Claims (10)

1. A seat rail mounting structure characterized by comprising:
the guide rail is provided with at least one notch;
the movable assembly comprises a base, a movable part and a limiting part, wherein the base is arranged on the guide rail in a movable clamping mode, the movable part is connected to the base and can be movably connected to the guide rail in a movable mode, the movable part moves to the notch, the base can be separated from the guide rail, and the limiting part is connected to the base and is used for limiting the base to move relative to the guide rail.

The seat rail mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the rail has an "i" shape and includes a first fixing block and a second fixing block, the second fixing block is fixedly connected to a top of the first fixing block and horizontally disposed along a guide of the first fixing block, at least one of the notches is disposed on the second fixing block, and the movable portion is movably connected to the second fixing block and can be separated from the second fixing block through the notch.

The seat rail mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the movable portion includes two first sliding blocks, the first sliding block has a first sliding groove formed therein with respect to the second fixed block, and the first sliding block is slidably connected to the second fixed block via the first sliding groove.

The seat rail mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein the movable portion further includes two first connecting blocks, the two first connecting blocks are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the first sliding groove and disposed below the second fixed block, and the two first connecting blocks are engaged with the sliding groove to limit the second fixed block from sliding out along the opening of the first sliding groove.

The seat rail mounting structure according to claim 4, wherein the second fixed block has a first notch and a second notch that are spaced apart from each other, the movable portion includes two second sliding blocks, the first sliding block is disposed corresponding to the first notch, the second sliding block is disposed corresponding to the second notch, and when the first sliding block slides to the first notch, the second sliding block slides to the second notch, and a length dimension of the first notch along a guide direction of the fixed block is smaller than a length dimension of the second notch along a guide direction of the fixed block.

The seat rail mounting structure according to claim 5, wherein the second sliding block has a second sliding groove formed therein opposite to the second fixed block, the second sliding block is slidably connected to the second fixed block through the second sliding groove, the movable portion further includes two second connecting blocks, the two second connecting blocks are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the second sliding groove and disposed below the second fixed block, and are configured to limit the second fixed block to slide out along the opening of the second sliding groove.

The seat track mounting structure according to claim 6, wherein the movable assembly further includes a rolling portion, the rolling portion is rotatably connected to the base about its own axis, and a circumferential outer wall of the rolling portion movably abuts against a top of the second fixed block, so as to achieve guiding movement of the base along the second fixed block.

The seat rail mounting structure according to claim 7, wherein at least one rotation hole is formed in each of outer side walls of the first sliding block and the second sliding block, the rotation hole penetrates through the first sliding block and the second sliding block and is communicated with the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove, the rolling portion includes at least one bolt, a roller and a nut, a small diameter section of the bolt is inserted into the rotation hole, the roller is rotatably sleeved on the bolt around a rotation axis of the bolt, a circumferential outer wall of the roller movably abuts against the second fixed block, and the nut is in threaded connection with the bolt and abuts against outer side walls of the first sliding block and the second sliding block.

The seat track mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the top of the track has a plurality of slots along the length direction, the fixing block has a plurality of communicating slots corresponding to the slots, the limiting portion includes a clamping block and a linear driving member, the clamping block is disposed corresponding to the communicating slots, the linear driving member is fixedly connected to the base, and the movable end of the linear driving member is connected to the clamping block for driving the clamping block to pass through the communicating slots and to be clamped to the slots, so as to limit the sliding of the movable assembly along the direction of the second fixing block.
