In addition, the scientific and technical terms "connect", "fix", "insert", "interlock", "open", "store", "retract", "vertical state", "upright state", and the like used in the present invention have meanings that are generally understood by those skilled in the art, and are not described in detail herein. In the present invention, the "use state", "open state" or "working state" refers to the state that the foldable outdoor cart is fully opened.
The utility model provides a foldable outdoor cart, wherein the foldable outdoor cart is capable of being simply folded or disassembled during storage and conveniently recombined or unfolded during reuse, but the foldable outdoor cart is not limited to the meaning and also comprises a broad concept, for example, the foldable outdoor cart can be unfolded to a proper degree (not completely unfolded) according to actual needs during use, and in addition, the foldable outdoor cart is wholly foldable or partially foldable.
The foldable outdoor cart of the present invention comprises: the base, the support arm fixing rotating shaft, the support arm unit, the wheel shaft fixing piece and the wheel.
The number of the above-mentioned bases for connecting the respective support arm units is not particularly limited, and may be 1 or 2 or more as long as the bases can facilitate the opening of the respective support arm units and can support the goods carried by the cart.
The shape of the base is not particularly limited as long as the technical effects of the present invention can be achieved, and may be appropriately adjusted according to the width of the support arm unit, and the like, and the shape of the base of the outdoor cart of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, octagons (e.g., irregular octagons, regular octagons), hexagons (e.g., irregular hexagons, regular hexagons), pentagons (e.g., irregular pentagons, regular pentagons), and quadrigons (e.g., parallelograms, rectangles, squares), and the like, when viewed from the top. When the outdoor cart of the present invention has four support arm units, the base shape may be a quadrilateral or a hexagon, preferably a hexagon. Further, the shape may be circular or the like as long as the support arm unit can be firmly connected. There is no particular limitation on the size of the base as long as the technical effects of the present invention can be achieved. Further, the size of the base may be appropriately large to function as a support arm unit supporting the X-shaped arrangement after the fully opened, instead of the diagonal bar.
The number of the support arm units is not particularly limited as long as the entire outdoor cart can be smoothly opened and stabilized, and may be singular or even plural, and is preferably even plural from the viewpoint of stability, and specifically, the number of the support arm units may be four, six, eight, and the like, and is preferably four from the viewpoint of simple structure, light weight, and easy storage.
The length of the support arm unit may be different from each other or may be the same as each other, and is not particularly limited as long as the entire cart can be stabilized in the use state. For example, when the number of the above-described support arm units is four, in the use state, it is preferable that the four support arm units are arranged in an X shape (here, the case of "cross" is also included); when the lengths of the support arm units are different, it is preferable that the lengths of the opposite support arm units are the same, wherein one set of the opposite support arm units is longer and the other set of the opposite support arm units is shorter, but not limited thereto. More preferably, the length of each support arm unit is identical. In this case, when the outdoor cart of the present invention is in a use state, the support arm units are fully opened, and if the distal ends (ends far from the base) of the support arm units are connected, it is preferable that the support arm units form a square, a rectangle, a parallelogram, or the like.
Each of the support arm units described above includes two or more support arms (e.g., 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, etc.). There is no particular limitation on the arrangement position between the support arms included in each support arm unit, for example, when each support arm unit includes 2 support arms, the 2 support arms are arranged up and down or in parallel (juxtaposed on a plane extending transversely to the plane on which the support arms are located), and when the 2 support arms are arranged up and down, the two support arms are an upper support arm and a lower support arm, respectively; when each support arm unit comprises 3 support arms, the 3 support arms can be arranged in an upper, middle and lower row; when each support arm unit includes 4 support arms, the 4 support arms may be arranged up, down, left, and right. But the arrangement manner is not limited thereto.
According to the foldable outdoor cart, the supporting arms contained in the supporting arm units are respectively connected with the base and the wheel axle fixing piece through the supporting arm fixing rotating shafts, the supporting arms and the supporting arm fixing rotating shafts are connected to form connecting points, the connecting points are sequentially connected to form an internal space, the space can be in the same plane or can be three-dimensional, the shape of the space is not particularly limited, and the space can be random or regular, and the foldable outdoor cart can be opened and stored smoothly as long as the foldable outdoor cart can be guaranteed.
As a preferred embodiment, the support arm unit is connected to the base and the axle holder by 4 support arm fixing rotation shafts, respectively, and the support arm fixing rotation shafts or their extended lines form 4 intersections with a plane perpendicular to the support arm fixing rotation shafts, and these intersections are connected in sequence to form a parallelogram. However, the number of the support arm fixing rotation shafts is not limited to this, as long as the fixing connection with the support arm unit can be ensured, and the opening and storage of the cart can be smoothly achieved.
The shape of the support arm of each support arm unit is not particularly limited as long as the upper surface of each support arm unit and the upper surface of the base are substantially maintained at the same level when the support arm units are opened. Preferably, the support arm unit is a yoke having a shape of "Y", but is not limited thereto.
In order to keep the support arm of each support arm unit of the present invention in a fixed position when it is opened, a slide groove may be provided on each support arm so that the slide shaft of the lower end of the diagonal rod can move freely in the slide groove, and at this time, the length of the slide groove is such that the slide shaft of the lower end of the diagonal rod just abuts on the end of the slide groove when the support arm unit is fully opened, thereby fixing the entire support arm unit, but it is not limited to this manner. For example, the surface area of the base may be increased appropriately, so that the edge of the base abuts against the portion of the support arm unit close to the base, thereby preventing the support arm unit from tilting upward further.
The upper end of the diagonal rod is connected with the base, and the specific connection mode is not particularly limited as long as the upper end of the diagonal rod can be fixed and the lower end of the diagonal rod can be abutted against the tail end of the sliding groove. For example, the upper end of the diagonal rod may be fixed to the base, or may be fixed to the upper yoke fixed rotation shaft, but is not limited thereto.
In the foldable outdoor cart according to the present invention, the positional relationship between the support arm unit and the base in the use state is not particularly limited as long as the support arm unit can be smoothly opened and stored and the support arm unit can fully support the base after being fully opened. In the use state, the support arm unit may be located below the plane of the base or on the same plane as the base. In a preferred embodiment, for example, the upper surface of the support arm unit and the upper surface of the base are held at substantially the same level.
For the foldable outdoor stroller of the present invention, the support arm unit is preferably a yoke unit and/or a link. The support arm unit may be entirely a yoke unit, may be entirely a link, or may be partly a yoke unit and partly a link. The structure of each link is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a single link or a double link, as long as the foldable outdoor cart can be smoothly opened and stored.
For example, in order to maintain each link of the present invention in a fixed position when the link is opened, a sliding groove may be provided on each link such that the sliding shaft of the lower end of the diagonal rod is freely movable in the sliding groove, and at this time, the length of the sliding groove is such that the sliding shaft of the lower end of the diagonal rod just abuts against the end of the sliding groove when the link is fully opened, thereby fixing the entire link, but not limited thereto. For example, the surface area of the base can be increased appropriately, so that the edge of the base abuts against the portion of the connecting rod close to the base, thereby blocking the connecting rod from tilting further upwards.
As a preferred mode of the present invention, the present invention provides a foldable outdoor cart, comprising four yoke units arranged in an X-shape, each yoke unit being connected to a base and an axle fixing member respectively through a yoke fixing rotation shaft; wherein linkage is formed between the yoke of each yoke unit during opening and storage of the foldable outdoor stroller.
