Description

Informing device and vehicle
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a notification device.
Background
With the development of vehicle technology, driving safety is more and more watched. The vehicle is also equipped with an active/passive vehicle driving support system, so that the driver can drive the vehicle more safely. When a vehicle is traveling, there is an area where a driver cannot detect a vehicle coming behind from a rear view mirror (e.g., a door mirror), that is, a so-called blind area.
The existing vehicle driving support system has a blind spot monitoring system (BSI) or a rear side collision prevention support system, which can monitor the blind spot behind the vehicle at any time, and when a vehicle appears, the driver can be reminded by an indicator of a rear view mirror and a warning sound. The BSI system can help a driver to reduce accidents and improve driving safety when changing lanes or turning. When other vehicles appear behind the vehicle during running, the system automatically lights the indication mark on the outside rearview mirror in the direction to remind. If the driver turns on the turn signal lamp, the indication mark on the exterior rearview mirror flickers with a warning sound to remind the driver of the vehicle condition again.
However, the blind spot indication mark currently installed on the rear view mirror has some problems. For example, at the time of dusk or the like, when the color of the scene reflected by the rearview mirror is close to yellow or red, the color of the scene reflected by the rearview mirror is the same as or similar to the color of the lights of the blind area indicator, which makes it impossible for the driver to clearly see whether the blind area indicator is lighted, so that the driver cannot judge whether a vehicle enters the blind area of the vehicle later, and the danger probability is increased.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments of the utility model, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a vehicle blind area monitoring system (notification device). Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of a blind spot of a vehicle. FIG. 3 is a block diagram of a blind spot monitoring system.
As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle includes a pair of rearview mirrors 10 (only one of which is illustrated), and a lighting device 12 is provided on the rearview mirrors 10, for example, at a corner portion. The lighting device 12 is, for example, a blind area indication mark, and lights up to remind the driver when another vehicle enters the blind area of the vehicle. In addition, a corresponding lighting device 14a may be provided on the center console 14 inside the vehicle, so that the driver can obtain information from the center console 14 as well as whether there is a vehicle behind the vehicle entering the blind area from the rear view mirror.
As shown in fig. 2, in the vehicle driving support system, a predetermined region R1, R2 on both left and right sides of the own vehicle 20 may be set as a blind region (hereinafter, both referred to as blind regions). The host vehicle 20 is traveling in the lane LC, and the blind zones R1, R2 may be LL, LR on the left and right lanes. The range of the blind areas R1 and R2 may be set according to the size of the vehicle 20, the visible range of the rear view mirror, and the like, and a range of about 3 meters X6 meters is illustrated in the present embodiment. Of course, an angle range with the rear view mirror as the origin may be set. On a road on which no lane separation line is defined, the blind areas R1 and R2 are simply on the left and right sides of the host vehicle 20.
When the road participant 22 behind the vehicle 20 enters the blind areas R1 and R2, the lighting devices 12 and 14a shown in fig. 1 can be activated. Also, the road participant 22 here refers to a preceding and following vehicle, a moving object, and the like that use the road simultaneously with the own vehicle 10, and may generally include a vehicle, even a pedestrian.
As shown in fig. 3, the notification system includes at least a sensor 32 and an illumination device 12. The vehicle 12 typically has a processor (or ECU)30 to control all control operations of the vehicle 12. In a general driving support system for a vehicle, for example, a sensor such as a radar, or a camera may be provided on a bumper in the front and rear of the vehicle, a roof side, or the like. Through these sensors, for example, the distance, speed, and the like of the vehicle 22 behind the host vehicle 20 can be detected, and thus the relative distance, relative speed, and the like between the host vehicle 22 and the rear vehicle 22 can be calculated by the processor 30.
The rear vehicle is detected by the sensor to generate a detection result, and the processor 30 may determine whether the rear vehicle 22 enters the blind area based on the detection result. When the rear vehicle 22 enters the blind zone and outputs a control signal to the lighting device 12 of the rearview mirror 10 for lighting, the processor can also send a control signal to the lighting device 14a of the center console 14 for lighting. Therefore, the driver can be informed that the vehicle approaches behind, and the alertness is improved or corresponding countermeasures are started.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the notification device may be used for the vehicle 20, which includes at least: a sensor 32, a lighting device 12, and an attenuating member 40. The sensor 32 is configured to detect road participants (for example, the rear vehicle 22 shown in fig. 2) present around the vehicle (i.e., the host vehicle 20, hereinafter also referred to as the vehicle 20). The lighting devices 12 are provided on a pair of rearview mirrors 10 of the vehicle 20, respectively. The lighting device 12 lights the lighting device 12 based on the detection result of the sensor 32. In general, the lighting device 12 may be designed to emit red or yellow light so that the driver can easily perceive that the lighting device 12 is turned on, but the present invention is not limited thereto as long as the driver can easily perceive the color light.
The attenuation member 40 is provided around the lighting device 12, for example, and may be attached to the mirror surface of the rearview mirror 10 using a filter, for example. The application method is to apply the lighting device 12 around, but not to cover, the lighting device 12. The attenuation member 40 mainly attenuates the color light of the ambient scene reflected by the mirror 10, which is close to the lighting light of the lighting device 12.
In other words, in this way, when the reflector reflects yellow or red light, such as at dusk, the yellow or red light is attenuated. Thus, the area around the lighting device 12 does not reflect the color light similar to or the same as the lighting light of the lighting device 12, so that the lighting light recognition degree of the lighting device 12 can be further improved, and the visibility is better. In this case, the filter of the attenuation member 40 may be configured to allow light having a wavelength of green or less (wavelength smaller than that of green light) in visible light to pass through the filter.
The range of adhesion of the attenuating member 40 may be determined as needed, as long as the visibility of the lighting device 12 in lighting can be improved.
FIG. 5 shows a mechanism diagram of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the attenuating member (filter) 40 is attached to the mirror surface 10a of the rearview mirror 10, but does not cover the lighting device 12. The lighting device 12 may emit lighting light 12a, for example, red light or yellow light. The filter 40 allows light with a wavelength lower than that of green light (wavelength less than that of green light) to pass through the filter, for example, green light and blue light in the ambient light are incident on the mirror 10a, and then reflected and pass through the filter 40. At this time, the green and blue light may pass through the filter 40. At this time, since the light passing through the filter 40 is different from the lighting light 12a, the lighting light 12a is not confused in recognition.
Further, the yellow, orange and red lights of the ambient light are incident on the mirror 10a, reflected and passed through the filter 40. At this time, yellow light, orange light, and red light may not pass through the filter 40. Thus, the yellow, orange and red lights, which are the same as or similar to the lighting light 12a, cannot pass through the filter 40 or are attenuated in intensity. Thus, the lights 12a are not disturbed by the colored lights.
With the configuration of the notification device of the present embodiment, the recognition degree and the visibility of the lighting device (blind spot indication mark) 12 can be effectively improved, and the driving safety can be further improved.
The lighting device 12 may be provided at a corner of the mirror surface 10a of the rearview mirror 10, for example, but the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this.
Also, in this embodiment, the sensor may operate by a blind spot monitoring system (blind spot information) in the vehicle driving support system or a rear-side collision prevention support system.
In the above embodiment, the vehicle 20 is an automobile, and may include various types of vehicles, such as a general household automobile, a large truck, a bus, and the like. In this embodiment, a pair of rearview mirrors 10 may be respectively disposed on doors of the vehicle 20, such as doors on the driver side and the passenger side. The notification device of the present embodiment may be provided in a rear-view mirror of a motorcycle.
As described above, by providing the attenuating member such as the filter around the lighting device (e.g., the blind spot indication mark) of the rearview mirror, it is possible to attenuate or filter out the color light which is the same as or similar to the lighting light of the lighting device, and further, the lighting light is not mixed with the color of the environmental background, and the lighting recognition degree of the lighting device is effectively improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the utility model has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
