Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 is a left side view of an electric tricycle 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the electric tricycle 1 as viewed from the front left. The electric tricycle 1 is a saddle-ride type vehicle in which a front side body BF supporting one front wheel and a rear side body BR supporting two rear wheels are swingably coupled in a rolling direction by a swing mechanism 19.
A roof unit 2 including a windshield 4 and a roof 3 is mounted on an upper portion of the electric tricycle 1. A low floor 17 for loading the driver's feet is formed between the steering handle 8 and the seat 18. The front wheel WF is supported by a pair of left and right front forks 13, and the front forks 13 are steerably supported by the front vehicle body BF by the steering handle 8. A front fender 12 covering an upper portion of the front wheel WF is attached to the front fork 13. A pair of left and right leg shields 16 and a rear panel 14 facing the feet of the driver are disposed below the steering handle 8, and a storage box 15 is attached to the rear panel 14.
The rear side body BR has a swing arm 21 that pivotally supports a pair of left and right rear wheels WR so as to be rotatable, and a front end portion of the swing arm 21 is pivotally supported by the rear side body BR so as to be swingable by a pivot shaft 20. A rear fender 22 is disposed above the rear wheel WR, and a tail lamp 23 and a pair of right and left rear flashers 24 are attached to a rear end portion of the rear side vehicle body BR.
A front cover 9 for supporting the pair of left and right sliders 7 is disposed in front of the leg shield 16. A headlight 11 and a pair of left and right front flashers 10 are attached to the lower side of the front cover 9. A pair of left and right rearview mirrors 5 and a windshield 4 are supported on an upper portion of a front cover 9, and a wiper 6 for washing the windshield 4 is disposed on a front surface of the front cover 9.
The rear end portion of the ceiling unit 2 is supported from below by a pair of left and right support posts 27. A support column 27 extending in a substantially vertical direction is buried in a backrest 26 erected behind the seat 18. A high mount stop lamp 28 is mounted above the vertical middle of the support 27. A large-sized carrier 25 is disposed behind the backrest 26.
Fig. 3 is an enlarged front view of a part of the electric tricycle 1. Fig. 4 is an enlarged perspective view of a portion of the electric tricycle 1 as viewed from the left front lower side. A nozzle 29 for cleaning liquid for cleaning the windshield 4 is disposed in the vicinity of the pivot shaft of the wiper blade 6. The cleaning liquid tank 32 is disposed on the rear surface side of the front cover 9 at a position closer to the right side in the vehicle width direction. A window 52 for checking the remaining amount of the cleaning liquid tank 32 from the driver side is provided on the right side of the cleaning liquid tank 32.
A gap 30 is provided between the lower end of the front cover 9 and the headlight 11. The gap 30 functions as an inlet for introducing traveling wind into a space provided on the rear surface side of the front cover 9. In the present embodiment, since the gap 30 is positioned at the center in the vehicle width direction and has a bilaterally symmetrical shape, the flow of the traveling wind introduced into the space is less likely to be disturbed, and the wind guidance to the driver side can be made smooth, as compared with the case where the gaps are provided at a plurality of locations.
Further, since the cleaning liquid tank 32 is arranged so as to be aligned between the straight line connecting the window 52 and the gap 30, the cleaning liquid tank 32 can be irradiated with light entering from the gap 30, and the remaining amount of the cleaning liquid tank can be easily checked.
Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line V-V of fig. 3. A space S in which the cleaning liquid tank 32 is disposed is provided behind the front cover 9. As described above, the gap 30 between the lower end of the front cowl 9 and the headlight 11 has a function of introducing the traveling wind into the space S. The cleaning liquid tank 32 is fixed to a support frame 31 connected to the vehicle body frame. A water supply pipe 32a is connected to an upper portion of the cleaning liquid tank 32, and an instrument device 33 is disposed on a left side of the water supply pipe 32a in the vehicle width direction.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the electric tricycle 1 viewed from the rear right around the handle. Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the electric tricycle 1 viewed from the left rear side around the handle. An ignition switch 37 and a parking brake lever 36 are disposed on the rear panel 14 below the steering handle 8. On the other hand, a front panel 35 attached to the back side of the front cover 9 and facing the driver is provided with a meter device 33 and a water supply cap 34 for replenishing the cleaning liquid to the cleaning liquid tank 32. The front cover 9 and the front panel 35 are made of thin synthetic resin members.
As described above, the window 52 as a through hole for checking the remaining amount of the cleaning liquid tank 32 is provided at the position on the right side in the vehicle width direction of the front panel 35. Through this window 52, the driver does not have to go around to the front side of the vehicle, but can see the remaining amount of the washing liquid in a state of sitting on the seat 18. Further, the portion of the window 52 does not protrude toward the driver side, and therefore the driving space of the driver is not narrowed.
A pair of left and right lower vent holes 51L, 51R for discharging traveling wind introduced into the space S from the gap 30 rearward are provided below the window 52. A pair of left and right upper vent holes 50L, 50R (see fig. 7) are provided at positions below the rear view mirror 5. By the upper vent holes 50L and 50R (50) and the lower vent holes 51L and 51R (51), the air introduced from the gap 30 flows rearward from the vent holes, and thus, the negative pressure can be prevented from being generated in the driver's space.
Since the gap 30 between the front cover 9 and the headlight 11 serves as an entrance for the traveling wind, the traveling wind flows around the headlight 11, and the headlight 11 can be efficiently cooled.
As shown in fig. 7, two louvers (lovers) 54 for rectifying the discharged traveling wind are provided in the lower vent holes 51L and 51R. The shield 54 can rectify the wind introduced to the driver side and can increase the rigidity of the periphery of the lower vent holes 51L and 51R. Further, the inside of the space S can be made less visible from the lower vent holes 51L, 51R. Note that the shielding plate 54 can be provided also on the upper side vent holes 50L, 50R.
Fig. 8 is a front view of the electric tricycle 1 with the front cover 9 removed. The upper vent holes 50L, 50R and the lower vent holes 51L, 51R are provided at positions on the vehicle width direction outer side of the front panel 35. This prevents the traveling wind discharged from the vent hole from blowing toward the driver. Further, the air curtain effect is generated at a position near the outside of the driver's space, so that wind from the side of the vehicle can be reduced.
The upper vent holes 50L and 50R and the lower vent holes 51L and 51R are formed in a left-right symmetrical shape along the outer shape of the front panel 35. Thus, the air is introduced to the driver side in a bilaterally symmetrical manner, so that the unpleasant feeling of the driver can be reduced, and the air curtain effect can be more effectively generated.
An actuator 38 for driving the wiper 6 is disposed on the left side of the washer tank 32 in the vehicle width direction. The actuator 38 is disposed between the gap 30 and the upper vent hole 50L in the space S. Thus, by disposing the actuator 38 in the path of the traveling wind, the actuator 38 can be cooled efficiently.
Fig. 9 is a sectional view taken along line IX-IX of fig. 8. Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the window 52 is cut in the horizontal direction, and fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the lower vent hole 51R on the right side is cut in the horizontal direction. Fig. 9 shows a cross section of the front cover 9 in a state where the front cover is removed.
Ribs extending toward the front of the vehicle body are provided at the peripheral edges of the upper vents 50L, 50R and the lower vents 51L, 51R. The rib makes the depth dimension of the vent hole larger than the depth dimension of the window 52, and the rigidity of the front panel 35 around the vent hole can be increased. Further, by providing the ventilation hole with the rib, the flow of air can be regulated and the inside can be made less visible from the ventilation hole. On the other hand, the margin of the cleaning liquid tank 32 can be easily checked by not providing a rib on the peripheral edge of the window 52.
Note that the form of the electric tricycle, the shape and structure of the front cover or the front panel, the shapes of the window and the vent hole, the shape of the gap, and the like are not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible. The various structures of the present invention are not limited to the saddle-riding type tricycle, and can be applied to a saddle-riding type motorcycle, a four-wheel vehicle, or the like.
