A lens protection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the vertical plate is provided with a mounting post for the first cover to hinge, the first connecting portion of the first cover is provided with a first connecting hole, and the first locking member is hinged to the mounting post through the first connecting hole.

A lens protection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the vertical plate has a first mounting hole for a driving shaft of the driving member to pass through, the second connecting portion of the second cover plate has a second connecting hole, and the second locking member passes through the second connecting hole and is locked to the driving shaft.
5. A lens protector according to claim 4, wherein a pair of second mounting holes is provided on the vertical plate for fixing the driving member, and a pair of the second mounting holes is located on both sides of the first mounting hole.

A lens protection apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting portion is provided with a first engaging tooth, the second connecting portion is provided with a second engaging tooth which is engaged with the first engaging tooth, and the first cover plate and the second cover plate are driven by the first engaging tooth and the second engaging tooth.

The lens protection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein said first cover plate further comprises a first semicircular base plate covering said through hole, said first semicircular base plate having a first circular arc side and a first straight side, a first step surface being formed on said first straight side; the second cover plate further comprises a second semicircular base plate capable of covering the through hole, the second semicircular base plate comprises a second arc side edge and a second straight line side edge, and a second step surface capable of being abutted to the first step surface is formed on the second straight line side edge.
8. A lens protection device as claimed in claim 7, wherein said first step surface and said second step surface are engaged with each other when said first cover plate and said second cover plate are closed.
9. A lens protection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the riser is further provided with a first position-limiting portion for limiting the rotation angle of the first cover plate and a second position-limiting portion for limiting the rotation angle of the second cover plate.
10. A projector comprising a housing, an optical lens and a control board disposed in the housing, and a lens protection device according to any one of claims 1 to 9 disposed in the housing, wherein a driving part of the lens protection device is electrically connected to the control board.
