Description

Suspension device, assembly and domestic appliance component
Technical Field
One aspect of the present invention relates to a hanging device for hanging a food receiving container free-hanging. The suspension device has a central rail for directly suspending the food receiving container. Another aspect of the utility model relates to an assembly having such a suspension device and a food receiving container. Another aspect of the utility model relates to a domestic refrigeration appliance component.
In domestic refrigeration appliances, it is known to position a separate food receiving container in a defined manner in a domestic refrigeration appliance component. For this purpose, it is provided in particular to hang freely suspended from the suspension device. By "freely suspended" is meant in this context that the food receiving container is merely suspended in the suspension device and is not held or placed downwards by further components on such a suspension device. The positioning of the food receiving container is thus achieved in particular only by such a suspension.
Background
In connection with this, a suspension device is also known which is arranged, for example, on the inside of a door of a domestic refrigeration appliance. Thereby, a door shelf as a food receiving container can be suspended. Such a configuration is known, for example, from DE 102009045058 a 1. Wherein the suspension bar is made of plastic. Thereby reducing stability and load bearing capacity. Furthermore, it is limited in terms of shape. Thus, the usability and applicability in different domestic refrigeration appliance components is also limited.
Furthermore, a suspension device for freely suspended food receiving containers is known from WO 2014/19722 a 1. The rails therein are likewise made of plastic.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the utility model is to provide a suspension device which is more stable in design. In particular, the usability and thus the suitability for different purposes of use is improved.
This object is achieved by a suspension device, an assembly and a domestic refrigeration appliance component according to the utility model.
One aspect of the present invention relates to a hanging device for hanging a food receiving container free-hanging. The suspension has a central rail. The central rail is configured for directly suspending at least one food receiving container. The suspension can be realized in a manner that can be disassembled without damage. The food receiving container can thus be reversibly suspended and removed again.
The central rail is U-shaped. The center rail is constructed of a metal unitary body. The stability of the suspension device is significantly improved by this specially shaped central rail. The U-shaped form makes it possible to receive a plurality of food receiving containers. This also improves the positioning of the central rail on the suspension device. The suspension device as a whole can also be improved by means of such a shaping and can be arranged more mechanically stable on different components of the household appliance. The suspension device can thus also be better used for multiple purposes of use. The integral design of the material and shape-tailored central rail also reduces the number of components. The assembly effort of the suspension device is thereby reduced. In particular, positional tolerances of the individual regions of the suspension device with respect to one another can thereby also be permanently avoided. In particular, manufacturing tolerances which can occur in the case of parts of the central rail are also avoided in this way. These manufacturing tolerances are often disturbing in terms of the accuracy of the position of the components of the center rail relative to each other. This configuration made of metal enables a more stable configuration of the central rail. In particular, a personalized visual appearance of the central rail can thereby also be produced. In particular, an integrated U-shaped frame is formed by the central rail.
In particular, the central rail is constructed of stainless steel. The utility model is thus also particularly advantageously suitable for different purposes of use in domestic refrigeration appliances. Environmental conditions that also result in very low temperatures and temperature differentials, and the corresponding humidity effects, do not affect the center rail. In particular, corrosion phenomena can then also be avoided.
In one embodiment, the central rail has a straight, elongated depending portion. The hanging portion is configured as prescribed for directly hanging the food receiving container. The elongated, straight suspension portion has a first end in the direction of its longitudinal axis. The first end portion is configured as a first retaining portion of the suspension device by bending of the material of the central rail. With this first holding section, the entire suspension device can be held and fixed directly on the component of the household appliance. The second holding part of the suspension device is formed by bending at a second end of the suspension part opposite in the longitudinal direction. The U-shape of the central rail is then formed by the suspension portion and the holding portion.
Thus, the holding portion stands up (abstehend) from the end of the hanging portion, especially at an angle of 90 °. The suspension portion is a multiple of the length of the holding portion, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the suspension device. The longitudinal axis is oriented in the direction of the U-shape.
In one embodiment, the at least one retention portion is a single layer of sheet. In particular, this configuration of the retaining part is only a single-layer plate. The holding part can thus be configured relatively thin and still be mechanically stable on account of its configuration. The holding part is thus also provided to be rigid and for direct mechanical coupling with a further component of the suspension arrangement or with a further component of a component located externally with respect to the suspension arrangement.
In one embodiment, the suspension has a coupling portion separate from the central rail. The coupling portion is directly fixed to the holding portion. The coupling part is provided as specified for direct coupling with a component of the household appliance. By means of such a modular design of the suspension device, on the one hand the central rail itself can be designed as well as possible in terms of its required profile shape and material. On the other hand, the coupling part separate therefrom can be configured individually for the intended use of the suspension device to which it is provided. The coupling part can in particular be made of plastic. Thereby, the coupling part can be realized as a simple injection molded member. The coupling part is therefore also constructed in a weight-saving manner. The holding portion of the central rail then also serves as a bearing member for the coupling portion.
In one embodiment, the coupling portion has an integrated retention tab receiving portion. The retention knob receiving portion is provided for receiving a retention knob of a component of the household appliance. The retaining lug is provided for retaining the suspension device on a component of the household appliance. The coupling part is thus configured both component-specifically and functionally individually. The plastic-made design also prevents undesirable wear or other wear phenomena when directly abutting the holding lug.
In a further embodiment, the coupling part is designed as a cover which also covers the retaining part on the outside. It may be provided that the coupling part is fixed to the suspension part of the central rail. In particular, the central rail can have a cavity integrated on the suspension portion. The coupling portions may be inserted into these cavities. Thus, on the one hand a mechanical direct coupling of the coupling part with the suspension part and on the other hand in particular also with the holding part can be achieved. The coupling part can be plugged or snapped directly onto the holding part. The retaining part, in particular in the form of a single-layer plate, can be formed here as an uninterrupted plate. This means that the plate has no holes or edge-sided recesses. Thus, it is also possible to achieve a large-area abutment of the coupling part against the holding part. In particular, the plate is quadrangular.
In one embodiment, the retention portion has a void or notch. The recess is a recess which is open at the edge side. In the assembled state, the coupling part is inserted into the recess or the recess and is also fixed there. On the one hand, therefore, a personalized fixing possibility of the coupling part on the holding part is achieved. On the other hand, it is thereby also possible for the coupling part to have an insertion slot into which the retaining part extends, so that the coupling part is situated on both sides of the retaining part in the assembled state. Thereby, the holding part is covered by the coupling part as much as possible on the outside and the inside.
In another embodiment, the coupling portion has a coupling region opened rearward. This may be, for example, a retention lug receptacle. The retention tab receiving portion is configured to receive a retention tab disposed on the household appliance component. Then, a direct mechanical coupling between the holding lug and the holding lug receptacle can also be achieved thereby. In connection with this, the suspension device can then advantageously be fixed to the component of the household appliance in a manner that can be detached without damage.
In one embodiment, the coupling part has a downwardly open retaining lug receptacle in this connection. The retention tab receptacle mates with a downwardly open void in the retention portion. In the assembled state of the coupling part on the retaining part, this downwardly open recess in the retaining part is then covered by the region of the retaining lug receptacle in the coupling part and nevertheless retains the open shape associated therewith. In the assembled state of the coupling parts, a free space is then also formed in the entire module between the holding part and the coupling parts, into which free space the holding projections can engage. In particular, a form-locking connection can also be realized here.
In another embodiment, the holding section is configured as a double-layered plate. On the one hand, the mechanical stability is thereby increased. On the other hand, the holding part can also be formed multifunctional by this configuration. In other words, the holding projection receiver and/or the recess for the coupling section of one of the two sheet metal layers can also be integrated into the double-layer sheet and thus be formed in one piece therewith. In particular, such a double-layer plate is realized by simple bending of the material region of the central rail. The double-layer configuration of the holding part is therefore approximately a folded end region of the central rail, which is correspondingly simply bent at the end side, so that the double-layer plate part is formed. In particular, the curvature orients the two plies of the double-ply board parallel to each other. In particular, the two plies are arranged superimposed on one another.
It is also achieved thereby that the freely overhanging front edge of the holding part is a rounded curve. Thus, sharp edges or the like can be avoided at this front side of the holding portion.
In one embodiment, the retaining portion is integrally constructed and the first ply of the retaining portion is oriented parallel to the second ply.
Thus, a compactly configured holding portion can also be created in the width direction.
In one embodiment, the two plies are at least partially arranged spaced apart from each other. Thus, a gap is created between the two plies. The gap can be used on the one hand for receiving other components. Furthermore, a certain elasticity of deformation can also be achieved by this arrangement. Thus, when the suspension device is arranged on a domestic appliance component, position and manufacturing tolerances can also be compensated.
Furthermore, a certain thickening of the holding part is also achieved by this configuration. This can be advantageous if, on the one hand, the retaining lug receptacles are to be integrated into the retaining portion and/or if further components of the suspension device are to be fastened to the retaining portion, in particular to at least one ply.
In one embodiment, the outer second sheet layer viewed in the width direction has a void portion that opens downward. The downwardly open recess is in particular a holding projection receiver for receiving a holding projection of a component of the household appliance. The holding cams are provided in this connection for holding the suspension device on the component of the household appliance.
In particular, this is a U-shaped recess. The U-shape associated with this is rotated by 180 ° and is therefore approximately inverted.
In one embodiment, the spacer webs of the retaining portion are configured along the contour of the recess. The spacer web extends in the width direction of the suspension device. The spacer web is thus oriented perpendicular to the plane spanned by the two sheet layers. The first ply is maintained spaced from the second ply by the spacer web. In one embodiment, the spacer web is integrally constructed with the second ply. By means of the spacer webs, a thicker configuration of the lug receptacles in the width direction is maintained. This results in a relatively large contact surface for the holding lug.
In one embodiment, it can be provided that the spacer web is integrated in a separate edge protection element of the suspension device. The edge protection element is a separate component from the central rail. The edge protection element is arranged directly on the second sheet layer in the recess. The edge of the recess is covered in the second sheet layer by the edge protection element. On the one hand, no potentially undesirable sharp edges of the recess are thus exposed. On the other hand, an improved coupling with the holding cams of the household appliance component can thus be achieved. The edge protection element may be a coupling part. The edge protection element can be designed as a U-shaped arc. The edge protection element can have a groove into which the edge of the second sheet layer engages.
In one embodiment, the suspended portion of the central rail is a straight profile rail. In one embodiment, the profile rail has an upper first cavity, viewed in the height direction of the suspension device. The cavity is molded onto the upper edge of the front plate of the profile rail. Furthermore, in one embodiment, the suspension part has a lower, second cavity, which is formed at a distance therefrom and is likewise formed integrally with the suspension part. In particular, the lower second cavity is molded at the lower edge of the front plate of the profile rail, viewed in the height direction. In particular, the cavities extend from the front panel to the rear, viewed in the depth direction.
The suspension part is in particular configured as a profiled beam or a profiled shelf. This means that they have a length which is greater, in particular many times greater, than the height and depth. The suspended portion is configured to be straight.
By configuring the suspension section as a profile rail, it is also possible to produce individualized profile shapes. This allows for an improved stability of the rail itself and for an improved possibility of hanging the food receiving container.
In one embodiment, the profile rail is a roll formed profile. It is precisely in the case of a profile made of metal that such a roll-formed profile can be produced relatively simply. Such roll forming is also advantageous in complex profile shapes. The complex-shaped profile sections in the form of profile rails can then be produced by this roll forming from a flat sheet, for example a sheet metal sheet, for example made of metal. In particular, therefore, a one-piece design can be realized very advantageously and precisely in shape. The roll-formed profile is therefore a particularly advantageous embodiment as a profile rail. In particular, the entire central rail is a roll-formed profile.
In one embodiment, the two cavities are located entirely behind the front panel. This means that they do not project upwards and downwards beyond the front panel, viewed in height direction. This results in a compactly constructed profile rail. Furthermore, it is also possible with this configuration to realize, for example, that the upper limiting wall of the upper first cavity also serves as an abutment wall and as a suspension wall for the food-receiving container. The food-receiving container is thus not only suspended on a very thin line or on the edge formed by the upper edge of the front panel, but also on a larger abutment surface in this connection. Thereby, stable positioning is improved.
In one embodiment, the two cavities extend without interruption, in particular over the entire length of the front plate. This improves the stability advantage and the possibility of coupling to possible further components of the suspension device.
In one embodiment, at least one of the cavities is delimited on a plurality of sides, in particular on at least three sides, in particular on four sides, in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the profile rail. In one embodiment, at least one cavity is open in this cross section. In particular, such a cross-sectional geometry of the cavity is thus formed with four sides, however such a cross-sectional profile is not completely closed in the circumferential direction. On the one hand, a high stability and, on the other hand, a certain elasticity of the cross-sectional geometry of the cavity can be achieved. It is then the freely overhanging edge that forms one side of the four-sided geometry that can also bounce to some extent. This also enables an improved fastening of the suspension device to the domestic refrigeration device component. Manufacturing tolerances can then be compensated better by this configuration. In particular, the two cavities are configured accordingly with respect to this.
In one embodiment, the upper first cavity is configured with a smaller depth, seen in the depth direction of the suspension device, than the lower cavity. This has the following advantages: the suspension of the food receiving container in the depth direction can also be realized very space-saving. On the one hand, the rigidity of the profile rail is particularly advantageously increased by the second cavity in relation to this deeper lower part. On the other hand, by the first cavity in relation to this upper part which decreases in the depth direction also providing a free space behind it, the suspension element of the food receiving container can engage into this free space. In particular, therefore, in one embodiment, such a suspension element of the food-receiving container advantageously does not project back in the depth direction beyond the dimensions of the lower second cavity. This is achieved by the upper first cavity having a reduced depth. A space-saving arrangement of the suspension device can thereby also be achieved. Nevertheless, a simple and user-friendly hanging and remounting of the food receiving container can be achieved. This prevents such food receiving containers from undesirably projecting rearward beyond the profile rail.
In one embodiment, the profile rail has an open configuration at a first end, viewed in the direction of its longitudinal axis. As already mentioned above, this open end is configured as an insertion holder for an additional coupling part of the suspension device. In addition or alternatively thereto, the profile rail is open on the second end, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis. In one embodiment, this open end is designed as an insertion holder for an additional coupling part of the suspension device, as already mentioned above. Therefore, these open ends are preferably formed as coupling sites of these coupling portions.
Another aspect of the utility model relates to an assembly having a suspension device according to the above aspect or its advantageous configuration. In addition, the assembly has at least one food receiving container that is separate from the hanging device. The food receiving container has, inter alia, a food receiving area and a suspension element. With the suspension element, the food receiving container can be suspended directly on the profile rail. In particular, the food receiving container can be suspended freely suspended on the profile rail. This means that, as mentioned above, the food receiving container is no longer supported or placed or rested downwards on the additional bottom. In particular, the food receiving container is only suspended in this respect on the profile rail.
Another aspect of the utility model relates to a household appliance component. This is in particular a domestic refrigeration appliance component. Such a domestic refrigeration device component is in particular a door for a domestic refrigeration device. The domestic refrigeration appliance component has a suspension device according to the above-described aspect or an advantageous configuration thereof. Additionally or alternatively thereto, the domestic refrigeration appliance component can have an assembly according to the above-described aspect.
By the statements "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "horizontal", "vertical", "depth direction", "width direction", "height direction", the positions and orientations given in a proper use and a proper positioning of the suspension device or the component or the household appliance are explained.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a suspension 1 in a perspective view. The suspension device 1 is provided as intended for suspending the food receiving container in a freely suspended manner. The suspension device 1 is therefore also designed for use on a domestic appliance component. In particular, the suspension device is also provided for use on a domestic refrigeration appliance component. In particular, the domestic refrigeration device component can be arranged in a domestic refrigeration device.
The suspension 1 has a central rail 2. The central rail 2 is configured for directly suspending a food receiving container. As shown in fig. 1, the center rail 2 is constructed in one piece. In particular, in this connection, the central rail is also produced in one piece. The central rail 2 is U-shaped in configuration. The center rail is constructed entirely of metal. In particular, the central rail is made of stainless steel. The central rail 2 is configured as a U-shaped frame.
The central rail 2 has a linear, elongated suspension portion 3. The suspension part 3 may be formed in a beam-like or shelf-like manner or as a plate-shaped strip. Along the longitudinal axis a of the central rail 2, the suspension part 3 is a multiple longer than in two directions perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The hanging portion 3 is configured for directly hanging or hanging at least one food receiving container. A freely suspended suspension can be achieved in this case. A first holding section 5 is formed at a first end 4 of the suspension section 3 in the direction of the longitudinal axis a. In this embodiment, this is produced by bending of the material strip from which the central rail is formed. In particular, the first retaining portion is oriented at an angle of 90 ° or substantially 90 ° to the longitudinal extension of the suspension portion 3. Viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis a, a further second holding section 7 is formed at a second end 6 of the suspension section 3 opposite the first end 4. This further second retaining portion is also formed by bending of the material strip of the central rail 2. In particular, roll forming is provided here.
The first and second holding parts 5 and 7 shown here are each constructed in a plurality of layers. In this connection, the first and second holding portions 5 and 7 are formed plate-like. Thus, the first retaining portion 5 has a first ply 8. The first ply is directly joined to the end 4. Further, the first holding portion 5 has a second sheet layer 9. This second ply is created by further bending the strip of material at the end of the first ply 8. The two plies 8 and 9 are oriented parallel to each other. They are also constructed, in particular, superimposed. At a front edge 10 facing away from the suspended portion 3, the first and second sheet layers 8 and 9 are directly connected to each other by a rounded bend 11.
The further second holding portion 7 also has a corresponding configuration.
The central rail 2 is partially shown in fig. 2 from a different perspective than fig. 1. The first holding section 5 is here seen in perspective from below. As shown here, in this embodiment, the first and second sheet layers 8 and 9 are arranged spaced apart from each other as viewed in the width direction (x direction). In this case, a spacer web 12 is formed in this exemplary embodiment, which is oriented in the width direction and maintains the spacing between the two sheet layers 8 and 9. In this embodiment, the spacer web 12 is integrally molded on the second sheet layer 9 at the outer portion in the width direction. In particular, the spacer webs 12 are formed as U-shaped arcs. In particular, the U-shape is inverted. As can also be seen in fig. 2, the second sheet layer 9 has a first recess 13. The first hollow portion is a hollow portion that opens downward. The first recess 13 is likewise formed as an inverted U from its limiting contour. The first recess 13 (which may also be referred to as a notch) forms a retention lug receptacle for receiving a retention lug. The holding lug is a separate and external component with respect to the suspension device 1. The retention knob is disposed on the household appliance component. The retention tab is configured for direct mechanical coupling with the retention tab receiving portion.
In the embodiment of fig. 2, the spacer web 12 forms the edge of the first recess 13.
In particular, the spacer web is formed by shaping (umforming) the second ply 9. An enlarged portion of the contact surface 14 for holding the projection is also formed by the spacer web 12. As such a contact surface, not only the edge and thus the thickness of the second sheet layer 9, but also a contact surface 14 that widens in the width direction is provided.
The second holding section 7 is also constructed in a corresponding manner.
In this embodiment, the entire suspension device 1 is constructed in one piece and is formed only by the central rail 2.
Fig. 3 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a suspension device 1. In this exemplary embodiment, the central rail 2 is realized as already explained in relation to fig. 1 and 2. However, unlike fig. 1 and 2, no spacer webs 12 are present here. In other respects, the configuration of the first and second retaining portions 5, 7 is as in fig. 1 and 2, respectively.
In this embodiment, the suspension 1 has a first coupling part 15 separate from the central rail 2. The first coupling part 15 is here a U-shaped arc. The first coupling part is in particular of one-piece construction. In particular, the first coupling part is made of plastic.
The first coupling part 15 has a slot 16. The second sheet layer 9 engages into this groove 16 in the region of the first recess 13. This means that, when the first coupling part 15 is fitted on the second sheet layer 9, the edge 17 delimiting the first recess 13 engages in this groove 16. The state regarding this assembly is shown in fig. 4. Thus, a covered configuration of the first recess 13 is approximately provided, wherein the downwardly open recess or the downwardly open first recess 13 is retained when the first coupling part 15 is fitted. Thus, the retention lug can engage from below into this covered first recess 13. The first coupling portion 15 may be plugged onto the second ply 9. A clamping connection can also be provided for this. However, it is also possible, for example, for a snap element 18, which is formed in particular in the groove 16, on the first coupling part 15 to snap into a snap receptacle 19 of the second sheet-metal layer 9.
In particular, the first coupling part 15 therefore also has an integrated recess, which is a holding lug receptacle for receiving a component of the household appliance. Therefore, the shape of the first vacant section 13 in the second sheet layer 9 is also reflected by the first coupling section 15.
Fig. 5 shows a perspective partial view of a further exemplary embodiment of a suspension device 1. In this configuration, differently from fig. 3 and 4, the intermediate space 20 (fig. 3 and 4) between the first and second sheet layers 8 and 9 is filled by a filling element 21.
As can also be seen in fig. 4 and 5, in one embodiment the first coupling part 15 also serves as a spacer element. In this exemplary embodiment, the spacer webs 12 are therefore integrated approximately in the first coupling part 15, as they are integrated in the second sheet layer 9 in the exemplary embodiment of fig. 1 and 2. As can be seen, a door arch (Torbogen) is also formed approximately by the first coupling section 15, which door arch leaves open the intermediate space 20 between the first and second sheet layers 8 and 9 in the width direction. Thus, the first clearance portion 13 is also dimensioned such that the retaining lugs can engage and couple in the circumferential direction. Thus, only the intermediate space 20 outside the first coupling part 15 is filled with this filling element 21. The filling element 21 can be elastically deformable in particular.
Fig. 6 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a suspension device 1.
In this embodiment, the central rail 2 is again provided as a one-piece member made of metal having a U-shape. However, it is provided here that the first and second holding parts 5 and 7 are not of double-layer construction, but are of single-layer construction only. Furthermore, as can be seen, these single-layer panels have no voids or recesses. In this case, they are flat plates that approximate a quadrilateral.
In this embodiment of the suspension 1, again a first coupling part 15 is provided, which is separate from the suspension. Accordingly, a further, corresponding second coupling part 22 is again provided here, also on the opposite side. The second coupling part 22 is also constructed separately from the central rail 2. The first and second coupling parts 15 and 22 are arranged directly on the holding parts 5 and 7. The first and second coupling parts 15 and 22 are in particular made of plastic. They are particularly of one-piece construction. The first and second coupling parts 15 and 22 are configured in this embodiment as outer covers. This means that they cover the retaining parts 5 and 7 approximately completely on the outside. The first and second coupling parts 15 and 22 also have a second recess 23. These second recesses 23 form a U-shaped geometry. These second recesses 23 are in turn retaining lug receptacles for receiving retaining lugs of components of the household appliance. The retaining section 5 is not laterally covered by the first coupling section 15 only in this region of the second recess 23. As for the holding portion 7, the corresponding is provided in the second coupling portion 22.
It may be provided that the first coupling part 15 is fixed directly to the holding part 5. For example, a plug connection or a snap connection can be provided. However, in addition or alternatively to this, the first coupling part 15 may be fixed on the end 4 of the suspension part 3. For example, the first coupling part 15 can have an insert which is inserted into an insert holder of the suspension part 3. The insertion holding portion may be constructed integrally with the hanging portion 3. The suspension part 3 can be configured, for example, as a profile rail. This means that the suspension part has, in addition to the front plate 24 (fig. 6), a first and a second cavity 25 and 26 (fig. 7) projecting rearwards. These first and second cavities are also integrally molded, in particular produced by bending, in particular roll forming. These first and second cavities 25 and 26, which are laterally open in the width direction, are configured as prescribed for receiving the inserts of the first coupling part 15. Plug connections and/or clamping connections may also be provided. In particular, it is provided here that the insert parts are connected or inserted in a form-fitting or force-fitting manner into the first and second cavities 25 and 26.
As can be seen in fig. 7, the first and second cavities 25 and 26 are formed by curved material regions of the suspension part 3. In a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 3, however, these first and second cavities 25 and 26 are not completely closed on the circumferential side. A certain elasticity of deformation is also possible in this way, in particular also for the non-positive insertion of the insert of the first coupling part 15. The same applies to the opposite side of the suspension part 3 or to the opposite end 6. Then, the corresponding inserts of the second coupling part 22 can also be inserted into the first and second cavities 25 and 26.
Fig. 7 shows the suspension 1 according to fig. 6, wherein the first coupling part 15 of the two-part type is removed.
Fig. 8 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a suspension device 1. The central rail 2 can in turn be designed with a strip-shaped suspension part 3. Accordingly, as in fig. 1 and 2, the suspension part 3 does not have to be designed as a profile rail, as is preferably present in fig. 6 and 7. Rather, the overhang portion may be a relatively simple layer or ply of tape. The overhang portion may have a rearwardly oriented web 27 at the lower edge as in fig. 2. The web stabilizes the otherwise single-layer flat plate in relation to the suspended portion 3.
In particular, the webs 27 can also be provided in the exemplary embodiment according to fig. 3 and 4.
In the embodiment of fig. 8, the central rail 2 has a first and a second holding section 5 and 7, which are formed as a single-layer plate corresponding to the embodiment of fig. 6 and 7. However, unlike the embodiment in fig. 6 and 7, these single-layer plates of the first and second holding portions 5 and 7 are configured with a third clearance 28 that opens downward. This third recess 28 is again designed to hold the cam receptacle, as already explained in the above exemplary embodiments. In contrast to fig. 6 and 7, the first coupling part 15, which is separate from the central rail 2, is formed differently here. The first coupling part 15 is here a covering part. The first coupling portion receives the single-layer board in the aspect of the first holding portion 5. For this purpose, the first coupling part 15 has a receiving slot 29 into which the first holding part 5 is inserted when the first coupling part 15 is fitted on the first holding part 5, as shown in fig. 8. The first coupling part 15 has an outer covering wall 30 which covers the first holding part 5 on the outside. The further covering wall 31 covers the first holding portion 5 on the inside. The outer covering wall 30 has a second hollow 23 which opens downward. The second recess is again designed to receive the holding lug. In particular, as also in the exemplary embodiments in fig. 3 and 4, the first coupling part 15 also serves here as an edge protection element. This means that the first coupling part covers and protects the edge 17 with respect to this. In this connection, the first and second coupling parts 15 and 22 according to the exemplary embodiments in fig. 3, 4 and 5 and 8 and 9 are therefore also designed as edge protection elements 32.
In particular, the first coupling part 15 is formed such that the insertion slot 29 is open, in particular only upward, and is open at the rear vertical edge of the first coupling part 15, so that the first coupling part 15 can be plugged onto the first holding part 5 from below.
Fig. 10 shows a perspective view of the domestic appliance component 33. The domestic appliance component is in particular a domestic refrigeration appliance component. The domestic appliance component is in particular a door of a domestic refrigeration appliance. In particular, the household appliance component has a lining 34. The inner liner is constructed, for example, from plastic in one piece. Vertically oriented vertical posts 35 and 36 are molded upright on the liner 34. The beams are oriented parallel to each other. The suspension device 1 can be fixed in a non-destructive manner to the vertical rods 35 and also to the rear wall 40 of the inner lining 34. Thus, in fig. 10, the retaining cam 37 is shown by way of example on the inner side of the vertical rod 36. The retaining cams 37 are configured for direct engagement into the aforementioned recesses of the suspension device 1, which recesses are then retaining cam receptacles. Furthermore, one embodiment of the assembly 38 is also shown in FIG. 10. The assembly 38 has a suspension device 1 and at least one food receiving container 39 separate therefrom. The food receiving container is suspended freely suspended from the suspension device 1, in particular from the suspension portion 3 of the central rail 2. In the embodiment of fig. 10, the first and second retaining portions 5 and 7 are configured with two plies according to one embodiment.
