Claims (7)
1. A spray rod adjusting mechanism is characterized by comprising an extension fixing mechanism, a hydraulic motor driving mechanism, a first extension cross beam, a second extension cross beam, a first extension rack and a second extension rack; the hydraulic motor driving mechanism comprises a hydraulic motor, a flange and a first gear, the hydraulic motor is fixed on the extension fixing mechanism through the flange, and the first gear is installed on an output shaft of the hydraulic motor; the first stretching cross beam and the second stretching cross beam which are distributed up and down are respectively installed on the stretching fixing mechanism in a sliding mode, the left end of the first stretching cross beam is connected with the left spray rod, and the right end of the second stretching cross beam is connected with the right spray rod; the first stretching rack is fixed at the bottom end of the first stretching cross beam, the second stretching rack is fixed at the top end of the second stretching cross beam, and the first stretching rack and the second stretching rack are connected through the first gear in a meshed mode.

A boom adjustment mechanism according to claim 1 wherein said extension fixture comprises an extension fixture plate, a first roller, a second roller, a third roller and a fourth roller, said hydraulic motor being secured to said extension fixture plate by said flange; the first roller and the second roller which are distributed up and down are respectively arranged on the extension fixing plate, and the first extension cross beam is embedded and slidably arranged between the first roller and the second roller; the third roller and the fourth roller which are distributed up and down are respectively arranged on the extension fixing plate, and the second extension beam is embedded and slidably arranged between the third roller and the fourth roller.
3. The boom adjustment mechanism of claim 2 wherein said extension fixture further comprises a plurality of stop rollers, each of said plurality of stop rollers being mounted on said extension fixture plate above and below said first extension beam and above and below said second extension beam, respectively.
4. A straddle-type boom sprayer comprising a boom adjustment mechanism of any one of claims 1-3, a boom mount and an intermediate boom;
the spray rod fixing frame is fixed on the machine tool through a four-bar mechanism;
the middle spray rod comprises a middle spray rod support frame, a middle horizontal spray rod assembly and two middle vertical spray rod assemblies, and the middle spray rod support frame is fixed on the spray rod fixing frame; the extension fixing mechanism is fixed on the middle spray rod support frame; the middle horizontal spray rod assembly is arranged on the middle spray rod support frame; the two middle vertical suspender assemblies are respectively hinged at two ends of the bottom of the middle spray rod support frame;
the left spray rod comprises a left spray rod support frame, a left folding arm, a left horizontal spray rod assembly, two left vertical spray rod assemblies and a left spray rod lifting oil cylinder, and the left end of the first extending cross beam is arranged on the left folding arm; the left spray rod support frame is mounted on a second connecting block at the bottom of the left folding arm through a bolt; the left horizontal spray rod assembly is arranged on the left spray rod support frame; the two left vertical suspender assemblies are respectively hinged at two ends of the bottom of the left spray rod support frame; one end of the left spray rod lifting oil cylinder is mounted at the top of the left folding arm through a bolt, and the other end of the left spray rod lifting oil cylinder is connected with a first fixing plate at the top extending end of the left spray rod support frame through two steel wire ropes;
the right spray rod comprises a right spray rod support frame, a right folding arm, a right horizontal spray rod assembly, two right vertical suspension rod assemblies and a right spray rod lifting oil cylinder, and the right end of the second extending cross beam is installed on the right folding arm; the right spray rod support frame is installed on a fourth connecting block at the bottom of the right folding arm through a bolt; the right horizontal spray rod assembly is arranged on the right spray rod support frame; the two right vertical suspender assemblies are respectively hinged at two ends of the bottom of the right spray rod support frame; and one end of the right spray rod lifting oil cylinder is installed at the top of the right folding arm through a bolt, and the other end of the right spray rod lifting oil cylinder is connected with a second fixing plate at the top extending end of the right spray rod support frame through two steel wire ropes.
5. The cross-row boom sprayer of claim 4 further comprising a first folding hydraulic cylinder and a second folding hydraulic cylinder;
a first connecting block is fixed at the left end of the first stretching cross beam and is mounted on a first lifting lug of the left folding arm and the second connecting block through a first rotating shaft; one end of the first folding hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the first extending beam through a second lifting lug, and the other end of the first folding hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the first lifting lug;
a third connecting block is fixed at the right end of the second stretching cross beam and is mounted on a third lifting lug of the right folding arm and the fourth connecting block through a second rotating shaft; one end of the second folding hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the second stretching cross beam through a fourth lifting lug, and the other end of the second folding hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the third lifting lug.

The straddle-type boom sprayer of claim 5, wherein the intermediate vertical boom assembly comprises an intermediate vertical boom support frame, a fifth lug, a second gear, an intermediate vertical boom assembly, an intermediate vertical cylinder attachment plate, an intermediate vertical cylinder, and a first rack, the fifth lug being welded to a bottom of the intermediate boom support frame; the middle vertical spray rod support frame is arranged on the fifth lifting lug through a first rotating bolt; the second gear is fixed on the first rotating bolt; the middle vertical spray rod assembly is arranged on the middle vertical spray rod support frame; the middle vertical oil cylinder fixing plate is fixed at the bottom of the middle spray rod support frame; the middle vertical oil cylinder is fixed on the middle vertical oil cylinder fixing plate; one end of the first rack which is horizontally distributed is connected with a telescopic rod of the middle vertical oil cylinder, and the first rack is meshed with the second gear;
the left vertical boom assembly comprises a left vertical spray rod support frame, a sixth lifting lug, a third gear, a left vertical spray rod assembly, a left vertical oil cylinder fixing plate, a left vertical oil cylinder and a second rack, and the sixth lifting lug is welded at the bottom of the left spray rod support frame; the left vertical spray rod support frame is arranged on the sixth lifting lug through a second rotating bolt; the third gear is fixed on the second rotating bolt; the left vertical spray rod assembly is arranged on the left vertical spray rod support frame; the left vertical oil cylinder fixing plate is fixed at the bottom of the left spray rod support frame; the left vertical oil cylinder is fixed on the left vertical oil cylinder fixing plate; one end of the second rack which is horizontally distributed is connected with the telescopic rod of the left vertical oil cylinder, and the second rack is meshed with the third gear;
the right vertical boom assembly comprises a right vertical spray rod support frame, a seventh lifting lug, a fourth gear, a right vertical spray rod assembly, a right vertical oil cylinder fixing plate, a right vertical oil cylinder and a third rack, and the seventh lifting lug is welded at the bottom of the right spray rod support frame; the right vertical spray rod support frame is arranged on the seventh lifting lug through a third rotating bolt; the fourth gear is fixed on the third rotating bolt; the right vertical spray rod assembly is arranged on the right vertical spray rod support frame; the right vertical oil cylinder fixing plate is fixed at the bottom of the right spray rod supporting frame; the right vertical oil cylinder is fixed on the right vertical oil cylinder fixing plate; one end of the third rack which is horizontally distributed is connected with the telescopic rod of the right vertical oil cylinder, and the third rack is meshed with the fourth gear.

The straddle-type boom sprayer according to claim 5, further comprising a boom balancing mechanism, wherein the boom balancing mechanism comprises two boom balancing lifting plates and a boom balancing cylinder, the two boom balancing lifting plates are symmetrically distributed, one end of each boom balancing lifting plate is connected with the boom fixing frame through a bolt, and the other end of each boom balancing lifting plate is connected with the top of the middle boom supporting frame through a bolt; one end of the spray rod balance oil cylinder is connected with the spray rod fixing frame, and the other end of the spray rod balance oil cylinder is connected with the top of the middle spray rod supporting frame.
