3 are used for fixing the upright posts 21 on the installation bases 201, and the protection net 22 is inserted into the adjacent upright posts 21.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the protection net 22 is provided with a rectangular mesh plate-shaped structure, strip-shaped inserting strips 220 are fixedly welded on two sides of the protection net 22, the cross sections of the inserting strips 220 are arranged in a T shape, strip-shaped inserting grooves 210 are formed in the upright posts 21, forward openings 211 are formed in the end faces of the tops of the upright posts 21 by the inserting grooves 210, referring to fig. 5, lateral openings 212 are formed in the side walls of the upright posts 21 by the inserting grooves 210, the faces, facing the opening directions of the forward openings 211, are perpendicular to the faces, facing the opening directions of the lateral openings 212, and the inserting strips 220 can be inserted into the inserting grooves 210 from the forward openings 211 so that the protection net 22 can be quickly installed on the upright posts 21.
Referring to fig. 5, the mounting seat 201 is a cylindrical tubular structure, the top of the mounting seat 201 is provided with a mounting opening 202, the side wall of the mounting seat 201 is provided with a tightening opening 203 communicated with the mounting opening 202, the upright post 21 is a long rod with a circular cross section, the upright post 21 is inserted into the mounting seat 201 from the mounting opening 202, and the fixing structure 3 makes the tightening opening 203 smaller so that the upright post 21 is fixed in the mounting seat 201.
Referring to fig. 5, the fixing structure 3 includes an anchor ear 30, a lock rod 31 and a cam 32, the anchor ear 30 is sleeved outside the mounting seat 201, the anchor ear 30 is welded at the mounting opening 202, and the upper surface of the anchor ear 30 is flush with the end surface of the top end of the mounting seat 201, the anchor ear 30 is provided with a fracture 300, lock plates 301 are welded at the end portions of the anchor ear 30 on the two sides of the fracture 300, the lock rod 31 penetrates through the two lock plates 301, a baffle 310 is fixedly welded at one end of the anchor ear 31, the cam 32 is rotatably arranged at the other end of the lock rod 31, the cam 32 abuts against one of the lock plates 301, a handle 320 is integrally arranged on the cam 32, the cam 32 can rotate the cam 32, the cam 32 rotates to move the lock plates 301, at this time, the fracture 300 and the tightening opening 203 are reduced oppositely, so that the anchor ear 30 is tightened, and the purpose of quickly fixing the upright post 21 on the mounting seat 201 is achieved.
The implementation principle of the highway bent cap construction customization platform of the embodiment of the application is as follows: after the bottom plate 20 is built, the upright posts 21 are inserted into the mounting seats 201, the cams 32 are rotated to fix the upright posts 21 on the mounting seats 201, and when the protective net 22 needs to be installed, the inserting strips 220 on the protective net 22 are inserted into the inserting grooves 210 from the forward openings 211, so that the protective net 22 is inserted on the upright posts 21, and the protective net 22 is further fixed with the upright posts 21; when the protection net 22 needs to be detached, the protection net 22 can be directly pulled out from the slots 210 of the free-standing posts 21, so that the protection net 22 is convenient to mount and dismount.
