The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 is a specific structural schematic diagram of an engine valve maintenance device related to the utility model. As shown in fig. 1, the engine valve servicing device according to the present invention includes a telescopic handle 100, a first coupling portion 102, a second coupling portion 201, a fixing bolt 500, an operating bolt 600, and a pressing bracket 700.
The telescopic handle 100 may be a rod-like structure including a fixed handle portion 101 and a movable handle portion 103. Wherein, the movable handle part 103 is movably sleeved on the fixed handle part 101 so as to adjust the length of the telescopic handle 100.
A second coupling portion 201 is rotatably provided at an end portion of the fixed handle portion 101 opposite to the side where the movable handle portion 103 is provided, and a fixing bolt 500 is fixedly provided at a lower end of the second coupling portion 201. The fixing bolt 500 may be an elongated bar-shaped structure formed with an external thread at least at a portion of a lower end thereof. The end of the fixing bolt 500 provided with the external thread is used to be coupled with a screw hole of an engine case to be repaired, and thus, the diameter and the external thread of the fixing bolt 500 need to be set according to the size and parameters of the screw hole of the engine case. Preferably, the fixing bolt 500 fixed to the second coupling portion 201 is detachable so that the corresponding fixing bolt 500 can be replaced according to different screw holes of the engine case.
The first coupling portion 102 is provided between the end of the fixed handle portion 101 where the second coupling portion 201 is provided and the movable handle portion 103. The first connecting portion 102 is movable between the second connecting portion 201 provided end of the fixed handle portion 101 and the movable handle portion 103. A working bolt 600 is further disposed at the lower end of the first connecting portion 102, and the working bolt 600 is rotatably connected to the first connecting portion 102. The surface of the work bolt 600 is formed with external threads of a prescribed size.
The pressing bracket 700 is a frame-shaped member, and has a screw hole having an internal thread at an upper end thereof, the screw hole being coupled to the operation bolt 600, and a valve coupling portion for coupling to an engine valve is provided at a lower end of the pressing bracket 700. In the present embodiment, the valve connecting portion is circular and may be fitted around the periphery of a circular engine valve, but may be designed in other shapes according to the shape of the engine valve. Further, a fixing member for fixing the pressing bracket 700 to the working bolt 600 may be further included, and the fixing member preferably uses two upper and lower stopper nuts 402, but other fixing structures may be used as long as the pressing bracket 700 can be stably fixed to the working bolt.
The following describes a method of using the engine valve servicing apparatus according to the present invention.
First, the fixing bolt 500 of the engine valve maintenance device is screwed into a fixing screw hole of the engine block to be maintained and fixed.
Then, the first connecting portion 102 is moved on the fixed handle portion 101, and the valve coupling portion of the pressing bracket 700 is fixed to the periphery of the engine valve. In this process, the pressing bracket 700 may be rotated along the thread at the operating bolt 600, so that the height position of the pressing bracket 700 is adjusted, and the valve engaging portion of the pressing bracket 700 is well fitted around the periphery of the engine valve.
Then, the movable handle part 103 fitted over the fixed handle part 101 is moved so that the telescopic handle 100 has a length that is optimal for the operator to apply force. Finally, the operator presses the moving handle portion 103 downward, which brings the pressing bracket 700 to press the engine valve member downward for the engine maintenance operation.
According to the engine valve maintenance device, the manufacturing cost is low, and the operation of an engine maintenance site is convenient. In addition, the engine valve maintenance device is small in size and convenient to move, so that the engine valve maintenance device is practical in engine valve maintenance.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the utility model is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the utility model being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein, and any reference signs in the claims are not intended to be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
