A neck massager 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 17.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 to 8, 11 and 16, a neck massager 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the massage head comprises a bracket 100, two clamping arms 300 and a vibration massage head 500, wherein the bracket 100 comprises an inner shell 110 facing the neck of a human body and an outer shell 130 facing away from the neck of the human body, the inner shell 110 is connected with the outer shell 130 in an involutory mode, and the inner shell 110 is made of soft rubber. The two clip arms 300 are respectively connected to both ends of the bracket 100 in the length direction (e.g., both ends in the X direction in fig. 1). That is, the support 100 and the two clamp arms 300 may define a wearing space, and the neck massager 10 may be worn on the neck of the human body such that the neck is located in the wearing space.
The vibration massage head 500 comprises a massage housing 514 and a vibration member 530 for providing a vibration effect, wherein the massage housing 514 comprises a first part 5140 and a second part 5142 which are formed in a split manner, the first part 5140 and the inner shell 110 are integrally formed, the second part 5142 and the first part 5140 are arranged in a split manner, the second part 5142 is connected to the end of the first part 5140 far away from the inner shell 110, the vibration member 530 is arranged in the massage housing 514, and the second part 5142 is provided with a massage surface 511 facing to the neck of a human body.
Specifically, when the neck massage apparatus 10 is used to massage the neck of the human body, the neck massage apparatus 10 is worn on the neck of the human body through the bracket 100 and the two clip arms 300, the massage surface 511 can be in contact with the skin of the neck, and the vibration member 530 vibrates to transmit the vibration to the neck of the human body through the massage surface 511, thereby achieving the purpose of massaging the neck.
Because the first part 5140 and the inner shell 110 are integrally formed parts, and the inner shell 110 is made of soft rubber, the connection mode between the massage shell 514 and the inner shell 110 is simple and reliable, and the soft rubber material can also play a role in absorbing vibration to a certain extent, so that the vibration of the bracket 100 can be weakened, and the comfort of the human body wearing the neck massager 10 can be improved. Meanwhile, since the first portion 5140 and the second portion 5142 are separately processed, the second portion 5142 can be mounted on the first portion 5140 after the vibration member 530 is mounted in the first portion 5140 or the second portion 5142, thereby facilitating the assembly of the vibration member 530 and the mounting of the vibration member 530 in place such that the vibration of the vibration member 530 can be effectively transmitted to the massage face 511.
According to the neck massager 10 of the embodiment of the utility model, the connection mode between the massage shell 514 and the inner shell 110 is simple and reliable, the soft rubber material can also play a certain role in absorbing vibration, the vibration of the bracket 100 can be weakened, the comfort of wearing the neck massager 10 by a human body is improved, the assembly of the vibrating piece 530 is facilitated, and the vibrating piece 530 is conveniently installed in place so that the vibration of the vibrating piece 530 can be effectively transmitted to the massage surface 511.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, 12 and 16, the first portion 5140 includes a connection post 550 and a mounting base 551, the maximum cross-sectional area of the mounting base 551 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the end of the connection post 550 facing the mounting base 551, the mounting base 551 and the second portion 5142 cooperate to define the massage head body 510, and a housing space of the vibration member 530 is provided in the massage head body 510. It can be understood that, since the maximum cross-sectional area of the mounting base 551 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the end of the connection post 550 facing the mounting base 551, not only the area of the massage face 511 is made larger, the massage effect can be improved, the vibration member 530 mounted in the massage head main body 510 can be prevented from falling into the connection post 550, the vibration member 530 can be limited in the massage head main body 510, and the massage effect can be improved. It is understood that when the coupling post 550 is a hollow structure, the cross-sectional area of the coupling post 550 refers to the cross-sectional area of the peripheral wall of the coupling post 550. Further, the shape of the massage head body 510 may be a cylindrical shape, an incomplete spherical shape, an incomplete football shape, or other similar spherical and cylindrical shapes.
In some examples of the utility model, the attachment post 550 includes a soft gel portion integrally formed with the inner shell. Therefore, the connecting column 550 comprises the soft rubber part, so that the connecting column 550 can further play a role in vibration reduction, the vibration of the bracket 100 can be further weakened, and the comfort of the human body wearing the neck massager 10 is improved. While the pendulum effect can be formed, the amplitude of the oscillation of the massage head main body 510 can be increased by the deformation of the flexible inner case 110 and the coupling post 550 including the flexible portion, thereby increasing the amplitude of the oscillation.
In some examples of the utility model, the attachment post 550 includes a stiff glue portion integrally formed with the inner shell 110. Thereby improving the coupling strength between the coupling post 550 and the inner case 110 and preventing the coupling post 550 and the inner case 110 from being broken.
In some examples of the utility model, the connecting studs 550 are all hard rubber pieces. Thereby improving the coupling strength between the coupling post 550 and the inner case 110 and preventing the coupling post 550 and the inner case 110 from being broken.
In some examples of the utility model, the connecting posts 550 are all soft plastic pieces. Therefore, the connecting column 550 can further play a role in vibration reduction, so that the vibration of the bracket 100 can be further weakened, and the comfort of the human body wearing the neck massager 10 is improved. Meanwhile, a pendulum effect can be formed, and the amplitude of the vibration of the massage head body 510 can be increased by means of the deformation of the flexible inner shell 110 and the flexible connecting column 550, so that the amplitude of the vibration can be increased. Specifically, the inner housing 110 and the coupling post 550 may be silicone pieces.
Further, the maximum cross-sectional area of the massage head main body 510 is larger than the cross-sectional area of any of the coupling posts 550. That is, the connecting column 550 is relatively slender with respect to the massage head main body 510, so that the massage head main body 510 is driven by the vibrating member 530 to easily drive the connecting column 550 to form a pendulum effect, and the swing amplitude is relatively large, thereby improving the massage effect. The vibration member 530 installed in the massage head main body 510 can be further prevented from falling into the connection column 550, and the vibration member 530 can be stably positioned in the massage head main body 510 to ensure the massage effect.
Specifically, the coupling post 550 may be cylindrical, thereby making the structure of the coupling post 550 simple. Preferably, the connecting post 550 is cylindrical with a constant cross-sectional area, thereby facilitating the forming of the connecting post 550.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the housing 130 may be an elastic housing 130 to facilitate wearing the neck massager 10 to the neck of a person.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, 12 and 16, the cross-sectional area of the massage head body 510 gradually increases and then gradually decreases in the axial direction away from the connection column 550, the cross-sectional area of the massage head body 510 with the largest cross-sectional area is defined as a reference plane, and the contact surface of the first portion 5140 that mates with the second portion 5142 coincides with the reference plane or is located on the side of the reference plane facing the connection column 550. That is, the interface of the first portion 5140 and the second portion 5142 is located at the reference plane, or at the side of the reference plane facing the inner case 110. Thereby facilitating mold release during the forming of the first portion 5140, the coupling post 550, and the inner shell 110. The cross-sectional area of the massage head body 510 refers to the cross-sectional area of the outer peripheral wall of the massage head body 510. Further, the first portion 5140 is entirely a soft rubber member.
It can be understood that, when the mold is opened, the integrally formed inner shell 110 and the first portion 5140 are formed by using a mold matching process, and the mold core needs to be extracted, wherein the core pulling opening of the first portion 5140 is coplanar with the contact surface of the first portion 5140 matched with the second portion 5142, if the contact surface of the first portion 5140 matched with the second portion 5142 is located below the reference surface, the area of the core pulling opening of the first portion 5140 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the reference surface, so that the core pulling opening is caught when the mold core is extracted, and the extraction cannot be performed or is inconvenient, and the mold core is not conveniently removed. Therefore, according to the neck massager 10 of the embodiment of the utility model, the contact surface of the first part 5140 matched with the second part 5142 is coincident with the reference surface or is positioned on the side of the reference surface facing the connecting column 550, so that the mold core can be conveniently extracted and the demolding can be conveniently carried out.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the vibration member 530 is installed into the second part 5142, and the second part 5142, in which the vibration member 530 is installed, is fixed to the first part 5140. That is, the vibration member 530 may be installed in the second portion 5142 first, and then the second portion 5142 may be fixed to the first portion 5140, thereby achieving the purpose of installing the vibration member 530 in the massage head main body 510, and thus facilitating the installation of the vibration member 530.
Further, the second portion 5142 is a hard member, and the vibration member 530 is externally covered by a flexible cover 540, so that the vibration member 530 is prevented from directly contacting the second portion 5142 to damage the second portion 5142 and the vibration member 530. Alternatively, the flexible sleeve 540 may be a silicone sleeve. In some examples of the present invention, the second portion 5142 is a metal cover, and in some embodiments of the present invention, the second portion 5142 may also be made of a hard glue material, and the vibration member 530 is covered by a flexible cover 540. Further, the mounting base 551 is provided with an abutting portion abutting against the flexible sheath 540 to position the flexible sheath 540. Thereby preventing the flexible cover 540 and the vibration member 530 from falling from the massage head main body 510 into the coupling post 550, and ensuring massage reliability.
In some examples of the utility model, the second portion 5142 is a hard piece, and the second portion 5142 is snap-fit to the first portion 5140. Thereby facilitating assembly between the first portion 5140 and the second portion 5142. Further, the second part 5142 is provided with a plug end, and the first part 5140 is provided with a plug groove, into which the plug end is inserted. Thereby making the mating relationship of the first portion 5140 and the second portion 5142 simple and reliable.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, in some embodiments of the present invention, one of the first part 5140 and the second part 5142 is provided with a bonding groove 5140, and the other of the first part 5140 and the second part 5142 is provided with a bonding part 5150, and the bonding part 5150 is bonded in the bonding groove 5140. That is, the bonding portion 5150 protrudes into the bonding groove 5140, and the bonding portion 5150 is bonded in the bonding groove 5140 by a bonding member such as glue, thereby facilitating the fixing of the first portion 5140 and the second portion 5142.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11-13, the vibration element 530 is covered with the flexible sleeve 540, the connection post 550 and the mounting base 551 are in arc transition, the mounting base 551 is provided with the blocking portion 5141 inside the bonding groove 5140, the outer peripheral wall of the flexible sleeve 540 is provided with the flange portion 5401, and the blocking portion 5141 is stopped against the flange portion 5401 to prevent the vibration element 530 and the flexible sleeve 540 from being separated from the massage head body 510.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, the cross-sectional area of the massage head main body 510 is gradually increased and then gradually decreased in the axial direction away from the coupling post 550, and the cross-sectional area of the inner circumferential wall of the portion of the massage head main body 510 connected to the coupling post 550 is larger than that of the inner circumferential wall of the coupling post 550. The massage head body 510 and the connection column 550 are connected by an arc transition, the blocking portion 5141 is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting base 551 and positioned at the inner side of the bonding groove 5140, a part of the outer peripheral wall of the flexible sleeve 540 is recessed inwards to define a flange portion 5401, and the blocking portion 514 abuts against the flange portion 5401 to position the vibration member 530 covered with the flexible sleeve 540 in the massage head body 510.

Specifically, the control device is connected to the electrical connection part 420 so as to control whether the heating unit 400 is turned on for heating, and when the heating unit 400 is turned on, the heating part 410 generates heat, and the generated heat is transferred to the massage surface 511 through the massage head main body 510 to heat the neck, so that the massage mode can be increased. Further, the heating portion 410 is disposed in the second portion 5142, and a portion of the second portion 5142 defining the massage surface 511 is a metal component, or the second portion 5142 is a metal cover, so that the metal material can increase a heat conduction effect, ensure that heat generated by the heating portion 410 can be effectively guided to the massage surface 511, and reduce heat loss. Of course, it is understood that the material of the second portion 5142 is not limited thereto, and may be other materials with good thermal conductivity. In some examples of the present invention, the vibrating member 530 and the heating portion 410 may be first assembled in the metal cover by interference fit, and then fixedly connected to the first portion 5140, which is convenient for installation.
It is understood that the heating unit 400 and the vibrating member 530 may be turned on simultaneously or alternately, for example, the heating unit 400 may be used for heating after vibrating massage, and the specific massage mode may be set according to actual conditions, which is not limited herein.
Further, as shown in fig. 9 to 16, the neck massager 10 further includes a temperature sensor 600 for detecting a heating temperature of the heating part 410, the temperature sensor 600 is electrically connected to the control device, and the control device controls the heating amount of the heating part 410 according to a detection result of the temperature sensor 600. Specifically, when it is detected that the heating temperature of the heating part 410 exceeds the first set value, which indicates that the heating temperature is high and there is a risk of scalding, the control device receives a signal to control the heating part 410 to reduce the heating amount (for example, the heating power may be reduced or the heating current may be reduced). When it is detected that the heating temperature of the heating part 410 is lower than the second set value, which indicates that the heating temperature is lower and cannot meet the user requirement, the control device receives a signal to control the heating part 410 to increase the heating amount (for example, the heating power or the heating current may be increased). Thereby ensuring that the heating effect of the neck massager 10 can meet the requirement of the user and avoiding scalding.
It is understood that the neck massager 10 may have a plurality of heating stages, and the second setting value corresponding to each heating stage may be different, so that the massage mode of the neck massager 10 may be increased.
In some examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 to 16, the heating part 410 is provided at a side of the vibration member 530 facing the massage surface 511. Thereby facilitating the heat generated by the heating part 410 to be transferred to the massage surface 511. Further, in order to prevent the heat generated by the heating part 410 from affecting the vibrator 530 and also prevent the vibration of the vibrator 530 from damaging the heating part 410, the flexible cover 540 is provided around the heating part 410, and the heating part 410 is positioned on the side of the flexible cover 540 facing the massage surface 511. In some further embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 to 16, the vibration member 530 is wrapped with a flexible cover 540, a mounting groove 5402 is provided on the flexible cover 540, and the temperature sensor 600 is provided in the mounting groove 5402. Thereby saving space and facilitating the miniaturized arrangement of the vibration massage head 500. Preferably, the mounting groove 5402 is a blind groove, so that it is possible to prevent heat generated from the vibration member 530 from being transferred to the temperature sensor 600 and to prevent the measurement accuracy of the temperature sensor 600 from being affected.
Specifically, the temperature sensor 600 is disposed on the side of the heating portion 410 facing the flexible sheath 540, and the temperature sensor 600 is disposed in the blind groove, so that space can be saved and the vibration massage head 500 can be miniaturized.
As shown in fig. 10 to 16, in some embodiments of the present invention, the portion of the second portion 5142 defining the massage face 511 is a metal member, the massage face 511 is formed in a curved structure, and the corresponding inner surface of the massage face 511 is also in a curved structure. The heating unit 400 is a heating membrane, the heating unit 410 is a flexible flat surface in a free state, and the heating unit 410 is interposed between the vibrator 530 and the inner surface and is shaped into a curved surface shape so that the heating unit 410 is attached to the inner surface corresponding to the massage surface 511. So that the heat transfer efficiency can be improved. It should be noted that, the heating membrane includes heat-conducting membranes disposed opposite to each other and heating wires disposed between the heat-conducting membranes, and the heating membrane may be shaped.
In order to increase the heating amount of the heating part 410, in some examples of the present invention, the heating part 410 includes a plurality of bending parts, for example, the heating part 410 may be bent to include a plurality of annular parts sequentially sleeved; or the heating part 410 may include a plurality of U-shaped parts connected in series. Specifically, when the heating portion 410 is a part of the heating diaphragm, one of the cases where the heating portion 410 includes a plurality of bent portions is that the heating wire of the heating portion 410 includes a plurality of bent portions, and the heating wire of the heating portion 410 may be arranged to extend in a zigzag manner, thereby increasing a heat generation area.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the heating assembly 400 is a heating membrane, a heating wire is disposed in the heating membrane, the heating membrane includes a heating portion 410 and an extending portion 430 connected to the heating portion 410, an electrical connection portion 420 is disposed at an end of the extending portion 430 away from the heating portion 410, the electrical connection portion 420 is electrically connected to the heating wire, and the heating wire in the extending portion 430 extends linearly. That is, the extension portion 430 and the heating portion 410 are both parts of a heating membrane, and a part of the heating wire of the extension portion 430 extends out of the heat conductive membrane to be connected with the electrical connection portion 420, so that the heating portion 410 and the extension portion 430 have simple structures, and the extension portion 430 is conveniently connected with the electrical connection portion 420, and meanwhile, by linearly extending the heating wire in the extension portion 430, the heat generation amount of the extension portion 430 can be reduced, and the energy loss is reduced. Specifically, by providing the extension portion 430, the electrical connection portion 420 can be provided in the bracket 100, and the space in the massage head main body 510 can be saved, so that the vibration massage head 500 can be provided in a miniaturized size. Preferably, the extension portion 430 may form a strip structure, for example, the heating wire in the extension portion 430 linearly extends along the length direction of the extension portion 430, so that the heat generation amount of the extension portion 430 is small, and the energy loss may be reduced. It can be understood that, the heating wire extending linearly means that the heating wire includes at least one straight line segment, when the number of the straight line segments is multiple, the plurality of straight line segments are sequentially arranged in the extending direction of the extending portion 430, and the extending direction between two adjacent straight line segments may have an included angle.
As shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments of the present invention, the vibration member 530 is externally covered with a flexible cover 540, a wire passing space is provided between the flexible cover 540 and the inner wall of the massage housing 514, and the extension part 430 passes through the wire passing space. That is, a part of the extension 430 is located between the flexible sleeve 540 and the inner wall of the massage housing 514, so that the space in the massage housing 514 can be reasonably utilized, the space utilization rate is improved, the arrangement of the extension 430 is convenient, the miniaturized arrangement of the vibration massage head 500 is convenient, meanwhile, the extension direction of the extension 430 can be limited by the flexible sleeve 540 and the inner wall of the massage housing 514, and the phenomenon of installation error or falling-off of the heating assembly 400 can be avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, 5, 7-16, a receiving groove 113 is formed at a side of the inner shell 110 facing the neck of the human body, and the other end of the connecting column 550 is connected to an inner wall of the receiving groove 113. So that the space in the Y direction that increases the wearing space can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, at least one massage head group is disposed at intervals in the width direction of the inner case 110, each massage head group includes a plurality of vibration massage heads 500, and the plurality of vibration massage heads 500 of each massage head group are arranged in a row along the length direction of the cradle 100, so that the massage area can be increased, and a better vibration massage effect can be achieved.
Further, along the width direction of the bracket 100, a plurality of massage head groups are arranged on the inner shell 110 at intervals, so that the massage area can be increased, and a better vibration massage effect can be achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, two adjacent massage head groups are arranged in a staggered manner in the length direction of the inner shell 110, that is, each massage head group is arranged at intervals in the length direction of the inner shell 110, and in the two adjacent massage head groups, the massage head of one massage head group is located in the vacant part of the other massage head group where the massage head is not arranged, so that the two adjacent massage head groups are arranged in a staggered manner in the length direction, and the adjacent vibration massage heads can be ensured not to collide with each other when demoulding, so that demoulding is facilitated, and the manufacturing difficulty is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, only one massage head set is disposed on the inner case 110, that is, a plurality of vibration massage heads 500 are disposed at intervals on the inner case 110 along the length direction of the cradle 100, and the plurality of vibration massage heads 500 are arranged in a row. Thereby ensuring that the moulds do not collide with each other when the vibrating massage head is demoulding, and reducing the manufacturing difficulty.
As shown in fig. 15-17, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the inner case 110 includes: a main body part 114 and a turned-over part 115, and the connecting column 550 is connected with a first surface (namely the mounting surface) of the main body part 114 facing the neck of the human body. Both ends in the width direction of the main body portion 114 are provided with flanged portions 115 extending by bending in a direction away from the first surface, and one end of the flanged portions 115 is provided with a first connecting portion 117 connected to the housing 130. That is, the main body portion 114 is provided with the burring portions 115 at both ends in the width direction (i.e., the Y direction in fig. 1), and the burring portions 115 are bent with respect to the first surface and extend in a direction away from the first surface. It is understood that the plurality of vibration massage heads 500 are disposed on the first surface of the inner case 110, and when the vibration massage heads 500 are operated, the vibration of the vibration member 530 is easily transmitted to other portions of the neck massager 10, such as the clamp arms 300 and the bracket 100, which is easily uncomfortable for the user. In the present embodiment, since the cuff 115 is bent with respect to the main body 114, the vibration of the main body 114 is prevented from being transmitted to the cuff 115, so that the vibration transmitted to the upper surface of the bracket 100 and the clip arms 300 can be reduced, thereby preventing the user from feeling uncomfortable and improving the comfort of the neck massager 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 16, a part of the main body portion 114 is formed as an arch portion 116 that protrudes in a direction toward the first surface. That is, the arch 116 is located between the first surface and the cuff 115, and the arch 116 is arched in the direction toward the first surface, so that the distance between the main body 114 and the cuff 115 can be increased, the vibration of the vibrating element 530 is not easily transmitted to the cuff 115 and the first connecting portion 117 at the end of the cuff 115, and after the inner shell 110 is mounted to the outer shell 130 through the first connecting portion 117, the vibration of the vibrating massage head 500 on the first surface is not easily transmitted to the outer shell 130 and the clip arm 300, so that the vibration and resonance of the outer shell 130 and the clip arm 300 are caused, thereby preventing the user from having a sense of incongruity, and improving the comfort of use of the neck massage apparatus 10.
As shown in fig. 16, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the first connection portions 117 at both ends in the width direction of the main body portion 114 are formed in a plate-like structure extending in a direction toward the inside of the stand 100, and the housing 130 is provided with a fitting groove into which the first connection portions 117 protrude. Therefore, the fitting relationship between the inner shell 110 and the outer shell 130 is simple and reliable, and the gap between the outer shell 130 and the inner shell 110 can be reduced by the fitting manner of the first connecting portion 117 protruding into the fitting groove.
Further, as shown in fig. 16, a first recess 1150 is further formed on the inner wall of the burring portion 115, and a portion of the outer shell 130 is inserted into the first recess 1150, so that the fit tightness between the outer shell 130 and the inner shell 110 can be further improved, and a gap can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 16, in some examples of the present invention, the connection point of the first connection portion 117 and the flange portion 115 is formed as an edge, that is, the connection point of the first connection portion 117 and the flange portion 115 is not in arc transition, so that the difficulty of processing can be reduced, and the vibration transmitted to the housing 130 through the first connection portion 117 can be further reduced by the blocking of the edge.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 17, the body 114 is provided at both ends in the length direction thereof with second connecting portions 118, the second connecting portions 118 are connected to the clamping arms 300, and the inner surface of the second connecting portions 118 is located outside the first surface to form a step portion. That is, the surface of the second connecting portion 118 facing the neck of the human body is the inner surface of the second connecting portion 118, the inner surface of the second connecting portion 118 is located on the side of the first surface away from the neck of the human body, so that the distance between the second connecting portion 118 and the main body portion 114 can be increased, the vibration transmission of the vibrating element 530 can be weakened along with the increase of the distance, that is, the step portion can further prevent the vibration of the vibrating element 530 from being transmitted to the second connecting portion 118 and the clamp arm 300, so that the discomfort of the user can be avoided, and the use comfort of the neck massager 10 can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6-8 and 17, a collar 700 is disposed between the bracket 100 and the clamping arm 300, the second connecting portion 118 is disposed at both ends of the body portion 114 in the length direction, the second connecting portion 118 is connected to the collar 700, and the inner surface of the second connecting portion 118 is located outside the first surface to form a step. That is, the surface of the second connecting portion 118 facing the neck of the human body is the inner surface of the second connecting portion 118, the inner surface of the second connecting portion 118 is located on the side of the first surface away from the neck of the human body, so that the distance between the second connecting portion 118 and the main body portion 114 can be increased, the vibration transmission of the vibrating element 530 can be weakened along with the increase of the distance, that is, the step portion can further prevent the vibration of the vibrating element 530 from being transmitted to the second connecting portion 118, the collar 700 and the clip arms 300, so that the discomfort of the user can be avoided, and the use comfort of the neck massager 10 can be improved.
It will be appreciated that the connection between the second connector 118 and the clip arm 300, and the connection between the second connector 118 and the collar 700 may be made in any manner, such as by gluing, snap-fitting, etc.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a neck massager 10, which is used to be sleeved on a neck of a human body and massage the neck of the human body. In one embodiment, the neck massager 10 comprises a bracket 100, two clamping arms 300 and a vibrating massage head 500. The stent 100 has a longitudinal direction and a width direction, and specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a forward direction and a reverse direction of the X direction are the longitudinal direction of the stent 100, a forward direction and a reverse direction of the Y direction are the width direction of the stent 100, and a forward direction and a reverse direction of the Z direction are the thickness direction of the stent 100. The stent 100 is curved in an arc shape along its length to match the shape of the human neck. The two clip arms 300 are respectively connected to two ends of the bracket 100 along the length direction, so as to form a wearing space for the neck of the human body to pass through together with the bracket 100. The vibration massage head 500 is provided on a side of the cradle 100 facing the neck of the human body to perform a vibration massage on the neck when the neck massage apparatus 10 is worn on the neck of the human body.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in particular, the stent 100 includes an inner shell 110 facing the neck of the human body and an outer shell 130 facing away from the neck of the human body, wherein the inner shell 110 is connected to the outer shell 130 in an apposition manner. It is understood that the inner case 110 and the outer case 130 are coupled to each other in the thickness direction of the bracket 100. The vibration massage head 500 comprises a massage head main body 510 and a vibration member 530, wherein the massage head main body 510 is connected to the inner shell 110, the vibration member 530 is arranged in the massage head main body 510, and the vibration member 530 is used for providing a vibration effect and driving the massage head main body 510 to perform vibration massage on a neck massage part of a human body.
In addition, the inner case 110 includes a mounting surface 112 facing the skin of the neck of the human body, and the vibration massage head 500 is mounted on the mounting surface 112. The inner housing 110 further includes a connection surface 111, and the connection surface 111 extends from the mounting surface 112 to the outer housing 130, and at least a portion of the connection surface 111 protrudes from the outer housing 130 along the width direction of the bracket 100. Compared with the conventional solution in which the inner shell 110 and the outer shell 130 have the same width, by protruding part of the connecting surface 111 from the outer shell 130, when the neck massager 10 is worn on the neck of a human body and massages the neck massage part of the human body, if the support 100 is shifted on the neck of the human body, the head of the human body leans backwards, so that the back head of the human body can be abutted against the connecting surface 111, the head of the human body can apply an acting force towards the neck of the human body to the inner shell 110 to press the inner shell 110 and the vibration massage head 500 on the skin of the human body, thus, the movement of the support 100 with respect to the neck of the human body according to the vibration of the vibration member 530 is prevented, thereby saving the trouble of intervening the bracket 100 by manual operation, improving the use convenience of the neck massager 10, but also can ensure that the vibration massage head 500 can realize accurate massage on the massage part so as to achieve better massage effect.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, both sides of the mounting surface 112 are higher than the housing 130 along the width direction of the bracket 100, and the connecting surface 111 extends smoothly from the mounting surface 112 to the housing 130. In this manner, the attachment face 111 gradually protrudes out of the housing 130 in a direction away from the housing 130 and peaks at the attachment to the attachment face 112. Thus, the connecting surface 111 and the outer shell 130 form an approximately step-shaped avoiding space 150, and the avoiding space 150 can play a role of avoiding the head of the human body when the head of the human body leans back, so that the head of the human body can abut against the connecting surface 111. It should be noted that in other embodiments, the mounting surface 112 may be raised above the housing on only one side, and the above benefits may also be achieved. In addition, when both sides of the mounting surface 112 are higher than the housing, the mounting surface 112 can cover a large massage area, thereby improving the massage effect.
In other embodiments, the width of the mounting surface 112 may be smaller than or equal to the width of the housing, and at this time, the connecting surface 111 extends in a wave form between the mounting surface 112 and the housing 130, so that only a part of the connecting surface 111 protrudes out of the housing 130 to be supported by the human head when leaning back.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 5, the connection surface 111 is convex. It can be understood that, if connect face 111 and be the concave surface when setting up, the thickness of the edge of inner shell 110 is less, and it takes place to warp and the condition such as fold appears when human head is faced backward easily, and when connecting face 111 and setting up to the convex surface, just can improve the intensity of inner shell 110 edge to prevent that inner shell 110 from taking place to warp when human head is faced backward, and then guarantee to be provided with on the inner shell 110 and vibrate one side of massaging head 500 and can realize better contact and reach better massage effect with human neck.
In one embodiment, a plurality of vibrating massage heads 500 are spaced apart from each other on the inner housing 110 along the width direction of the frame 100. In this way, by providing the plurality of vibration massage heads 500 in the width direction, the massage area can be increased, and the neck of the human body can be effectively massaged in the width direction of the support 100.
Along the length direction of the support 100, a plurality of vibration massage heads 500 are arranged on the inner shell 110 at intervals, so that the plurality of vibration massage heads 500 can increase the massage area, and the neck of the human body can be effectively massaged in the length direction of the support 100. Further, a plurality of vibration massage heads 500 along the length direction of the bracket 100 form a massage head group, and a plurality of massage head groups are arranged on the inner shell 110 at intervals along the width direction of the bracket 100, so that a plurality of vibration massage heads 500 are arranged on the inner shell 110 in an array manner, thereby performing vibration massage on a large range area of the neck of the human body. As shown in fig. 3, four vibration massage heads 500 are provided along the length direction of the inner case 110, i.e., four vibration massage heads 500 are included in one massage head group, and two massage head groups are provided along the width direction of the inner case 110, so that eight vibration massage heads 500 are mounted on the inner case 110 in total. In addition, the massage head groups are arranged oppositely. That is, the vibrating massage heads 500 in each massage head group are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence along the width direction of the cradle 100.
In other embodiments, two adjacent massage head groups are arranged in a staggered manner in the length direction of the bracket 100. That is, adjacent two massage head groups are staggered by a certain distance along the length direction of the bracket 100, so that the vibration massage head 500 in one massage head group corresponds to the position between two vibration massage heads 500 in the adjacent massage head group. Thus, by arranging the vibration massage heads 500 in a staggered manner, the situation that the vibration effect of a partial region is strong and the vibration effect of the partial region is weak can be avoided, so that the stereoscopic impression of massage is increased, and the effect that the vibration effects of all positions are kept consistent is achieved.
Further, the width of the inner case 110 is 40mm to 48mm, preferably 44 mm. It is understood that the middle region of the human neck suitable for massage is approximately 50mm, which is ergonomically friendly and can cover a large massage area by setting the width of the inner shell 110 to 40mm to 48 mm. The outer diameter of the vibration massage head 500 is 10mm to 17mm, preferably 13.6mm, so that the outer diameter of the single vibration massage head 500 is small in size, and a fixed point massage effect can be achieved. The distance between two adjacent vibrating massage heads 500 along the length direction of the bracket 100 is 6mm to 12mm, preferably 9 mm. The distance between two adjacent massage head groups along the width direction of the bracket 100 is 5mm to 9mm, preferably 7.3 mm. Thus, a suitable number of vibratory massage heads 500 can be arranged in the length direction and the width direction to achieve a better vibratory massage effect.
In one embodiment, the inner shell 110 is formed with a receiving groove 113 at a side facing the neck of the human body, and the vibration massage head 500 includes a connection post 550, one end of the connection post 550 is connected to the massage head body 510, and the other end is connected to an inner wall of the receiving groove 113. Specifically, because the first main part 510 of massage is connected through spliced pole 550 with the inner shell 110 between, when vibration piece 530 drove the first main part 510 of massage and takes place the vibration, spliced pole 550 can play buffering and absorption to the vibration effect of the first main part 510 of massage, avoids great vibration effect to transmit to inner shell 110 to weaken the vibration effect that support 100 received, prevent that support 100 from taking place to shift relative to human neck.
Further, the inner walls of the connecting column 550 and the accommodating groove 113 are both made of soft rubber materials and have elasticity, so that the vibration massage head 500 can float in the accommodating groove 113 along the thickness direction of the bracket 100 to match with the shape of the neck of the human body and have better fitting degree, and the situation that part of the vibration massage head 500 cannot contact with the neck of the human body is avoided. In addition, the elastic arrangement of the connecting column 550 and the inner wall of the receiving groove 113 can further absorb the vibration effect, thereby weakening the vibration of the bracket 100.
Further, the coupling post 550 is formed in a hollow structure to increase its deformation capability, thereby facilitating the floating of the vibration massage head 500 within the receiving groove 113. In addition, the thickness of the coupling post 550 is greater than the thickness of the inner wall of the receiving groove 113. In this way, the inner wall of the receiving groove 113 has a larger deformation capability relative to the connecting column 550, which facilitates the floating of the vibration massage head 500 in the receiving groove 113, and also can reduce the vibration intensity of the support 100 on the neck of the human body.
Specifically, the connecting column 550, the massage head body 510 and the inner shell 110 are made of soft rubber and are integrally formed, so that the connecting complexity of the structure can be reduced. On this basis, the inner diameter of the connecting column 550 is smaller than the inner diameter of the massage head main body 510, and the vibration member 530 can be inserted into the interior of the massage head main body 510 through the interior of the connecting column 550 by an external force and is caught in the interior of the massage head main body 510 by the connecting column 550. It should be noted that the soft rubber material, such as silica gel, of the massage head main body 510 and the inner shell 110 can also improve the comfort level when contacting with the skin of the human body.
It can be understood that, because the inner shell 110, the connecting column 550 and the massage head main body 510 are made of soft rubber, the inner shell 110, the massage head main body 510 and the connecting column 550 are easy to deform, when the neck massager 10 is worn on the neck of a human body, the massage head main body 150 is convenient to adjust the angle after being extruded by the neck and is attached to the neck, and when the vibrating piece 530 vibrates, the inner shell 110 made of soft rubber can play a role in vibration reduction.
Further, the inner shell 110, the connecting column 550 and the massage head body 510 may be made of a silicone material.
Further, the housing 130 may be formed as a hard rubber elastic member, such as a thin plastic plate, a sheet steel with certain elasticity, or a thin plastic plate; when the neck massager 10 is worn, the housing 130 is easily opened, so that the neck massager 10 can be easily worn.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in one embodiment, the depth of the receiving groove 113 is greater than the height of the connecting column 550, so that the connecting column 550 does not extend out of the receiving groove 113, and at least a part of the massage head body 510 is received in the receiving groove 113. It can be understood that if the connecting column 550 is too long, the massage head body 510 is completely disposed outside the accommodating groove 113, and the vibration massage head 500 is easily deformed and toppled when worn on the neck of a human body, so that the vibration massage head cannot be in good contact with the skin of the human body. The height of the connecting column 550 is less than the depth of the accommodating groove 113, and after the connecting column 550 connected with the vibration massage head 500 is extruded and deformed by the neck, the connecting column 550 is still positioned in the accommodating groove 113; further, the notch of holding tank 113 is located the one side of inner shell 110 towards human neck, the notch is connected to the one end of holding tank 113's inner wall, the one end of spliced pole 550 massage head main part 510 is connected to the other end of holding tank 113's inner wall, holding tank 113's inner wall is from the one end of connecting the notch to the one end of connecting spliced pole 550 toward the direction slope that is close to spliced pole 550, that is, the aperture of holding tank 113's notch is bigger than the bore of holding tank 113's bottom, make the inner wall be loudspeaker form or back taper roughly, thus, holding tank 113's inner wall can provide the support for the spliced pole 550 that the slope warp, can prescribe a limit to spliced pole 550's inclination, thereby can prescribe a limit to the inclination of the vibration massage head 500 that spliced pole 550 links to each other, make vibration massage head 550 can still towards human neck, thereby realize the better laminating with skin. Further, there is a gap between the inner wall of the housing groove 113 and the massage head main body 510, and when the massage head main body 510 vibrates with the vibrating member 530, it does not interfere with the inner wall of the housing groove 113 and generate collision noise. It should be noted that in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the receiving groove 113 is a tapered groove, and in other embodiments, the receiving groove 113 may also be a groove with a circular or rectangular or triangular cross section.
In one embodiment, the massage head body 510 has a massage surface 511 facing the neck of the human body, and a plurality of convex hulls 512 are arranged on the massage surface 511, and the convex hulls 512 are arranged at intervals. The pressure applied to the position where the neck of the human body is attached to the convex hull 512 is large, so that the local pressure is increased, when the vibration massage head 500 vibrates, the local vibration sense is strong, and the vibration massage effect is improved.
Further, the height of the convex hull 512 protruding the massage surface 511 is 0.5mm to 2.0mm, preferably 0.78 mm. The height of the convex hull 512 protruding the massage surface 511 is moderate, so that the skin of the neck of the human body can conform to the shape of the convex hull 512 and keep contact with both the convex hull 512 and the massage surface 511, thereby increasing the contact area of the vibration massage head 500 and the skin of the human body, namely increasing the area of the massage surface 511, and achieving better massage effect.
The massage head body 510 includes a side surface 513, and the side surface 513 is disposed around the circumference of the massage surface 511 and is transitionally connected to the massage surface 511 in a circular arc. Specifically, the side surface 513 is located on a side of the massage surface 511 facing away from the neck of the human body, and extends in a ring shape along a periphery of the massage surface 511, thereby enclosing a receiving space capable of receiving the vibration member 530 together with the massage surface 511. In addition, the arc transition between the side surface 513 and the massage surface 511 may provide the massage head body 510 with a better skin-friendly effect when contacting with the skin of the human body, and may provide a more comfortable contact experience compared to the design of the edge angle.
