A self-service petition terminal device comprises a shell, an interaction device arranged on the shell, and an industrial personal computer arranged in the shell and electrically connected with the interaction device, wherein the interaction device is arranged at the upper part of the shell, and the industrial personal computer is arranged at the lower part of the shell; the interactive device is characterized in that the shell is sequentially divided into a first end part, a connecting end part and a second end part from top to bottom along the interactive device; the first end part and the connecting end part are arranged at an included angle, and the second end part and the connecting end part are arranged at an included angle; the interaction device comprises a first end part, at least one group of light compensating pieces and a face recognition device, wherein the first end part is connected with the industrial personal computer, the at least one group of light compensating pieces and the face recognition device are connected with the industrial personal computer, the display device is connected with the industrial personal computer, and the information acquisition device, the input device and the output device are connected with the industrial personal computer.
2. The self-service credit terminal device of claim 1, wherein the interaction means comprises first and second light compensating members spaced along the first end, first and second mounting slots being provided along the first end for mounting the first and second light compensating members.

The self-service petition terminal device according to claim 2, wherein a third mounting groove for mounting the face recognition device is provided along between the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove, the face recognition device comprises a camera having a photographing function and/or a face recognition function, and the camera is connected with the industrial personal computer.

A self-service petition terminal device according to claim 3, wherein a fourth mounting groove is provided along the first end adjacent to the third mounting groove, the interaction means further comprising an adjustment means for adjusting the camera or iris recognition module, the adjustment means being provided in the fourth mounting groove.

The self-service petition terminating device according to claim 4, wherein the connecting end portion is provided with a receiving cavity along one end near the first end portion towards the other end near the second end portion, the display device being received in the receiving cavity; the display device adopts a touch display screen, is connected with the industrial personal computer, and is provided with a heat dissipation device along one end of the connecting end part, which is back to the display device.

The self-service credit terminal device of claim 5, wherein the input device comprises a voice input device embedded in the housing along the second end portion, the voice input device comprising a communication portion disposed in the housing and a microphone device disposed on a surface of the housing, wherein the microphone device is connected to the industrial personal computer through the communication portion; the input device further comprises a bar code scanner arranged at the top of the second end portion and used for shooting in a downward direction, and a sign pen arranged at the second end portion and used for touch control of the display device, wherein the sign pen is embedded in a sign pen accommodating hole formed in the second end portion.

The self-service petition terminal equipment as recited in claim 6, wherein the input device further comprises an electronic signature board arranged at the second end, a signature can be signed on the electronic signature board through the signature pen, and the electronic signature board is connected with the industrial personal computer.

The self-service crediting terminal device according to claim 7, wherein the information acquisition device comprises a plurality of certificate sensors, each certificate sensor is arranged on the upper surface of the second end portion and is opposite to the bar code scanner, and each certificate sensor is connected with the industrial personal computer; the information acquisition device further comprises a fingerprint instrument used for acquiring fingerprint information, the fingerprint instrument is arranged on the upper surface of the second end portion, and the fingerprint instrument is connected with the industrial personal computer.

The self-service credence terminal device as recited in claim 8, wherein the output device comprises a printer, the printer is arranged in the housing, an output end of the printer is connected with a printing receipt outlet, the printing receipt outlet is arranged on the surface of the second end portion, and the printer is connected with the industrial personal computer; the output device further comprises at least one loudspeaker, and each loudspeaker is arranged at the top of the second end portion and connected with the industrial personal computer.
10. A self-service credit terminal device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein an emergency alert device and a distance sensor are also provided along the second end, and at least one movable roller is removably provided along the bottom of the housing.
