Description

本实用新型涉及一种空气过滤装置，具体说是一种低噪声空气净化装置。
工、矿企业、民用建筑、医院的起净机房、会议室、手术室等许多场所均要求空气纯净、无毒、无味、无噪音。为此，这些场所均采用不同的过滤装置。这些装置多功能单一，或成本高或效果不理想。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够降低噪音、使空气达到无尘、无毒、无味的多功能空气过滤装置，其构造简单、制造成本低。
本实用新型是这样实现的：低噪声空气净化装置主要包括进风管，1、消声静压箱2、过滤箱3、吸附箱4、风机箱5和出风管6，各部分由法兰7连接。消声静压箱2的箱体8内敷设吸声材料9，吸声材料9内表面装有孔板10；过滤箱3的箱体11内装有过滤器12；吸附箱4的一侧设有门20，箱体13内装有多层吸附板16，吸附板16之间留有空气通道15；吸附板16由框架17、孔板14和活性炭18构成，吸附板16的一端装有拉手19；风机箱5内装有风机机组21。
当含有尘埃的有毒气体通过进风管1进入低噪声空气净化装置后，因空气流动产生的噪声在消声静压箱2中被吸收，空气中的尘埃及细菌在过滤箱3中被过滤，有毒气体和臭气则在吸附箱4中被吸附，经净化的气体由风机箱中的风机机组送入需要净化空气的场所。
该装置构造简单、成本低、具有除尘、去毒和降低噪音多种功能，是较为理想的空气净化装置。

1、一种低噪声空气净化装置，其特征在于该装置主要包括进风管(1)、消声静压箱(2)、过滤箱(3)、吸附箱(4)、风机箱(5)和出风管(6)，各部分由法兰(7)连接；消声静压箱(2)的箱体(8)内敷设吸声材料(9)，吸声材料(9)内表面装有孔板(10)；过滤箱(3)的箱体(11)内装有过滤器(12)；吸附箱(4)的一侧设有门(20)，箱体(13)内装有多层吸附板(16)，吸附板(16)之间留有空气通道(15)；吸附板(16)由框架(17)、孔板(14)和活性炭(18)构成；吸附板(16)的一端装有拉手(19)；风机箱(5)内装有风机机组(21)。
