背景技术
随着技术的进步,太阳能和风能成为储量大比较清洁的替代能源,且在某些领域成为了主要的能源。太阳能和风能的利用,给电能使用带来了福音,一可以节省煤资源的过度使用,使得煤能使用在更加重要的领域,二是太阳能和风能都是更加清洁的能源,不会产生环境污染。
受到地理位置以及电力供应的原因,现有的路灯多是采用风光互补型节能灯,但是现有的风光互补型节能灯无法对太阳能板和风力发电的扇叶方向进行调节,降低了光能和风能的利用率,因此亟需一种可以对太阳能板朝向和扇叶朝向均可调节的节能灯。

本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种风光互补型节能灯,通过控制器控制驱动组件,利用驱动组件带动支撑杆一和支撑杆二旋转,从而实现对太阳能板和扇叶旋转,使得太阳能板朝向光照方向和扇叶正对风向,从而提高了光能和风能的利用率,并且利用光能和风能互补发电,对节能灯持续性供电,节能减排,符合绿色发展,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种风光互补型节能灯,包括灯杆,所述灯杆靠近端部的侧面通过灯架固定连接节能灯;
壳体,所述壳体下端面通过密封罩与灯杆上端固定连接;
太阳能板,所述太阳板通过支撑杆一与壳体活动连接;
发电机,所述发电机通过支撑杆二与壳体活动连接,所述发电机的输出端连接扇叶;
驱动组件,所述驱动组件安装在壳体内部且支撑杆一和支撑杆二传动连接;
控制器,所述控制器与驱动组件电性连接,用于控制驱动组件。
优选的,所述驱动组件包括传动齿轮、从动齿轮一和从动齿轮二,所述从动齿轮一和从动齿轮二分别与支撑杆一和支撑杆二固定连接,所述传动齿轮与从动齿轮一和从动齿轮二齿合,所述传动齿轮的一端面转动连接升降组件,所述传动齿轮的另一端面连接动力机构,所述动力机构和升降组件分别安装在壳体的上下端面。
优选的,所述从动齿轮一和从动齿轮二水平错开设置,所述传动齿轮与从动齿轮一和从动齿轮二可以同时齿合也可以分别单独齿合。
优选的,所述动力机构包括电机、圆块,所述圆块与传动齿轮的端面中部固定连接,所述圆块内开设棱形通槽,所述棱形通槽内滑动连接棱形体,所述棱形体与电机的输出端固定连接。
优选的,所述电机安装在壳体上且电机外侧设有与壳体固定连接的电机罩。
优选的,所述壳体上安装风向传感器,所述太阳能板上安装光照度传感器,所述风向传感器和光照度传感器与控制器连接。
优选的,所述升降组件包括电动推杆和旋转盘,所述电动推杆安装在壳体上,所述旋转盘固定在电动推杆的输出端且通过转轴与传动齿轮固定连接。

所述驱动组件包括传动齿轮12、从动齿轮一13和从动齿轮二14,所述从动齿轮一13和从动齿轮二14分别与支撑杆一6和支撑杆二7固定连接,所述传动齿轮12与从动齿轮一13和从动齿轮二14齿合,所述传动齿轮12的一端面转动连接升降组件,所述传动齿轮12的另一端面连接动力机构,所述动力机构和升降组件分别安装在壳体5的上下端面,动力机构带动传动齿轮12旋转,进而带动从动齿轮一13和从动齿轮二14旋转,并且所述从动齿轮一13和从动齿轮二14水平错开设置,在升降组件的驱动下,传动齿轮12上下移动,从而使得所述传动齿轮12与从动齿轮一13和从动齿轮二14可以同时齿合实现对支撑杆一6和支撑杆二7的固定,也可以分别单独齿合从动齿轮一13和从动齿轮二14,从而便于单独带动支撑杆一6和支撑杆二7旋转,实现对太阳能板8朝向的改变和扇叶10的朝向改变,提高太阳能的最大利用率和风力的最大利用率。
所述动力机构包括电机15、圆块16,所述圆块16与传动齿轮12的端面中部固定连接,所述圆块16内开设棱形通槽17,所述棱形通槽17内滑动连接棱形体18,所述棱形体18与电机15的输出端固定连接,所述电机15安装在壳体5上且电机15外侧设有与壳体5固定连接的电机罩19,在传动齿轮12升降过程中棱形体18始终位于棱形通槽17内,从而电机15带动传动齿轮12旋转,实现传动齿轮12升降过程中依旧处于制动状态。
所述升降组件包括电动推杆20和旋转盘21,所述电动推杆20安装在壳体5上,所述旋转盘21固定在电动推杆20的输出端且通过转轴与传动齿轮12连接,电动推杆20推动传动齿轮12升降,并且利用旋转盘21与传动齿轮12旋转连接,从而使得传动齿轮12相对于电动推杆20旋转。
所述壳体5上安装风向传感器22,在所述太阳能板8上安装光照度传感器23,所述风向传感器22和光照度传感器23与控制器11连接,用于实时监控风向和光照强度,并通过控制器11与电动推杆20和电机15连接,实现控制器11控制太阳能板8和扇叶10旋转。

Claims (7)
1.一种风光互补型节能灯,包括灯杆,所述灯杆靠近端部的侧面通过灯架固定连接节能灯,其特征在于,还包括:
壳体,所述壳体下端面通过密封罩与灯杆上端固定连接;
太阳能板,所述太阳能板通过支撑杆一与壳体活动连接;
发电机,所述发电机通过支撑杆二与壳体活动连接,所述发电机的输出端连接扇叶;
驱动组件,所述驱动组件安装在壳体内部且支撑杆一和支撑杆二传动连接;
控制器,所述控制器与驱动组件电性连接,用于控制驱动组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风光互补型节能灯,其特征在于:所述驱动组件包括传动齿轮、从动齿轮一和从动齿轮二,所述从动齿轮一和从动齿轮二分别与支撑杆一和支撑杆二固定连接,所述传动齿轮与从动齿轮一和从动齿轮二齿合,所述传动齿轮的一端面转动连接升降组件,所述传动齿轮的另一端面连接动力机构,所述动力机构和升降组件分别安装在壳体的上下端面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种风光互补型节能灯,其特征在于:所述从动齿轮一和从动齿轮二水平错开设置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种风光互补型节能灯,其特征在于:所述动力机构包括电机、圆块,所述圆块与传动齿轮的端面中部固定连接,所述圆块内开设棱形通槽,所述棱形通槽内滑动连接棱形体,所述棱形体与电机的输出端固定连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种风光互补型节能灯,其特征在于:所述电机安装在壳体上且电机外侧设有与壳体固定连接的电机罩。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种风光互补型节能灯,其特征在于:所述升降组件包括电动推杆和旋转盘,所述电动推杆安装在壳体上,所述旋转盘固定在电动推杆的输出端且通过转轴与传动齿轮固定连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种风光互补型节能灯,其特征在于:所述壳体上安装风向传感器,所述太阳能板上安装光照度传感器,所述风向传感器和光照度传感器与控制器连接。
