The food material supplying apparatus and the rice bucket 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 13.
The food material supplying apparatus includes a storage bin 110, a bin bottom wall 155 and a blanking assembly 160. The bottom wall 155 is connected to the bottom of the storage bin 110, so that the storage bin and the bottom wall enclose a storage space 111 for storing granular food materials such as rice and beans. The storage bin 110 is substantially configured in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped, the top of which forms a feed inlet communicating with the storage space 111. The feed inlet may be provided with a bin cover to allow a user to conveniently feed the food material into the storage bin 110 without any shielding. As an alternative embodiment, the bin cover may be pivotably connected to the storage bin 110 by a pivot shaft, or connected to the storage bin 110 in a push-pull manner by a slide groove.

The position sensor 172 is electrically connected to the control device, thereby facilitating precise control of the blanking by the control device.
The material blocking part 163 extends downward from the limiting frame 165 to block the material collecting port 166 when the blanking bin 162 is in the first position, and to release the material collecting port 166 when the blanking bin 162 is in the second position. Specifically, the upper part of the blocking portion 163 is clamped between the fixing frame 164 and the limiting frame 165. The blocking portion 163 is preferably configured as an arc-shaped sheet to accommodate the shape of the drop bin 162. Preferably, the dam 163 is made of a soft material.
In a preferred embodiment, the pair of blanking brackets 156, the pair of connecting portions 133 and the pair of second guiding portions 179 are disposed along the width direction of the food material supplying apparatus, and the collecting port 166 of the blanking bin 162 is located in the length direction of the food material supplying apparatus. Alternatively, the direction of the material collection port 166 is offset from the direction in which the pair of second guide portions 179 are provided, and is preferably perpendicular thereto. Therefore, the food materials in the storage space 111 can slide down to the two sides of the blanking bin 162 along the width direction of the food material supply device under the shunting action of the cover body 161, that is, the cover body 161 can shunt and concentrate the food materials to the material collecting opening 166 of the blanking bin 162, which is beneficial to smooth supply of the food materials.
The second aspect of the present invention provides a rice bucket 100, which comprises the food material supplying device and a machine body 140. The body 140 is provided therein with a food material receiving device 180.
Specifically, refer to fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 11 to 13. The body 140 includes a case 141, a base 143, and a coupling cover 144. Wherein the base 143 is connected to the bottom end of the case 141. The connection cover 144 is circumferentially disposed and abuts to an inner side of the top of the cabinet 141. The food material supplying apparatus is connected to the top of the housing 141 and the connecting cover 144.
Specifically, the bin bottom wall 155 is disposed inside the connection cover 144. In the present embodiment, the bottom wall 155 and the connecting cover 144 are integrally formed as the cover 142 of the body 140. In a preferred embodiment, the cover 142 may also be integrally constructed with the housing 141 as a single piece.
The storage bin 110 is connected to a cabinet 141 and a cover 142. Wherein the storage compartment 110 comprises an upper sidewall 118, a lower sidewall 119, and an inner wall 120 extending inwardly and downwardly from the bottom of the lower sidewall 119, such that the lower portion of the storage compartment 110 is configured as an inverted trapezoid or a truncated cone. The bottom of the inner wall 120 forms an opening 117 or the top of the inverted trapezoid or truncated cone is provided with an opening 117, the opening 117 abutting, preferably sealingly abutting, the bin bottom wall 155, whereby the bin bottom wall 155, the inner wall 120 and the upper side wall 118 enclose the above-mentioned storage space 111. Also, the lower side wall 119 and the inner wall 120 are preferably made of a transparent or translucent material so that a user can visually observe the inside of the storage space 111, for example, the user can observe the remaining amount of the food material to decide whether or not the filling is required.
The bottom end of the lower sidewall 119 of the storage bin 110 is connected to the top end of the cabinet 141, and the outer circumference of the connection cover 144 abuts against the connection between the cabinet 141 and the lower sidewall 119. Therefore, the whole rice bucket 100 has a regular shape and an inverted cone-shaped storage space 111. Also, this way, the storage compartment 110 is detachable with respect to the body 140, facilitating the cleaning of the user.
The food receiving device 180 is located at the lower side of the bin bottom wall 155 and comprises a material taking seat 181 and a material taking box 182. Wherein, get material seat 181 and set up on base 143, its top surface is seted up and is located the through-hole 188 of blanking mouth 146 below. The front or side of the housing 141 is provided with a material taking port 139, and the material taking box 182 can be removably arranged in the material taking seat 181 through the material taking port 139. When the material taking box 182 is disposed on the material taking seat 181, the material taking box 182 is located below the through hole 188, so that the food material falling from the discharge port 167 of the blanking bin 162 can enter the material taking box 182 through the blanking port 146 and the through hole 188.
Specifically, the take-out seat 181 includes a first plate 183, a second plate 184, and a support wall 185. Wherein the second plate 184 is spaced above the first plate 183. The support wall 185 is disposed between the first plate 183 and the second plate 184. In this embodiment, the support wall 185 is connected at the edges of the first plate 183 and the second plate 184, thereby forming a substantially trough-like shape with the mouth on the side, or the three may together form a chute 186 with the mouth facing the material outlet 139. The material taking box 182 is removably disposed in the material taking groove 186.
In order to improve stability of the installation of the components in the body 140, the bottom side of the coupling cover 144 is provided with a first docking member 136 extending downward. The top side of the material taking seat 181 is provided with a second docking piece 138 extending upwards, or the second plate 184 is provided with the second docking piece 138 extending upwards. The first docking member 136 can be configured to dock with the second docking member 138 so that both can be used to secure the lid 142 and the take out seat 181 together during installation.
Preferably, the bottom side of the bin bottom wall 155 is provided with a blanking barrel 137, the blanking barrel 137 being disposed around the blanking opening 146 and extending downward. The top of the material taking seat 181, or the second plate 184, is provided with a docking cylinder 189. The docking sleeve 189 is disposed around the through hole 188 and extends upward. The butt joint cylinder 189 corresponds to the blanking cylinder 137 and forms a butt joint with the blanking cylinder 137, so that a blanking path is surrounded, and food materials are prevented from scattering into the machine body 140.
Reference is now made to fig. 1, 12 and 13. The material taking seat 181 is provided with a pump support 187, or the pump support 187 is provided on the second plate 184. Also disposed within the housing 140 is a vacuum pump 191, which is preferably disposed on the pump support 187. And the vacuum pump 191 can be communicated with the storage space 111 through the blanking assembly 160 to vacuumize the storage space 111, so that the time length of food material storage is prolonged. For example, the vacuum pump 191 may be connected to a pumping port via a tube, hose, or conduit, which may be in communication with a pumping channel within the drop assembly 160.
A third aspect of the present invention provides a cooking apparatus 10, which comprises a base 11, a pot 12 and the food material supplying device 13. Wherein the frame 11 is constructed in a vertical frame structure. The pan body 12 can be removably arranged on the base 11. A cooking space for cooking is provided in the pot 12, and the cooking space may be configured as the food receiving device, or the whole pot 12 may be referred to as the food receiving device. In an alternative embodiment, an inner pot may be arranged inside the pot body 12, in which case the inner pot is configured as the food receiving device.
A food material supply device 13 is also provided on the base 11, which is located on the upper side of the pot 12, so that it can supply food material into the food material receiving device or the pot 12.
Specifically, the food supplying device 13 includes a storage bin 110 and a bin bottom wall 155, the bin bottom wall 155 is located at the bottom side of the storage bin 110, and the storage bin 110 and the bin bottom wall together enclose the storage space 111. The storage space 111 is used to accommodate food materials such as rice, millet, beans, and the like. In the present embodiment, the storage bin 110 and the bin bottom wall 155 are preferably constructed as one piece.
The food material supplying device 13 is arranged at the upper part of the machine base 11, and the pan body 12 is arranged at the lower part of the machine base 11. Illustratively, the housing 11 may include a housing 14 and a vertically disposed column 15 connected to the housing 14. The pot body 12 can be placed on the base 14 or taken down from the base 14, so that the pot body 12 can be conveniently placed at a required position to contain food, and the pot body 12 can be cleaned, maintained and the like. Base 14 has a shape that matches the bottom structure of pan body 12, for example, base 14 may be configured in a generally disc shape. Base 14 may be provided with heating means for heating the contents of pan body 12. The food material supplying device 13 may be provided at an upper portion of the pillar 15. Both the storage silo 110 and the silo bottom wall 155 may be configured in a funnel-like configuration or such that the storage space 111 is configured as an inverted trapezoid or truncated cone, such that the material in the storage space 111 can move downwards under the influence of gravity.
In the present embodiment, a control device is further disposed in the base 11, and is electrically connected to both the food material supply device 13 and the heating device to control the charging and cooking. The pan body 12 is provided with a material receiving port 16, and the material dropping port 146 on the bin bottom wall 155 is correspondingly positioned above the material receiving port 16. Optionally, the blanking opening 146 may also interface with the receiving opening 16.
A pivotable cover (not shown) is provided at the receiving opening 16, which can be opened or closed under the control of the control device. Alternatively, it may be ejected when the blanking bin 162 of the blanking assembly 160 of the food material supplying device 13 descends, and automatically closed when the blanking bin 162 ascends.
In another alternative embodiment, the cooking appliance 10 may be an electric cooker (not shown), which may have the structure of a general electric cooker, such as a cooker body in which an inner pot is disposed and a cover openably disposed on the cooker body, wherein when the cover covers the cooker body, a cooking space is formed between the cover and the inner pot. The cooker body is also internally provided with a heating device for heating the inner pot for cooking. The food material supplying device 13 is provided above the pot body, and is capable of supplying food material to the inner pot. At this time, the inner pot is constructed as a food receiving device.
In addition, a control device can be arranged in the cooker body and is electrically connected with the heating device, the cover body and the food material supply device 13. When cooking is needed, the control device controls the cover body to be opened, and controls the food material supply device 13 to feed materials into the inner pot. After the feeding is finished, the control device controls the cover body to be closed, and then the heating device is controlled to cook.

Furthermore, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and that many variations and modifications may be made in accordance with the teachings of the present invention, which variations and modifications are within the scope of the present invention as claimed. The scope of the utility model is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
Claims (18)
1. An food material supplying apparatus for supplying a food material to a food material receiving apparatus, the food material supplying apparatus comprising:
a storage bin (110);
the bin bottom wall (155) is connected to the bottom of the storage bin (110), the storage bin (110) and the bin bottom wall (155) enclose a storage space (111), and a blanking port (146) is formed in the bin bottom wall (155); and
the blanking assembly (160) is arranged at the blanking opening (146), a cover body (161) is arranged at the top of the blanking assembly (160), the blanking assembly (160) is further provided with a driving device (174), the driving device (174) is at least partially located in the cover body (161), a first guide portion (179) is arranged at the top of the cover body (161), and the first guide portion (179) is configured to guide the food materials in the storage space (111) to leave the top of the blanking assembly (160).
2. Food material supplying apparatus according to claim 1,
the cover body (161) includes a main cover portion (101), and the first guide portion (179) is provided on an upper side of the main cover portion (101); and/or
The first guide section (179) is conical or pyramidal.
3. The food material supplying apparatus as recited in claim 2, wherein the blanking assembly (160) further comprises a fixing frame (164), the fixing frame (164) is connected to the bin bottom wall (155), the driving device (174) is connected to the fixing frame (164), and the cover (161) is located on an upper side of the fixing frame (164) and disposed on the fixing frame (164).
4. Food material supply arrangement as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that at least one blanking bracket (156) is arranged on the bin bottom wall (155) around the blanking opening (146), the holder (164) comprising:
a main frame part (102), wherein a mounting part (132) is arranged on the main frame part (102), and the driving device (174) is arranged on the mounting part (132);
the connecting portion (133) is arranged on the side face of the main frame portion (102), the connecting portion (133) corresponds to the blanking support (156), and the connecting portion (133) is connected with the corresponding blanking support (156).
5. The food material supplying apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cover (161) further comprises at least one second guide portion (104), the at least one second guide portion (104) is disposed at a side of the main frame portion (102), and the at least one second guide portion (104) corresponds to the at least one connecting portion (133), the second guide portion (104) is connected to an upper side of the corresponding connecting portion (133), and the second guide portion (104) is configured in a slope shape with a high middle and low sides.
6. Food material supplying apparatus according to claim 5,
the height dimension of the second guide part (104) is gradually reduced along the direction far away from the main frame part (102);
the bottom side of the second guide part (104) is provided with a clamping part (105), and the corresponding connecting part (133) is provided with a matching part (106) which can be clamped with the clamping part (105), so that the cover body (161) can be installed on the fixing frame (164).
7. The food material supplying apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a pair of the blanking brackets (156) is provided on the bottom wall (155), a pair of the connecting portions (133) is provided on both sides of the main frame portion (102) in an opposed manner, a pair of the second guide portions (104) is provided on both sides of the main cover portion (101) in an opposed manner, and a pair of the blanking brackets (156) and a pair of the connecting portions (133) are provided in a width direction of the food material supplying apparatus.
8. The food material supplying apparatus as defined in claim 7, wherein the blanking assembly (160) further comprises:
the blanking device comprises a blanking bin (162), wherein the blanking bin (162) is arranged at the blanking port (146) in a liftable manner, a material collecting port (166) and a material discharging port (167) are arranged on the side surface of the blanking bin (162), the material discharging port (167) is positioned below the material collecting port (166), a bottom plate of the blanking bin (162) is adapted to the blanking port (146), and the driving end of the driving device (174) is connected with the blanking bin (162) so that the blanking bin (162) can move between a first position and a second position in a liftable manner;
wherein the discharge opening (167) is located at an upper side of the bin bottom wall (155) when the blanking bin (162) is in a first position;
when the blanking bin (162) is in a second position, the discharge port (167) is located on a lower side of the bin bottom wall (155).
9. The food material supplying apparatus as defined in claim 8, wherein the blanking assembly (160) further comprises:
the limiting frame (165) is positioned on the lower side of the fixing frame (164) and connected to the bin bottom wall (155), and the blanking bin (162) is arranged on the lower side of the limiting frame (165); and
the material blocking part (163) is connected to the limiting frame (165) and extends downwards;
when the blanking bin (162) is located at a first position, the material blocking part (163) blocks the material collecting opening (166);
when the blanking bin (162) is at the second position, the material blocking part (163) releases the material collecting opening (166); and is
The periphery of the bottom plate of the blanking bin (162) and/or the periphery of the blanking port (146) are/is provided with a sealing ring (175).
10. Food material supplying apparatus according to claim 9,
the drive (174) is designed as an electric motor, which is connected to the blanking bin (162) by means of a screw;
the side surface of the blanking bin (162) is provided with a guide block (170), the limiting frame (165) is provided with a guide groove (178) extending vertically, and the guide block (170) is embedded in the guide groove (178) so as to limit the blanking bin (162) to move vertically.
11. The food material supplying apparatus as defined in any one of claims 1-10,
the storage bin (110) is constructed in one piece with the bin bottom wall (155); or
The storage bin (110) is constructed as a detachable component, and no charged component is arranged on the storage bin (110).
12. A rice bucket, comprising:
the food material supplying apparatus of any of claims 1-11, comprising a storage bin (110) and a bin bottom wall (155); and
the food storage device comprises a machine body (140), wherein the storage bin (110) is arranged on the machine body (140), and a food receiving device (180) is arranged in the machine body (140).
13. The rice bucket of claim 12, wherein said storage bin (110) comprises an upper side wall (118), a lower side wall (119), and an inner wall (120) extending inwardly and downwardly from a bottom of said lower side wall (119), a bottom of said inner wall (120) forming an opening (117) that interfaces with said bin bottom wall (155), said inner wall (120), and said upper side wall (118) enclosing a storage space (111);
the body (140) comprises:
a cabinet (141), a bottom end of the lower sidewall (119) of the storage bin (110) being connected to a top end of the cabinet (141);
a base (143), the base (143) being connected to a bottom end of the case (141); and
the connecting cover (144), the connecting cover (144) sets up along circumference, the periphery of connecting cover (144) butt joint to casing (141) and the junction of lower lateral wall (119), storehouse diapire (155) sets up in the inboard of connecting cover (144).
14. Rice bucket according to claim 13, wherein said connecting cover (144) and said bottom bin wall (155) are integrally formed, forming a cover (142) of said body (140);
wherein the cover (142) is integrally formed with the case (141), or the cover (142) and the case (141) are constructed as separate parts.
15. Rice bucket according to claim 14, wherein said food material receiving means (180) are located on the lower side of said bottom bin wall (155), said food material receiving means (180) comprising:
the material taking seat (181) is arranged on the base (143), a through hole (188) is formed in the top surface of the material taking seat (181), and the through hole (188) is located below the blanking port (146);
the material taking box (182) is arranged in the material taking seat (181) in a drawing mode through a material taking opening (139) in the machine shell (141), so that the material taking box (182) can be communicated with the blanking component (160) and the storage space (111) through the through hole (188).
16. The rice bucket according to claim 15, wherein a first butt joint piece (136) extending downwards is arranged at the bottom side of the connecting cover (144), a second butt joint piece (138) extending upwards is arranged at the top side of the material taking seat (181), and the first butt joint piece (136) is butted and fixed with the second butt joint piece (138) so as to fix the cover (142) and the material taking seat (181) together; and/or
The bottom side of the bin bottom wall (155) is provided with a blanking barrel (137) extending downwards around the blanking port (146), the top side of the material taking seat (181) is provided with a butt-joint barrel (189) extending upwards around the through hole (188), and the butt-joint barrel (189) is in butt joint with the blanking barrel (137).
17. Rice bucket according to claim 15 or 16, wherein said take-off seat (181) comprises:
a first plate (183), the first plate (183) being disposed on the base (143);
a second plate (184), the second plate (184) being located on an upper side of the first plate (183) and spaced apart from the first plate (183), the second plate (184) being provided with the through-hole (188); and
a support wall (185), wherein the support wall (185) is connected between the first plate (183) and the second plate (184), the first plate (183), the second plate (184) and the support wall (185) enclose a material taking groove (186) which is open towards the material taking opening (139), and the material taking box (182) is removably arranged in the material taking groove (186);
and/or the upside of getting material seat (181) is provided with pump support (187), organism (140) still includes vacuum pump (191), vacuum pump (191) set up in the pump support, and vacuum pump (191) are constructed to be able to pass through blanking subassembly (160) with storage space (111) intercommunication.
18. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a frame (11);
the pan body (12), the said pan body (12) is seated in the said base (11), the said pan body (12) has receiving devices of food material; and
the food material supplying device (13) of any one of claims 1-11, said food material supplying device (13) being arranged at said housing (11) and at an upper side of said pan body (12).
