Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a vehicle modularized linkage adjusting seat which can move a seat cushion and a backrest simultaneously and can not cause interference to a rear seat space.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a vehicle modularization linkage adjusting seat comprises a seat framework, a backrest, a cushion and a linkage mechanism clamped between the seat framework and the cushion, wherein a sliding mechanism for the linkage mechanism to move back and forth along the seat framework is arranged between the seat framework and the linkage mechanism; the linkage mechanism comprises a linkage framework and an adjusting rod which is arranged on the linkage framework and is used for manual operation and adjustment, and the end part of the backrest close to the cushion is hinged with the linkage framework through a connecting piece; the linkage framework can be driven to slide along the seat framework under the action of the sliding mechanism by pushing and pulling the adjusting rod, so that the cushion moves back and forth and the included angle between the cushion and the backrest is changed.
Furthermore, glide machanism is including locating the guide rail of seat skeleton width direction both sides and locating the slider that slides with the guide rail adaptation on the linkage skeleton.
Further, the seat framework is provided with limiting screws at the end part close to the cushion inlet, the adjusting rod is arranged along the length direction of the cushion, the adjusting rod is provided with a plurality of through holes for the limiting screws to pass through at intervals, and the limiting screws can be inserted into any through holes of the adjusting rod so as to limit the sliding displacement of the linkage framework.
Furthermore, the adjusting rod is connected with the linkage framework through a transition plate, and the adjusting rod needs to be lifted up before the adjusting rod is pushed and pulled to be adjusted so that the limiting screw can be separated from the through hole.
Further, the cushion bottom has at least a set of spacing post that sets up in tandem in the width direction, and the linkage skeleton is equipped with spacing mouthful in spacing post corresponding position department, and spacing post inserts in spacing mouthful so that the link gear drives the cushion synchronous stabilization when sliding and removes.

Furthermore, the turnover mechanism comprises fixed blocks arranged on the back of the seat and positioned on two sides of the width direction of the dining table plate and a spring limiting structure arranged on the dining table plate, two ends of the width direction of the dining table plate are respectively provided with a mounting hole for mounting the spring limiting structure, the spring limiting structure comprises a limiting shell and a screw penetrating through the limiting shell, a cone part is sequentially sleeved on the screw from the outside to the inside of the mounting hole, the dining table plate comprises a dining table plate mounting hole, a limiting block and a compression spring, wherein the dining table plate mounting hole is formed in the dining table plate mounting hole; the cone part and the fixing block are fixed in the process of overturning the dining table plate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the linkage of the cushion and the backrest is controlled and completed by the linkage mechanism, the linkage mechanism has a simple structure, the adjustment process is flexible and convenient, the linkage framework, the cushion and the backrest all move within the range of the seat framework, and the seat framework is fixed, so that the seat can not generate any influence on the rear seat in the adjustment process, and can not occupy any space of the rear seat;
2) the dining table board accessible tilting mechanism that sets up overturns, and the back seat passenger can overturn it to laminating seat back after having used up the dining table board, can not occupy the back seat space.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle modularized linkage adjusting seat comprises a seat frame 1, a backrest 2, a seat cushion 3 and a linkage mechanism 4 clamped between the seat frame 1 and the seat cushion 3, wherein a sliding mechanism for the linkage mechanism to move back and forth along the seat frame 1 is arranged between the seat frame 1 and the linkage mechanism 4; as shown in fig. 2, the linkage mechanism 4 includes a linkage frame 41 and an adjusting rod 42 provided on the linkage frame for manual adjustment, the end of the backrest 2 close to the seat cushion is hinged to the linkage frame 41 through a connecting member, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the other end of the backrest 2 is in a non-fixed state, the end is connected to the seat frame 1 through a limiting plate 6, one end of the limiting plate 6 is connected to the backrest 2 through a bolt, the other end is hinged to the seat frame 1, namely, the backrest is limited on the frame only by the limiting plate, and the backrest 2 can rotate by a certain angle around the hinge point of the limiting plate 6. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the connector includes an arc rod 51, a rotating screw 52, a sleeve bearing 53 and a nut 54, the sleeve bearing 53 is installed on the rotating screw 52, the arc rod 51 is sleeved on the periphery of the sleeve bearing 53, friction between the arc rod and the rotating screw can be reduced by using the sleeve bearing, so that the service life of the connector is longer, the hinged end 411 of the linkage framework is attached to the threaded end face of the rotating screw 52, the nut 54 is matched with the rotating screw 52 to lock the hinged end, the nut 54 is welded with the hinged end 411 of the linkage framework into a whole, and the vertical distance between the head of the rotating screw and the hinged end of the sliding framework is greater than the height of the sleeve bearing, so as to play a role in preventing looseness.
The linkage framework 41 can be driven to slide along the seat framework 1 under the action of the sliding mechanism by pushing and pulling the adjusting rod 42, the cushion 3 is stably connected with the linkage mechanism 4, and the linkage mechanism 4 can synchronously drive the cushion 3 to move back and forth and change an included angle with the backrest 2 when sliding, so that the linkage adjustment of the seat is completed.
The seat of this application passes through link gear and drives cushion and back synchronization action, when the cushion takes place the front and back and slides, the pin joint that the back located around the limiting plate is rotatory, the linkage skeleton, cushion and back all move in the seat skeleton within range, the seat skeleton keeps fixed, consequently the seat can not produce any influence to the back seat completely in accommodation process, can not occupy any space of back seat, and link gear simple structure, accommodation process is nimble convenient, a modularization setting, when the demand is adjusted in the seat does not have the linkage, dismantle link gear can.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the sliding mechanism includes guide rails 12 disposed on two sides of the seat frame in the width direction, and a slider 45 disposed at the bottom of the linkage frame and adapted to slide along the guide rails.
The seat frame 1 is provided with a limit screw 11 at the end part close to the cushion inlet, the adjusting rod 42 is arranged along the length direction of the cushion, a plurality of through holes 421 for the limit screw to pass through are arranged on the adjusting rod 42 at intervals, and the limit screw 11 can be inserted into any through hole 421 of the adjusting rod so as to limit the sliding displacement of the linkage frame 41; when the cushion-backrest linkage adjustment needs to be performed, the adjusting rod 42 needs to be lifted upwards to enable the limit screw 11 to be separated from the through hole 421 before the adjusting rod 42 is subjected to push-pull adjustment, then the adjusting rod 42 can be subjected to corresponding push-pull action, in order to facilitate the lifting operation of the adjusting rod, the adjusting rod 42 generally needs to be arranged at the low position of the linkage framework, meanwhile, because the adjusting rod and the linkage framework are both parts with high rigidity, in order to facilitate the smooth lifting of the adjusting rod and ensure the connection stability of the adjusting rod and the linkage framework, a transition plate 43 is preferably arranged between the adjusting rod 42 and the linkage framework 41 and connected, the transition plate is of a bending structure, the linkage framework and the adjusting rod are in transition connection from the high position to the low position, and when the adjusting rod 42 is lifted, the transition plate 43 can generate certain flexible deformation.
In an initial state, the limit screw 11 on the seat frame is embedded into the through hole 421 of the adjusting rod to limit the linkage mechanism, the sliding mechanism 4 can drive the seat cushion 3 to slide back and forth on the guide rail 12 by lifting up the adjusting rod 42, and simultaneously drive the backrest 2 to move, after the adjustment is in place, the adjusting rod 42 is put down, and the linkage adjustment of the seat cushion and the backrest can be completed after the limit screw 11 is embedded into the corresponding through hole 421.
The cushion 3 is detachably connected with the linkage mechanism 4, as shown in fig. 3, two groups of limiting columns 31 which are arranged in tandem are arranged at the bottom of the cushion 3 in the width direction, and the limiting columns are made of rubber materials, so that the cushion and the linkage mechanism are conveniently connected and matched, and the cushion is prevented from being rigidly collided when moving along with the linkage mechanism; the front limiting column 31 is used for driving the cushion 3 to retreat together when the linkage mechanism 4 retreats, the rear limiting column 31 is used for driving the cushion 3 to advance together when the linkage mechanism 4 advances, the linkage framework 41 is provided with a limiting opening 411 at the position corresponding to the limiting column 31, and the limiting column 31 of the cushion is inserted into the limiting opening 411 so as to drive the cushion 3 to synchronously and stably move when the linkage mechanism 4 slides; the limiting opening 411 corresponding to the rear limiting column is in a gourd shape, the large-caliber position of the gourd-shaped limiting opening is the pre-placing position of the rear limiting column of the cushion, and when the rear limiting column moves from the large-caliber position to the small-caliber position, the front limiting column can be matched with the corresponding limiting opening.
In order to further ensure the stable connection of the cushion and the linkage framework, a plurality of screws can be arranged at the bottoms of the sliding framework and the cushion for fixing.
As shown in fig. 2, a seat spring 44 is further laid on the linkage frame 41 to support the seat cushion 3, and the riding comfort of the passenger can be effectively improved.
The seat of this application has still arranged the polylith shielding plate on seat skeleton 1 in order to play decoration, shelter from the effect, is equipped with back cover plate 7 if the seat skeleton back, and the seat has set up dining table plate 8 on back cover plate 7, is connected through tilting mechanism 9 between 8 tip of dining table plate and the back cover plate 7, and the dining table plate can be opened to the horizontality or the laminating seat back by manual operation under tilting mechanism effect.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the turnover mechanism 9 includes a fixed block 91 disposed on the back cover plate 7 and located on both sides of the dining table plate 8 in the width direction, and a spring limiting structure 92 disposed on the dining table plate, the two ends of the dining table plate in the width direction are respectively provided with a mounting hole 81 for mounting the spring limiting structure 92, the spring limiting structure 92 includes a limiting housing 921, a screw 922 penetrating through the limiting housing, a conical portion 923, a groove portion 924 matched with the conical portion, and a compression spring 925 are sequentially sleeved on the screw from the outside to the inside of the mounting hole, the conical portion 923 has a sheet type cone angle structure 9231 inserted into the groove portion 924, a rectangular limiting block 9211 is disposed on the periphery of the limiting housing 921, the limiting block has an extension portion 9212 extending out of the end face of the limiting housing (the limiting block is composed of two connected large limiting blocks and small limiting blocks (extension portions), which, an inner hole 911 is formed in the fixing block 91 for inserting a conical portion 923 of the spring limiting structure, a movable hole 912 for inserting an extending portion 9212 of the limiting block on the limiting shell is further formed in the fixing block 91, the other end of the limiting block is inserted into the dining table plate mounting hole 81, the movable hole 912 can enable the extending portion 9212 of the limiting block to rotate to the position (namely, the movable hole is an arc-shaped hole) when the limiting shell 921 rotates along with the dining table plate 8, and fig. 10 shows a schematic structural diagram of the fixing block; the fixing block 91 is connected with the back covering plate 7 through a bolt, and the cone portion 923 is fixed with the fixing block 91 in the overturning process of the dining table plate 8.
When the dining table plate 8 is not unfolded (i.e. the back covering plate is attached), the sheet type cone angle structure 9231 of the cone part is embedded in the groove of the groove part 924, a certain initial force is provided to unfold the dining table plate 8 at the moment, the fixing block 91 is not moved in the process of overturning the dining table plate, the cone part 923 is also clamped in the inner hole 911 of the fixing block and is not moved, the limiting shell 921 rotates along with the dining table plate 8 under the action of the limiting block to drive the groove part 924 to rotate, the cone part sheet type cone angle structure 9231 is separated from the groove of the groove part 924 to jack up the groove part, the compression spring 925 is compressed, the elastic force is converted into the resistance in rotation, and therefore the dining table plate 8 is prevented from falling down quickly; when the dining table plate 8 rotates to be in a horizontal state, the limiting block extending part 9212 of the limiting shell also just rotates to a limiting position in the fixing block moving hole 912, and then the dining table plate 8 does not rotate downwards any more, and the dining table plate keeps in a horizontal state due to the gravity of the dining table plate, and fig. 11 shows a structural schematic diagram of the seat when the dining table plate is unfolded; when the dining table plate needs to be restored to the initial state after the passenger uses the dining table plate, the dining table plate is directly turned to be attached to the back covering plate.
The cushion and the backrest are designed by human engineering and consist of the outer sleeve, the foaming sponge and the fiberboard, so that the sitting comfort is ensured; the seat may optionally be supplemented with additional structural designs such as headrests, armrests, top handles, pockets of debris, etc. that may be removed when not needed; the seat can be applied to various vehicles, particularly rail transit vehicles, and can bring comfortable and excellent experience for long-distance riding of passengers.
