Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an electric field tumor treatment system, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments.
Background
At present, the treatment modes of tumors mainly comprise operations, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and the like, but the methods have corresponding defects, for example, radiotherapy and chemotherapy can generate side effects and kill normal cells. The electric field therapy of tumor is also one of the current research and development fronts, and the electric field therapy of tumor generates a tumor therapy method for interfering the mitosis process of tumor cells by a low-intensity, medium-high frequency and alternating electric field through a special electric field generating device. Research shows that the electric field treatment has obvious effect in treating diseases such as glioblastoma, non-small cell lung cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma and the like, and the electric field applied by the treatment method can influence the aggregation of tubulin, prevent spindle formation, inhibit mitosis process and induce cancer cell apoptosis.
The conventional electric field treatment system for tumor generally comprises an electric field generator and two pairs of electrode sheet assemblies electrically connected with the electric field generator and attached to the body surface of the tumor part of the patient. The electric field generator generates alternating voltage required by tumor electric field treatment, applies the alternating voltage to the two pairs of electrode sheet assemblies electrically connected with the electric field generator, and further applies the alternating electric field to the patient for tumor electric field treatment through the electrode sheet assemblies adhered to the corresponding body surface of the tumor part of the patient. Each conventional electrode sheet assembly includes a flexible circuit board, a plurality of ceramic sheets disposed on the flexible circuit board, and a lead electrically connected to the flexible circuit board, as disclosed in chinese patent publication No. 11271272 or No. 113164745. The flexible circuit board comprises a flexible substrate, a plurality of paths of conductive traces embedded in the flexible substrate and a plurality of conductive pads exposed on the flexible substrate and electrically connected with the same conductive trace. The ceramic plates are arranged on the flexible circuit board by being welded with the corresponding conductive discs and are connected in series through a conductive trace electrically connected with all the conductive discs. One end of the lead is electrically connected with the flexible circuit board, and the other end of the lead is provided with a plug which can be inserted with the electric field generator.
Above-mentioned tumour electric field treatment system's electrode slice subassembly is pegged graft with electric field generator through the plug of locating its wire one end and is realized the electric connection between electrode slice subassembly and the electric field generator, and then transmit the alternating current signal that electric field generator produced to the flexible circuit board through the wire, the rethread flexible circuit board transmits alternating current signal to each electrically conductive dish with the equal electric connection's of all electrically conductive dishes conducting trace all the way, and then transmit alternating current signal to all potsherds through this way conducting trace series connection together simultaneously through electrically conductive dish, thereby exert alternating electric field to patient's tumour position through a plurality of potsherds on locating the flexible circuit board and carry out tumour electric field treatment. Although the tumor electric field treatment system can apply an alternating electric field to the tumor part of the patient through a plurality of ceramic plates arranged on the flexible circuit board, because the ceramic plates are connected in series through the same path of conducting trace of the flexible circuit board, the problems that an electric signal cannot be transmitted to the ceramic plates due to the breakage of the path of conducting trace of the flexible circuit board or poor welding of one ceramic plate, an electrode plate assembly is integrally scrapped and cannot be used due to unqualified detection during manufacturing, the manufacturing yield of products is low, the manufacturing cost is increased, and the treatment effect is influenced due to insufficient intensity of the alternating electric field applied to the tumor part of the patient during use can exist; in addition, since the conductive pads on the flexible circuit board are all connected in series through one conductive trace, the flexible circuit board needs to be electrically detected before the ceramic sheet is welded to the flexible circuit board, and the electrical detection needs to be carried out again to confirm one by one after the ceramic sheet is welded to the flexible circuit board, which causes complicated working procedures and low efficiency.
In addition, because the above-mentioned tumor electric field treatment system is used for applying the ceramic wafer of the electrode plate assembly of the alternating electric field to the tumor site of the patient to weld to the flexible circuit board through the conducting pad on the flexible circuit board, the relative position between a plurality of ceramic wafers is fixed and unchangeable, the quantity is also fixed, can't increase or reduce freely, but the position, size that the patient suffers from the tumor are different, also can have the electric field intensity that causes to apply to the tumor site and treat because the quantity of the ceramic wafer that is used for applying the alternating electric field is not enough or some ceramic wafer positions are improper when all adopting above-mentioned electrode plate assembly to treat, or the electric field does not cover the regional problem that influences the therapeutic effect of tumor.
Accordingly, there is a need for an improved electric field tumor treatment system that overcomes the problems of the prior art.

Moreover, the electrode plates 1 of the electrode plate assembly 100 are detachably assembled on the electric connector 2, and the electrode plates 1 are connected to the electric connector 2 in parallel, so that the damaged electrode plate 1 can be easily replaced when one electrode plate 1 is damaged and cannot work, and the electrode plates 1 do not need to be scrapped, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced, the waste can be avoided, and the electrode plates are ensured to have enough electric field intensity during tumor electric field treatment; meanwhile, the electrode plates 1 can be freely combined in quantity and adjusted in position according to the body difference, the tumor part, the tumor size and the like of a patient, so that the electric field intensity applied to the tumor part of the patient is optimal; in addition, the application positions and the intervals of the electrode plates 1 can be freely adjusted according to the self condition of a patient, so that the skin at the tumor part of the patient can be ensured to freely breathe, and the phenomenon that the heat generated at the part of the electrode plates 1 applied to the tumor part of the patient is quickly accumulated and cannot be timely dissipated to cause the body surface of the electrode plates 1 applied to the patient to sweat and block pores to cause skin inflammation due to long-time electric field treatment is avoided.
Please refer to fig. 3 to 5, in which a plurality of electrode plates 1 are detachably inserted into corresponding portions of the electrical connector 2, so as to achieve parallel connection between the electrode plates 1 and the electrical connector 2, and to achieve electrical connection with the electric field generator 200 through the electrical connector 2, so that the electrode plates 1 can be replaced in time and conveniently when damaged, thereby ensuring sufficient electric field strength applied to the tumor portion and improving the therapeutic effect. Each electrode sheet 1 includes an electrode unit 10 for applying an alternating electric field to a tumor region of a patient, a wire connecting portion 11 electrically connected to the electrode unit 10, a first lead 12 welded to the wire connecting portion 11, a backing 13 adhered to the electrode unit 10, a support member 14 adhered to the backing 13 in a shape surrounding the electrode unit 10, and an adhesive member 15 covering the electrode unit 10 and a corresponding portion of the support member 14. One end of the first wire 12 is welded to the wiring portion 11, and the other end is detachably connected to the electrical connector 2 through a first plug 121 disposed at the end of the first wire in an inserting manner, so as to electrically connect the electrode unit 10 to the electrical connector 2, and further transmit an alternating electrical signal generated by the electric field generator 200 to the electrode unit 10 through the electrical connector 2 for tumor electric field treatment. Optionally, the electrode plate 1 may be directly plugged into the electric field generator 200 through the first plug 121 of the first wire 12 or first plugged into the adaptor 300, and then electrically connected to the electric field generator 200 through the adaptor 300 to realize the electrical connection between the electrode plate 1 and the electric field generator 200.
The electrode unit 10 of the electrode tab 1 includes a main body 101 disposed at an end of the wire connecting portion 11 and electrically connected to the wire connecting portion 11, an insulating plate 102 and a dielectric element 103 respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the main body 101, and a temperature sensor 104 disposed on the main body 101 and located at the same side as the dielectric element 103. The electrode unit 10 has a circular sheet-like configuration as a whole. The main body 101, the insulating plate 102, and the dielectric element 103 are all circular sheet-shaped structures, and have substantially the same size and are disposed in one-to-one correspondence along the thickness direction. The centers of the main body 101, the insulating plate 102, and the dielectric element 103 are located on the same straight line.
The main body 101 is provided with a conductive plate 105 on the side facing the skin of the human body. The conductive pads 105 are soldered to the dielectric element 103 to assemble the dielectric element 103 to the body portion 101. The conductive pads 105 can be completely covered by the dielectric element 103 such that the conductive pads 105 are soldered (not shown) to the dielectric element 103 by a solder. The conductive disc 105 is centered on the centerline of the main body 101. The conductive pad 105 includes a plurality of conductive cores 1051 arranged in a central symmetry manner, which can effectively prevent the dielectric element 103 from being displaced due to stacking of solder (not shown) during the soldering process. The top surfaces of the conductive cores 1051 are located on the same plane, so as to avoid cold joint with the dielectric element 103 during soldering. A pair of soldering pads 106 is further disposed between the plurality of conductive cores 1051, and can be soldered to corresponding portions of the temperature sensor 104 to electrically connect the temperature sensor 104 and the main body 101. The two pads 106 include a first pad 106A and a second pad 106B. The temperature sensor 104 has a signal terminal (not shown) and a ground terminal (not shown). The first pad 106A is soldered to a ground terminal (not shown) of the temperature sensor 104, and the second pad 106B is soldered to a signal terminal (not shown) of the temperature sensor 104.
The insulating plate 102 is made of an insulating material. Preferably, the insulating plate 102 is an epoxy glass cloth laminate. The insulating plate 102 is adhered to the surface of the main body 101 away from the skin of a human body through a sealant (not shown), so that on one hand, the strength of the main body 101 can be enhanced to provide a flat welding plane for the welding operation between the main body 101 and the dielectric element 103; on the other hand, moisture in the air on the side of the electrode sheet 1 away from the skin can be isolated from contacting with solder (not shown) between the main body 101 and the dielectric element 103, so that the moisture can be prevented from corroding the solder (not shown) between the main body 101 and the dielectric element 103 to influence the electrical connection between the main body 101 and the dielectric element 103. The size of the insulating plate 102 is substantially the same as that of the main body 101, so that when the insulating plate 102 is attached to the side, away from the skin of the human body, of the main body 101 through a sealant (not shown), the sealant (not shown) climbs to the side, facing the skin of the human body, of the main body 101 through a capillary effect, and the filling of the sealant (not shown) in a gap (not shown) formed by welding the dielectric element 103 and the main body 101 is affected, so that a cavity exists in the sealant (not shown), and further, the phenomenon that when the sealant (not shown) is cured at a high temperature, because the difference between the water vapor in the cavity and the thermal expansion coefficient of the sealant (not shown) is large, the water vapor rapidly expands to cause bursting, so that popcorn phenomenon is generated, and the product is damaged is avoided.
The dielectric element 103 is made of a high dielectric constant material, and has the conductive characteristics of blocking the conduction of direct current and allowing alternating current to pass through, so that the safety of a user can be ensured during tumor electric field treatment. Preferably, the dielectric element 103 is a dielectric ceramic sheet. A through hole 1031 corresponding to the pair of pads 106 of the main body 101 is provided through the dielectric element 103 to accommodate the temperature sensor 104. A metal layer (not shown) is attached to a surface of the dielectric element 103 facing the body 101. The metal layer (not shown) of the dielectric element 103 and the conductive core 1051 of the conductive pad 105 of the main body 101 are welded point-to-surface, so that high welding alignment accuracy is not required, and welding is facilitated. The inner edge of the metal layer (not shown) of the dielectric element 103 is spaced from the edge of the through hole 1031 of the dielectric element 103, so that the solder (not shown) between the metal layer (not shown) of the dielectric element 103 and the body 101 is prevented from spreading in the through hole 1031 direction of the dielectric element 103 when melted by heat, thereby preventing the temperature sensor 104 from being short-circuited. The outer edge of the metal layer (not shown) of the dielectric element 103 and the outer edge of the dielectric element 103 are also spaced apart from each other, so that it is possible to prevent the solder (not shown) provided between the metal layer (not shown) of the dielectric element 103 and the main body 101 from overflowing to the outside of the main body 101 when melted by heat, and thus, when the electrode sheet 1 is applied to the surface of the tumor site of the patient, the direct current that is not blocked by the dielectric element 103 passes through and acts on the surface of the tumor site of the patient.
A gap (not shown) formed by welding the dielectric element 103 and the main body 101 is filled with a sealant (not shown) to protect a soldering tin (not shown) between the dielectric element 103 and the main body 101, so as to prevent the dielectric element 103 from being influenced by an external force to cause the welding part to break, and further cause that an alternating electric field cannot be applied to the tumor part of the patient through the dielectric element 103; meanwhile, it is avoided that moisture in the air enters the gap (not shown) to erode solder (not shown) between the dielectric element 103 and the main body 101, thereby affecting the electrical connection between the dielectric element 103 and the main body 101. The outer diameter of the dielectric element 103 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the main body 101, so that when the sealant (not shown) is filled, the sealant (not shown) can be filled into the gap (not shown) along the edge of the main body 101 located outside the dielectric element 103 through capillary phenomenon, which is beneficial to filling the sealant (not shown) in the gap (not shown) formed by welding the dielectric element 103 and the main body 101. When the sealant (not shown) is filled in the gap (not shown) formed by welding the dielectric element 103 and the body 101, air in the gap (not shown) can be discharged from the through hole 1031 of the dielectric element 103, so that the sealant (not shown) filled in the gap (not shown) is prevented from generating a cavity, and the product quality is improved.
The temperature sensor 104 is soldered to a first land 106A provided on the main body 101 via a ground terminal (not shown) thereof and to a second land 106B provided on the main body 101 via a signal terminal (not shown) thereof. The temperature sensor 104 is welded to the body 101 and then accommodated in the through hole 1031 of the dielectric element 103. Preferably, the temperature sensor 104 is a thermistor. The temperature sensor 104 is used to monitor the temperature of the adhesive member 15 covering the side of the dielectric member 103 of the electrode unit 10 facing the human skin, and further to detect the temperature of the human skin to which the adhesive member 15 is attached. When the temperature monitored by the temperature sensor 104 exceeds the upper limit of the human body safe temperature, the tumor electric field treatment system 1000 can timely reduce or turn off the alternating voltage applied to the electrode plate 1 by the electric field generator 200 so as to avoid low-temperature scald of the human body. The temperature sensor 104 is soldered to the main body 101 through a pair of soldering lands 106 of the main body 101 and then sealed with a sealant (not shown) to prevent the temperature sensor 104 from being damaged by moisture.
The wire connecting portion 11 extends laterally from the main body portion 101 of the electrode unit 10. The periphery of the welding position of the wire connecting portion 11 and the first lead 12 is covered with a heat-shrinkable sleeve 122. The heat-shrinkable sleeve 122 performs insulation protection on the joint of the first lead 12 and the wiring portion 11, provides support, prevents the joint of the first lead 12 and the wiring portion 11 from being broken, and is dustproof and waterproof.
The main body portion 101 of the electrode unit 10 and the wire connection portion 11 together constitute the flexible circuit board 16 of the electrode tab 1. From the perspective of forming the electrode unit 10, the insulating plate 102 is disposed on the side of the main body portion 101 of the flexible circuit board 16 facing away from the skin of the human body, the dielectric element 103 is disposed on the side of the main body portion 101 of the flexible circuit board 16 facing the skin of the human body, and the temperature sensor 104 is disposed on the side of the main body portion 101 of the flexible circuit board 16 facing the skin of the human body.
The flexible circuit board 16 includes an insulating substrate B and a plurality of conductive traces (not shown) embedded in the insulating substrate B, that is, the main body 101 and the wire connecting portion 11 of the electrode unit 10 are both configured of the insulating substrate B and the plurality of conductive traces (not shown) embedded in the insulating substrate B. The plurality of conductive traces (not shown) in the insulating substrate B of the main body portion 101 are electrically connected to the corresponding plurality of conductive traces (not shown) in the insulating substrate B of the wire connecting portion 11, respectively. In this embodiment, the flexible circuit board 16 has three paths of conductive traces (not shown), including one conductive trace (not shown) connecting all the conductive cores 1051 of the conductive pads 105 of the main body 101 in series, one conductive trace (not shown) electrically connected to a ground terminal (not shown) of the temperature sensor 104 on the main body 101, and one conductive trace (not shown) electrically connected to a signal terminal (not shown) of the temperature sensor 104 on the main body 101. The side of the wire connecting part 11 facing the skin of the human body is provided with three golden fingers 111. The three gold fingers 111 of the wire connection portion 11 are electrically connected to three conductive traces (not shown), respectively. The three gold fingers 111 of the wire connection portion 11 are soldered to one end of the first wire 12 away from the first plug 121, so as to realize electrical connection between the main body portion 101 of the electrode unit 10 and the first wire 12, and further realize electrical connection between the dielectric element 103 and the temperature sensor 104 and the first wire 12 through the main body portion 101.
The conductive core 1051 is exposed to the insulating substrate B of the main body 101. The insulating substrate B of the flexible circuit board 16 can isolate moisture in the air around the electrode sheet 1 from solder (not shown) between the conductive pad 105 and the dielectric element 103, so as to prevent moisture in the air away from the skin from eroding the solder (not shown) between the conductive pad 105 and the dielectric element 103 on the main body 101 of the flexible circuit board 16. The insulating substrate B of the flexible circuit board 16 and the insulating plate 102 play a dual-isolation role, so that the service life of the electrode plate 1 can be prolonged.
The backing 13 is in the form of a sheet-like arrangement, which is mainly made of a flexible, gas-permeable insulating material. The backing 13 is a mesh fabric. Specifically, the backing 13 is a mesh nonwoven fabric, has the characteristics of softness, lightness, thinness, moisture resistance and air permeability, and can keep the skin surface of the patient dry after being pasted on the body surface of the patient for a long time. The surface of the backing 13 facing the patient's body surface is also coated with a biocompatible adhesive (not shown) for adhering the backing 13 to the body surface of the patient corresponding to the tumor site. In the present embodiment, only one electrode unit 10 is adhered to the backing 13. The backing 13 is of a generally square sheet-like configuration. The four corners of the backing 13 are rounded corner-shaped.
The support 14 is adhered to the backing 13 and surrounds the outside of the electrode unit 10. A through hole 141 is formed through the support 14 to receive the electrode unit 10. The support 14 may be made of a foam material. The support 14 is flush with the surface of the electrode unit 10 on the side remote from the backing 13. That is, the support member 14 is flush with the surface of the electrode unit 10 on the side facing the adhesive 15.
The adhesive member 15 has double-sided adhesive properties. One surface of the adhesive member 15 is adhered to the support member 14 and the surface of the electrode unit 10 on the side away from the backing 13.
