Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an aroma container 100 provided in this embodiment. The aroma container 100 is used for holding aroma and enables the aroma of the aroma placed inside the aroma container 100 to be released outside the aroma container 100. The perfume may be plant essential oil (e.g., rose essential oil, eaglewood essential oil, lavender essential oil, or peppermint essential oil), perfume, or the like. The rate at which aroma is released by aroma container 100 may be slow. Wherein, the fragrance of the perfume can realize different effects according to the type of the perfume. For example, the aroma of peppermint essential oil can be used to refresh the brain. When the vehicle is driven or the vehicle is learnt, the aroma of the mint essential oil has better effects of refreshing and restoring consciousness and preventing sleepiness. As another example, the fragrance of lavender essential oil can be used to improve sleep. And so on.
It is understood that the aroma container 100 may be an aroma bottle, an aroma cup, an aroma canister, or the like. The aroma container 100 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is illustrated by taking an aroma bottle as an example.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an exploded view of the aroma container 100 shown in fig. 1. The aroma container 100 includes a container cap 10 (e.g., when the aroma container 100 is an aroma bottle, the container cap 10 is also referred to as a bottle cap) and a container body 20 (e.g., when the aroma container 100 is an aroma bottle, the container cap 10 is also referred to as a bottle body or a bottle body). The container cover 10 is mounted to the container body 20. The container body 20 can be used to hold a fragrance. The container cover 10 can be used to seal the inner space of the container body 20 and to release the fragrance of the perfume in the container body 20 to the outside of the aroma container 100.
The container lid 10 and the container body 20 may be connected by a screw connection, a snap connection, an interference fit, or the like. The present application is not particularly limited. The connection relationship between the container lid 10 and the container body 20 of the present embodiment will be described by taking a screw connection as an example.
Referring again to fig. 2, the container body 20 includes a first portion 21 and a second portion 22. The second portion 22 is connected to the first portion 21. The first portion 21 may be used to attach the container lid 10. The first portion 21 may also be used to house a fragrance. The second portion 22 may be used to house a fragrance. Illustratively, the first portion 21 of the container body 20 may be provided with external threads. In other embodiments, the first portion 21 of the container body 20 may also be provided with internal threads.
Referring to FIG. 3 in conjunction with FIG. 2, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the incense container 100 shown in FIG. 1 taken along line A1-A1. The inner wall of the container cap 10 may be provided with an internal thread. The internal threads of the container cover 10 may be threadedly coupled with the external threads of the first portion 21 of the container body 20. Thus, the container lid 10 can effectively seal the inner space of the container body 20, and prevent the perfume in the container body 20 from being discharged.
In other embodiments, the first portion 21 of the container body 20 is provided with internal threads. The container lid 10 may be provided with external threads. The external threads of the container cap 10 may be threadedly coupled with the internal threads of the first portion 21 of the container body 20.
In the present embodiment, the container lid 10 is provided in various ways. The structure of the various container caps 10 will be described in detail below with reference to the associated drawings.
The first embodiment: referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 4 is an exploded view of one embodiment of the container lid 10 of the aroma container 100 shown in FIG. 2. The container cover 10 includes a container cover body 11, a first fragrance spreading block 12, and a sealing ring 13. In the present embodiment, the material of the container lid body 11 is different from the material of the first fragrance spreading block 12.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an exploded view of the container lid body 11 of the container lid 10 shown in fig. 4. The container cover body 11 includes an outer shell 111 and an inner shell 112. The material of the housing 111 may be a metal material. For example an aluminium alloy, a zinc alloy or copper. The material of the inner shell 112 may be plastic. Such as polyethylene.
Wherein, the housing 111 is a ring structure. The housing 111 includes side walls 1111 and a top wall 1112. The top wall 1112 is attached to one side of the side wall 1111. The side wall 1111 and the top wall 1112 enclose a fixed space 1113. The top wall 1112 has a first opening 1114. It should be noted that the ring-shaped structure is not limited to the ring shape enclosed by the circle shown in fig. 5. For example, the shape may be a ring surrounded by a square, an oval, an irregular pattern, or the like.
Referring to FIG. 6 in conjunction with FIG. 5, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the container lid 10 of FIG. 2 taken along line A2-A2. The top wall 1112 of the housing 111 has a sealing surface 1115, i.e. the inner wall of the receiving space 1121 has a sealing surface 1115.
In addition, the inner shell 112 also has a ring structure. The inner shell 112 encloses an accommodating space 1121. The inner housing 112 has a second opening 1122. The second opening 1122 communicates with the accommodating space 1121. The internal threads of the container lid 10 of this embodiment are located in the inner shell 112. As shown in connection with fig. 3, the first portion 21 of the container body 20 may seal the second opening 1122 when the inner housing 112 is threadedly coupled with the first portion 21 of the container body 20. Thus, the fragrance does not easily flow out of the second opening 1122.
Referring to fig. 6 again, in combination with fig. 5, the inner shell 112 is located in the fixing space 1113 of the outer shell 111 and is fixedly connected to the outer shell 111. The outer shell 111 is located outside the inner shell 112. The sidewall 1111 of the outer shell 111 surrounds the inner shell 112 and is fixedly connected to the inner shell 112. The top wall 1112 of the outer housing 111 is located at an end of the inner housing 112 and is fixedly attached to the inner housing 112. The top wall 1112 of the partial outer housing 111 projects relative to the inner housing 112. In addition, the first opening 1114 of the top wall 1112 and the second opening 1122 of the inner shell 112 are respectively located at two sides of the accommodating space 1121. The first opening 1114 of the top wall 1112 communicates with the receiving space 1121.
In addition, the end surface of the inner housing 112 abuts a portion of the sealing surface 1115 of the top wall 1112. The sealing surface 1115 of the end face of the inner housing 112 and the top wall 1112 may be stepped.
Referring again to fig. 4, the first scent spreading block 12 may be wood, ceramic, bamboo, or charcoal. In other embodiments, the first fragrance-spreading block 12 can be other materials that can spread the fragrance of the fragrance. The shape of the first fragrance spreading block 12 is not limited to the disk shape illustrated in fig. 4.
The material of the seal ring 13 may be PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), or ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). Thus, the seal ring 13 is relatively flexible. The shape of the seal ring 13 is not limited to the annular shape illustrated in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 6 again, the first fragrance spreading block 12 is located in the accommodating space 1121 of the inner casing 112 and is fixedly connected to the inner casing 112. The first fragrance spreading block 12 can be exposed to the outside of the container cover body 11 through the first opening 1114 of the outer case 111. The first fragrance spreading block 12 may be exposed to the outside of the container cover body 11 through the second opening 1122 of the inner shell 112. The first fragrance spreading block 12 is exposed to the outside of the container cover body 11 through the first opening 1114 and the second opening 1122, which means that a user can see the first fragrance spreading block 12 from the outside of the container cover body 11 through the first opening 1114 and the second opening 1122.
Illustratively, the first fragrance spreading block 12 may have an interference fit with the inner wall of the inner shell 112. In other embodiments, the first fragrance spreading block 112 can be fixed to the inner shell 112 by bonding or the like.
Referring to fig. 6 again, the sealing ring 13 is located in the accommodating space 1121. The seal ring 13 is fixed to the inner housing 112. The sealing ring 13 is located on one side of the first fragrance spreading block 12 close to the second opening 1122. The sealing ring 13 can press the first scent spreading block 12 against the sealing surface 1115 of the top wall 1112 of the housing 111. At this time, the first fragrance spreading block 12 is connected between the seal ring 13 and the sealing surface 1115. Thus, on the one hand, the sealing ring 13 and the first fragrance-spreading block 12 are used for sealing the first opening 1114, that is, the exterior of the container cover body 11 will not communicate with the accommodating space 1121 through the first opening 1114. Thus, the air or dust outside the container cover body 11 will not enter the accommodating space 1121 through the opening wall of the first opening 1114; on the other hand, the connection stability of the first fragrance expansion block 12 and the container cover body 11 is better, the integrity of the container cover 10 is better, and the first fragrance expansion block 12 is not easy to fall off from the container cover body 11.
Illustratively, the outer annular surface of the seal ring 13 may have an interference fit with the inner wall of the inner shell 112. In other embodiments, the sealing ring 13 may be fixed to the inner shell 112 by bonding or the like.
As shown in fig. 3, the fragrance of the perfume in the container body 20 can be transmitted to the first fragrance spreading block 12 through the inner space of the sealing ring 13. The fragrance of the perfume spreads out of the fragrance container 100 by the diffusion of the first fragrance spreading block 12.
In this embodiment, the first fragrance spreading block 12 is disposed in the accommodating space 1121 of the inner casing 112 and fixedly connected to the inner casing 112, and the first fragrance spreading block 12 is further connected between the sealing surface 1115 and the sealing ring 13, so that the container cover body 11, the first fragrance spreading block 12 and the sealing ring 13 are integrated into a whole, and the integration is better, and the connection is firmer. In addition, the container lid 10 is better in sealability. When the container cover 10 is mounted to the container body 20, on one hand, gas or dust outside the aroma container 100 is not easily transmitted to the inside of the aroma container 100 through the container cover 10, thereby contaminating the aroma, i.e., the aroma is not easily deteriorated; on the other hand, the perfume in the aroma container 100 is not easily discharged through the container cover 10, so that the perfume in the aroma container 100 can diffuse the aroma for a long time. In addition, the aromatherapy container 100 is preferably portable. For example, the aroma container 100 may be worn by a necklace or a key fob, hung on the body, or carried by a bag.
In addition, the container cover body 11 of the present embodiment includes an inner shell 112 and an outer shell 111, and the inner shell 112 is located in the fixing space 1113 of the outer shell 111 and is fixedly connected to the outer shell 111. The material of the housing 111 may be a metal material. The material of the inner shell 112 may be plastic. Thus, the appearance of the metal housing 111 is better, and the user experience is better. In addition, the inner shell 112 made of plastic is screwed with the container body 20, so that the connection stability is good and the abrasion is small.
In addition, the inner casing 112 is screw-coupled to the container body 20, so that the container cover 10 and the container body 20 can be easily disassembled. Thus, when the container cover 10 is damaged, the container cover 10 is easily replaced.
While one arrangement of the container lid 10 is described above, another arrangement of the container lid 10 will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The second embodiment: referring to FIG. 7, FIG. 7 is an exploded view of another embodiment of the container lid 10 of the aroma container 100 shown in FIG. 2. The container cover 10 comprises a container cover body 11, a first fragrance expansion block 12, a second fragrance expansion block 14, a fixing frame 15 and a sealing ring 13. The structures of the container lid body 11, the first fragrance spreading block 12, and the seal ring 13 can be referred to the structures of the container lid body 11, the first fragrance spreading block 12, and the seal ring 13 of the first embodiment. While allowing the structures of the container lid body 11, the first aroma spreading block 12, and the sealing ring 13 of the present embodiment to be slightly different from the structures of the container lid body 11, the first aroma spreading block 12, and the sealing ring 13 of the first embodiment in details of parts. Specifically, no further description is provided herein.
Wherein, the second fragrance-expanding block 14 can also be wood, ceramic, bamboo or charcoal. In other embodiments, the second fragrance extension block 14 can be other materials that can transmit the fragrance of the fragrance. The shape of the second fragrance spreading block 14 is not limited to the disk shape illustrated in fig. 7.
Illustratively, the second fragrance spreading block 14 is made of a material different from that of the first fragrance spreading block 12. For example, when the first scent spreading block 12 is wood, the second scent spreading block 14 can be ceramic. The ceramic can play a certain role in filtering, and the wood has a higher speed of diffusing the fragrance. Thus, the fragrance can be used for a longer time by the cooperation of the first fragrance spreading block 12 and the second fragrance spreading block 14. For another example, when the first scent spreading block 12 is ceramic, the second scent spreading block 14 can be wood.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of the fixing frame 15 shown in fig. 7 at different angles. The fixing frame 15 includes a fixing portion 151 and a supporting portion 152. The fixing portion 151 is annular. The fixing portion 151 includes top and bottom surfaces 1511 and 1512 disposed facing away from each other, and outer and inner annular surfaces 1513 and 1514 disposed facing away from each other. The outer and inner ring surfaces 1513, 1514 are connected between the top and bottom surfaces 1511, 1512.
The supporting portion 152 is fixedly connected to the inner ring surface 1514 of the fixing portion 151. The supporting portion 152 includes a first supporting surface 1521 and a second supporting surface 1522 which are oppositely disposed. The supporting portion 152 may have a ring-shaped structure as a whole as illustrated in fig. 8, or may have a ring-shaped structure surrounded by a plurality of independent sub-blocks.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the first fragrance spreading block 12, the second fragrance spreading block 14 and the fixing frame 15 shown in fig. 7. The first fragrance spreading block 12 is disposed on the first supporting surface 1521 and is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 15. Illustratively, the first fragrance spreading block 12 may have an interference fit with the inner annular surface 1514 of the fixed mount 15. The first fragrance spreading block 12 may also be fixed to the first supporting surface 1521 of the fixing frame 15 by means of adhesion or the like.
In addition, the second fragrance spreading block 14 is disposed on the second supporting surface 1522 and is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 15. Illustratively, the second fragrance spreading block 14 may have an interference fit with the inner annular surface 1514 of the mount 15. The second fragrance spreading block 14 may also be fixed to the second supporting surface 1522 of the fixing frame 15 by glue or the like.
In the present embodiment, the first fragrance spreading block 12, the second fragrance spreading block 14 and the fixing frame 15 are integrally formed by fixedly connecting the first fragrance spreading block 12 and the second fragrance spreading block 14 to the fixing frame 15. Thus, on one hand, the first fragrance expansion block 12, the second fragrance expansion block 14 and the fixing frame 15 are assembled with the container cover body 11 simply. In addition, the partial integration of the container cover 10 is high, which is advantageous to simplify the structure of the container cover 10.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the container lid 10 shown in fig. 2 at line a2-a 2. The fixing frame 15 is located in the accommodating space 1121 of the inner shell 112. The outer ring surface 1513 of the fixing portion 151 of the fixing frame 15 is fixedly coupled to the inner case 112. At this time, the first fragrance expansion block 12 and the second fragrance expansion block 14 are fixedly connected to the inner casing 112 through the fixing frame 15.
Illustratively, the outer annular surface 1513 of the holder 15 may have an interference fit with the inner wall of the inner housing 112.
In this embodiment, the second fragrance spreading block 14 is located on the side of the first fragrance spreading block 12 close to the second opening 1122. The top surface 1511 of the fixing portion 151 of the holder 15 faces the top wall 1112 of the housing 111.
Referring to fig. 10 again, the sealing ring 13 is located in the accommodating space 1121. The seal ring 13 is fixed to the inner housing 112. The sealing ring 13 is located on the side of the second fragrance spreading block 14 close to the second opening 1122. The fixing portion 151 of the fixing frame 15 is located between the sealing surface 1115 and the seal ring 13, and is fixedly connected to the seal ring 13. At this time, the first fragrance spreading block 12 is connected to the seal ring 13 through the fixing frame 15.
