An air fryer according to claim 2, wherein the bottom wall of the receiving tank is recessed at the perforated peripheral edge region to form a locating groove, and the screw post is inserted into the locating groove to limit the horizontal displacement of the steam generator within the receiving tank.

An air fryer according to claim 3, wherein the steam generator comprises an evaporation pan and heating elements disposed at the bottom of the evaporation pan, the bottom surface of the stud being disposed below the heating elements so as to leave an insulating gap between the heating elements and the bottom wall of the receiving tank.
5. The air fryer according to claim 1, wherein the side walls of the holding tank are provided with through holes, the waterway assembly comprises a water receiving pipe and a water receiving head arranged on the top surface of the base, and the water receiving head receives an external water source and conveys the external water source to the steam generator through the water receiving pipe passing through the through holes.
6. An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein the base has an opening at a central portion of a top surface thereof, and the holder is vertically inserted into the base and is threadedly engaged with a peripheral edge of the opening by a fastener so that a notch of the receiving groove is exposed through the opening.
7. An air fryer according to claim 6, wherein the lower port of the opening is provided at a peripheral edge thereof with a vertical positioning post, and the fixing frame is provided at a peripheral edge thereof with a positioning hole, which is fitted over the positioning post to limit the horizontal deviation of the fixing frame.
8. An air fryer according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said base comprises a floor having an annular enclosure and a bottom covering the bottom of the annular enclosure.
9. An air fryer according to claim 8, wherein the floor has guide ribs around its periphery, the guide ribs being slidable along the inner side wall of the annular enclosure during installation to allow the floor to completely cover the lower port of the annular enclosure; or, the inner side wall of the annular enclosure is provided with a vertically arranged reinforcing rib; or the periphery of the fixing frame extends outwards to form a supporting rib, and after the fixing frame is installed in place, the supporting rib is tightly attached to the inner side wall surrounded by the ring.
10. An air fryer according to claim 8, wherein an upper pipe is arranged at the bottom of the fixing frame, a lower pipe is arranged on the bottom plate, and after the fixing frame is installed in place, a lower port of the upper pipe is communicated with an upper port of the lower pipe, so that liquid in the accommodating groove is discharged out through the upper pipe and the lower pipe in sequence; or the bottom surface of the fixing frame extends downwards to form a wire clamping groove, the bottom plate is provided with a limiting block, and after the fixing frame is installed in place, the limiting block is matched and attached to a notch of the wire clamping groove so that a wire is clamped in the wire clamping groove; or, the two sides of the bottom plate are inwards sunken to form hand buckling grooves.
