Two thread grooves 20 are formed in the treatment box 5, two placing holes are formed in one side of the baffle plate 19, the baffle plate 19 is provided with two first bolts 21 movably connected with the two placing holes, the two first bolts 21 are in threaded connection with the treatment box 5 through the two thread grooves 20, and the baffle plate 19 is fixed on the treatment box 5 through the two first bolts 21. The top of the treatment box 5 is provided with an air outlet 26, and the air outlet 26 is used for discharging the gas inside the treatment box 5. A sealing ring 22 is arranged on one side of the baffle plate 19 close to the treatment box 5, the sealing ring 22 is attached to the front surface of the treatment box 5, and the gap between the treatment box 5 and the baffle plate 19 is sealed as much as possible by the sealing ring 22, so that the water sprayed from the spray head 9 is prevented from splashing out of the treatment box 5 as much as possible.
Referring to fig. 2, the right side fixedly connected with connecting plate 23 of processing case 5, one side fixedly connected with mounting panel 24 that processing case 5 was kept away from to connecting plate 23 has seted up a plurality of screw holes on the mounting panel 24, and mounting panel 24 has second bolt 25 through a plurality of screw hole threaded connection, utilizes second bolt 25 to fix the device monolithic on the wall, conveniently uses the device.

After the flue gas enters the treatment box 5 for a long time, the welding work is stopped, then the first bolt 21 is unscrewed from the treatment box 5, then the baffle plate 19 is separated from the treatment box 5, the filter screen 15 is drawn out from the treatment box 5, and the impurities intercepted on the filter screen 15 are intensively treated, so that the pollution to the environment is reduced.
