Description

Driving structure for vehicle
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to driving mechanisms, and particularly to a driving mechanism for a vehicle.
Background
In the related art, a sensor is disposed on a knuckle of a vehicle to sense the rotation speed of an axle. In this arrangement, the detection portion of the sensor is exposed to the outside and is easily hit by an object such as a flying stone, and the detection portion of the sensor is damaged, so that the rotation speed of the axle cannot be normally sensed. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the arrangement of the sensors to avoid the above-described problems.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a side view of a part of components of a vehicle drive structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the driving structure 100 for a vehicle of the present embodiment includes a knuckle 110, an arm 120 and a driving device 130. The knuckle 110 rotatably supports an axle 50 of a vehicle, the axle 50 being, for example, a turning shaft of a wheel of the vehicle, which extends, for example, in a width direction X of the vehicle in a state where the wheel is not steered. The arm 120 is connected to a front side of the knuckle 110 in the front-rear direction Y of the vehicle, and is used to steer the wheel by the knuckle 110, for example. The drive device 130 is disposed on the knuckle 110 and between the axle 50 and the arm 120.
The driving device 130 is used for an electronic control type parking system, for example, and is used for driving the brake caliper 60 to actuate so as to apply braking force to the disc 70 of the wheel. The drive device 130 and the brake caliper 60 are disposed on the front side of the knuckle 110 in the vehicle front-rear direction Y as shown in fig. 1, and are relatively close to the center of gravity of inertia of the entire structure shown in fig. 1. Specifically, the driving device 130 includes a motor 132 and a reduction mechanism 134. The motor 132 is connected to the caliper 60 and drives the caliper 60. The speed reduction mechanism 134 is connected to the motor 132 and serves to reduce the rotation of the motor 132. The reduction mechanism 134 may include a reduction gear.
Fig. 2 is a partial perspective view of the vehicle drive structure of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a partial perspective view of a part of the components of the vehicle drive structure of fig. 2. For the sensor 140 to be clearly visible, the holder 150 is not shown in fig. 3. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the driving structure 100 for a vehicle of the present embodiment further includes a sensor 140 and a bracket 150. The sensor 140 is disposed on the knuckle 110 and is located on the rear side of the axle 50 in the vehicle front-rear direction Y, and the detection unit 142 of the sensor 140 detects the rotation speed of the axle 50. The bracket 150 is disposed on the knuckle 110 as shown in fig. 2 and is used for fixing the wire harness 80, wherein the wire harness 80 is disposed on the knuckle 110 and connected to the sensor 150 and/or the driving device 130. In the present embodiment, the bracket 150 is fixed to the knuckle 110 at the fixing point F, for example, and the wire harness 80 is fixed via the collar 1501 on the bracket 150.
In the present embodiment, the bracket 150 has an extension portion 152, and the extension portion 152 overlaps the detection portion 142 of the sensor 140 in the width direction X (indicated in fig. 1) of the vehicle. The extension 152 can protect the detection portion 142 of the sensor 140 and prevent the detection portion 142 from being hit by objects such as flying stones. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the tip 152a of the extension portion 152 is closer to the detection portion 142 of the sensor 140 than the intermediate portion 152b of the extension portion 152 to surely protect the detection portion 142 of the sensor 140 via the tip 152a of the extension portion 152.
In the present embodiment, the knuckle 110 has a first wall portion 112, a second wall portion 114 and a third wall portion 116. The first wall portion 112 is located on the front side of the knuckle 110 in the front-rear direction Y of the vehicle, the second wall portion 114 is located on the rear side of the knuckle 110 in the front-rear direction Y, the third wall portion 116 extends in the front-rear direction Y, and the first wall portion 112, the second wall portion 114, and the third wall portion 116 form a substantially triangular shape. The driving device 130 is disposed on the first wall portion 112, the sensor 140 is disposed on the second wall portion 114, and the bracket 150 is disposed between the first wall portion 112 and the second wall portion 114. With this arrangement, the holder 150 is compactly arranged in the space between the driving device 130 and the sensor 140, and the arrangement space occupied by the entire device can be reduced.
As described above, in the vehicular drive structure of the utility model, the bracket on the knuckle has the extension portion that overlaps the sensor in the width direction of the vehicle in addition to the function of fixing the wire harness. The extension portion can protect the detection portion of the sensor and prevent the detection portion from being hit by objects such as flying stones.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
