All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The counterweight assembly and the large-tonnage crane and the small-tonnage crane of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the counterweight assembly provided by the present invention includes a first counterweight block 1 and a second counterweight block 2, wherein the first counterweight block 1 and the second counterweight block 2 are symmetrical, such that the centers of gravity of the first counterweight block 1 and the second counterweight block 2 are symmetrical.
Wherein, the first mating surface 8 of first balancing weight 1 and the first mating surface 8 of second balancing weight 2 are involutive mutually, form first counter weight module, and first counter weight module can be with the super counter weight tray 5 looks adaptation of lifting up of large-tonnage hoist, and like this, first balancing weight 1 and second balancing weight 2 can regard as the counter weight of large-tonnage hoist to use.
The second apposition surface 7 of the first balancing weight 1 and the second apposition surface 7 of the second balancing weight 2 are apposed to form a second counterweight module, the second counterweight module can be suitable for a small-tonnage crane, and thus, the first balancing weight 1 and the second balancing weight 2 can be used as a counterweight of the small-tonnage crane.
Here, for a small-tonnage crane provided with a fixed counterweight 4 or a counterweight tray, the second counterweight module can be stacked on the fixed counterweight 4 or the counterweight tray, and the second counterweight module is matched with the fixed counterweight 4 or the counterweight tray; the second counterweight module can be directly stacked and connected at the rear end of the small-tonnage crane, specifically, the bottommost second counterweight module can be used as a fixed counterweight, and the rest second counterweight modules can be used as detachable counterweights.
It should be noted that the first mating surfaces 8 of the first balancing weight 1 and the second balancing weight 2 are mated, that is, the first balancing weight 1 and the second balancing weight 2 are mated in the width direction, so as to form a first balancing module. The second matching surfaces 7 of the first balancing weight block 1 and the second balancing weight block 2 are matched, that is, the first balancing weight block 1 and the second balancing weight block 2 are matched along the length direction to form a second balancing weight module.
Because the center of gravity of first balancing weight 1 and second balancing weight 2 is in the centre of gravity, can guarantee the balanced center of gravity of first counter weight module and the second counter weight module that forms.
