In the process of building the liquefied gas carrier, the liquid tank 3 and the upper deck 4 are hoisted, and then the connecting device (as shown in a in fig. 1) is hoisted and installed, so that the liquid tank and the upper deck are fixedly connected. The conventional installation process of the connecting device, see fig. 3, requires hoisting the upper connecting part 6, usually consumes a lot of time, and cannot ensure the integrity of the liquid tank and the gas chamber.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a connection device for a tank and an upper deck. Referring to fig. 2, the coupling device in the present application includes a lower coupling member 11, an elastic sealing member 12, and an upper coupling member 13. Wherein, the upper connecting piece 13 is provided with a first connecting part connected with the air chamber 5 above the liquid tank 3, and the upper connecting piece 13 is connected on the air chamber 5 through the first connecting part before the liquid tank 3 and the air chamber 5 are hoisted. The lower connecting piece 11 is provided with a second connecting part fixedly connected with the hatch coaming 1 of the deck 4 on the liquefied gas ship, and after the upper deck 4 is hoisted, the lower connecting piece 11 is connected with the hatch coaming 1 of the upper deck 4 through the second connecting part. An elastic sealing member 12 is arranged between the upper connecting member 13 and the lower connecting member 11, and after the tank 3 and the upper deck 4 are hoisted, the upper connecting member 13 and the lower connecting member 11 are sealingly connected.
In the implementation process, the connection device needs to be installed by fixedly connecting the upper connecting piece 13 with the air chamber 5 above the liquid tank 3, so that the upper connecting piece 13 and the liquid tank 3 in the connection device are integrated, and the integral hoisting of the upper connecting piece 13 and the liquid tank 3 is realized; then, after the upper deck 4 is hoisted, the lower connecting members 11 are unpacked and the elastic sealing members 12 are installed on the upper deck 4. Compared with the traditional connecting device, the device does not need to implement the process flows of hoisting the upper connecting piece 13, welding the upper connecting piece 13 after hoisting and the like, the hoisting process and the installation flow are simplified, meanwhile, the lower connecting piece 11 can complete construction on the upper deck 4, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the construction period is shortened; meanwhile, after hoisting, the gas chamber 5 above the liquid tank 3 is not welded and other connecting processes, so that the liquid tank 3 and the gas chamber 5 can be kept integral after hoisting is finished.
In one embodiment, the upper connecting member 13 is further provided with a toggle plate 14 for reinforcing the first connecting portion; the toggle plate comprises a connecting portion connected with the air chamber 5 and a supporting portion connected with the first connecting portion.
In one embodiment, the lower link 11 includes a lateral link and a second link; one end of the transverse connecting portion is connected to the bottom of the elastic sealing member 12, and the other end is detachably connected to the second connecting portion.
In one embodiment, the second connecting portion includes a plurality of connecting units, and is connected to the hatch coaming 1 of the upper deck 4 in a predetermined order. The second connecting portion make things convenient for the staff to construct the installation on upper deck 4 when having avoided hoist and mount work through the connected mode of a plurality of linkage units. In one embodiment, the elastomeric seal 12 is a U-shaped rubber ring; the U-shaped rubber ring is transversely arranged, one side edge of the U-shaped rubber ring is connected with the upper connecting piece 13, and the other side edge of the U-shaped rubber ring is connected with the lower connecting piece 11, so that a good sealing and buffering effect is achieved.
In a second aspect, the present application further provides a liquefied gas carrier, comprising a tank 3, an air chamber 5 located above the tank 3, an upper deck 4, and a connecting device as described in the first aspect or any one of the embodiments related to the first aspect; the connecting means are used to connect the air chamber 5 and the upper deck 4.

the upper connecting piece is provided with a first connecting part connected with the air chamber above the liquid tank, and the upper connecting piece is connected to the air chamber through the first connecting part before the liquid tank and the air chamber are hoisted;
the lower connecting piece is provided with a second connecting part fixedly connected with a hatch coaming of a deck on the liquefied gas ship, and after the upper deck is hoisted, the lower connecting piece is connected to the hatch coaming of the upper deck through the second connecting part;
and the elastic sealing element is arranged between the upper connecting element and the lower connecting element and is used for sealing and connecting the upper connecting element and the lower connecting element after the liquid tank and the upper deck are hoisted.
2. A connection arrangement for a tank and an upper deck according to claim 1, characterised in that the upper connecting member is further provided with a toggle plate for reinforcing the first connecting portion; the toggle plate includes a connecting portion connected with the air chamber and a supporting portion connected with the first connecting portion.

The connection of the tank to the upper deck as defined in claim 1 wherein the lower link includes a transverse link and the second link; one end of the transverse connecting part is connected with the bottom of the elastic sealing element, and the other end of the transverse connecting part is detachably connected with the second connecting part.
4. A connection arrangement of a tank and an upper deck according to claim 3, characterised in that the second connection comprises a plurality of connection units; the plurality of connecting units are connected with the hatch coamings of the upper deck according to a preset sequence.
5. The tank and upper deck connection of claim 4, wherein said plurality of connection units are arranged in series around the contour of said hatch coaming outer surface.
6. The connection of the tank to the upper deck according to claim 4, characterized in that each connection unit comprises a transverse plate and a vertical plate, the transverse plate being connected at one end to the transverse connection and at the other end to the vertical plate; the vertical plate and the transverse plate are arranged at a preset angle, and one end, far away from the transverse plate, of the vertical plate is fixedly connected with the hatch coaming.
7. The tank and upper deck connection of claim 6, wherein said transverse plate and said vertical plate are disposed vertically.

The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said resilient seal is a U-shaped rubber ring; the U-shaped rubber ring is transversely arranged, one side edge of the U-shaped rubber ring is connected with the upper connecting piece, and the other side edge of the U-shaped rubber ring is connected with the lower connecting piece.
10. A liquefied gas carrier comprising a tank, a gas chamber above the tank, and an upper deck, characterized by further comprising the connecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 9; the connecting device is used for connecting the air chamber and the upper deck.
