Example 1:

In practical application, the product 100 to be tested is mounted on the bottom plate 1, and the electric connecting pieces 200 of the product 100 to be tested are connected into a whole through the connecting piece 2, so that all the electric connecting pieces 200 of the wiring terminal can be subjected to voltage withstanding test at one time.
Referring to fig. 3, specifically, each connecting member 2 is a spring plate, one end of each spring plate is in a hook shape, the other end of each spring plate penetrates through the bottom plate 1, and one end of each spring plate penetrating through the bottom plate 1 is bent; one side of the bottom plate 1 departing from the elastic sheet is fixedly connected with a cover plate 3 through a bolt, and the cover plate 3 compresses the bending part of the elastic sheet on the bottom plate 1. In the use process, the elastic sheet has elasticity, and the head of the elastic sheet is propped open towards two sides under the action of the elasticity, so that the electric connecting pieces 200 at two sides of the elastic sheet are propped tightly, and the connection stability of the elastic sheet and the electric connecting pieces 200 is improved; when a certain elastic piece breaks down, the cover plate 3 can be detached, the broken elastic piece is pulled out, and then a new elastic piece is replaced, so that the normal use of the tooling for the withstand voltage test of the wiring terminal is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a positioning block 13 is fixedly disposed on one side of the bottom plate 1 along the width direction thereof, and the shape of the positioning block 13 is consistent with the shape of a reserved positioning point 300 on the product 100 to be measured, in this embodiment, the number of the positioning blocks 13 is 2; a positioning plate 14 is fixedly arranged on one side of the bottom plate 1, which is away from the positioning block 13, a positioning groove 141 is formed in the positioning plate 14, and the shape of the positioning groove 141 is consistent with that of a positioning point 300 reserved at a corresponding position on the product 100 to be measured. Handles 12 are fixedly connected to both sides of the bottom plate 1 in the length direction.
Example 1 the principle of implementation is: in practical application, the product 100 to be tested is firstly installed on the bottom plate 1, all the electric connecting pieces 200 of the product are sequentially contacted with the bottom plate 1, and then the reserved positioning points 300 on the product 100 to be tested are sequentially clamped with the positioning blocks 13.
When a certain elastic sheet breaks down, the cover plate 3 can be detached when the certain elastic sheet breaks down, and the broken elastic sheet can be pulled out, so that a new elastic sheet can be replaced.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 2 and 4, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that a guide post 15 is further disposed on the bottom plate 1, the guide post 15 is disposed on one side of the bottom plate 1 in parallel to the width direction of the bottom plate 1, the guide post 15 penetrates through the positioning plate 14 and is screwed into the bottom plate 1, one end of the guide post 15 away from the bottom plate 1 is provided with a butting block 151, the positioning plate 14 is provided with a sliding hole, and the positioning plate 14 is slidably disposed on the guide post 15 along the axial direction of the guide post 15 through the sliding hole; the guide post 15 is sleeved with an elastic piece 16. In this embodiment, the elastic member 16 is a compression spring, and two ends of the compression spring are respectively abutted against the abutting block 151 and the positioning plate 14. In this embodiment, the number of the guide posts 15 is two, and the two guide posts 15 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the bottom plate 1, and the compression spring is also arranged corresponding to the guide posts 15.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 2 is as follows: before the product 100 that awaits measuring installs, slide locating plate 14 along guide post 15 to butt piece 151 one side earlier, compress compression spring this moment, and then with the product 100 that awaits measuring install to bottom plate 1 on, then loosen locating plate 14, locating plate 14 compresses tightly one side of the product 100 that awaits measuring under compression spring's promotion, and the locating plate 14 butt of opposite side on the corresponding opposite side of product 100 that awaits measuring and the bottom plate 1.
