In production, the mounting plate 242 is bent to form the support portion 243. In the present embodiment, the top panel 21 is fixedly installed in the installation opening 224.
In this embodiment, the width of the support plate 241 is set to W, wherein W is greater than or equal to 20mm, so as to ensure a proper fit width between the support plate 241 and the cooking bench surface to adapt to some situations where the opening of the cooking bench is too large. Specifically, W may be set to 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, or the like.
In this embodiment, the frame 22 includes at least two frame strips 221, the at least two frame strips 221 are disposed around the top panel 21, the at least two frame strips 221 are sequentially and fixedly connected, and each frame strip 221 is provided with a supporting plate 241 and a mounting plate 242. For example, in the present embodiment, the frame 22 includes four straight frame strips 221, the four frame strips 221 are connected end to form a frame, each frame strip 221 is provided with a supporting plate 241 and an installation plate 242, and the joints of the adjacent frame strips 221 are fixedly connected by welding or the like.
In order to prevent water from leaking between the top panel 21 and the frame 22, an adhesive layer is disposed between the outer edge of the top panel 21 and the frame 22, and the adhesive layer can perform a sealing function and can bond and fix the top panel 21 and the frame 22.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, a second embodiment of the gas range housing, in which the panel assembly 20 further includes a bracket member 23, the bracket member 23 having a mounting section 231 and a supporting section 232, the mounting section 231, the mounting plate 242 and the bottom sidewall 32 being connected by a screw fastener, and the top panel 21 being fixedly mounted on the supporting section 232. In the present embodiment, the top panel 21 is fixedly installed in the installation opening 224.
Likewise, in the present embodiment, the width of the support plate 241 is set to W, wherein W is greater than or equal to 20mm, so as to ensure a proper fit width between the support plate 241 and the cooking bench to adapt to some situations where the opening of the cooking bench is too large. Specifically, W may be set to 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, or the like.
Similarly, in the present embodiment, the frame 22 includes at least two frame strips 221, the at least two frame strips 221 are disposed around the top panel 21, the at least two frame strips 221 are sequentially and fixedly connected, and each frame strip 221 is provided with a supporting plate 241 and an installation plate 242.
Similarly, in order to prevent water from leaking between the top panel 21 and the frame 22, an adhesive layer is disposed between the top panel 21 and the frame 22, and the adhesive layer can perform a sealing function and can bond and fix the top panel 21 and the frame 22.
Referring to fig. 10 to 13, in a third embodiment of the gas range housing, in this embodiment, the top panel 21 is located below the mounting opening 224, and the top panel 21 is fixedly connected to the rim 22.
Specifically, the inner side of the frame 22 has a transversely disposed top edge plate 244, the inner side of the top edge plate 244 has a slanted edge 2441, the inner edge of the slanted edge 2441 abuts against the top surface of the top panel 21, the top edge plate 244 is bonded to the top panel 21, and the longitudinally projected contour of the top panel 21 is located outside the longitudinally projected contour of the mounting opening 224. By providing a beveled edge 2441, an adhesive space 245 can be formed between the bottom surface of the top panel 244 and the top surface of the top panel 21, the adhesive space 245 can receive an adhesive layer. The structure can avoid the formation of a cleaning dead angle between the top edge plate 244 and the top panel 21, and the adhesive layer has enough thickness to ensure the connection strength between the top panel 21 and the frame 22. In addition, the top surface of the top panel 21 and the top edge of the rim 22 have a height difference, so that a liquid storage tank can be formed above the top panel 21, and liquid overflowing from the pot can be prevented from flowing to a larger range. The above structure can also form a seal between the top edge plate 244 and the top panel 21, so as to prevent the liquid in the reservoir from penetrating between the top edge plate 244 and the top panel 21.
Wherein, the included angle between the top surface of the inclined edge 2441 and the top surface of the top panel 21 is set as beta, and beta is more than or equal to 3 degrees and less than or equal to 20 degrees. For example, β may be set to 3 °, 5 °, 10 °, 15 °, 20 °, or the like. Through the structure, the connection position of the inclined edge 2441 and the top panel 21 can be visually continuous due to the inclined angle of the inclined edge 2441, and the visual integrity of the assembled top panel 21 and the frame 22 is improved, so that the top surface of the gas stove is visually smooth. In addition, the inclined angle of the inclined edge 2441 makes dirt and grime between the inclined edge 2441 and the top panel 21 difficult to be collected, and makes cleaning easy.
Because the longitudinal projection outline of the top panel 21 is located at the outer side of the longitudinal projection outline of the mounting opening 224, the outer side corners of the top panel 21 can be shielded by the top edge plate 244, and the outer side corners of the top panel 21 are prevented from being exposed and collided; the top edge plate 244 and the top panel 21 have a certain bonding fit width, so that the top edge plate 244 and the top panel 21 can be conveniently coated with adhesive, and the sufficient connection strength between the top edge plate 244 and the top panel 21 is ensured; when the top surface of the top panel 21 is impacted and collided by other objects, the collided position can be separated from the outer side corner of the top panel 21 by a certain distance, so that the phenomenon that the outer side corner of the top panel 21 is damaged due to the fact that a larger part of the stress of the top panel 21 is transmitted to the outer side corner of the top panel 21 is avoided, and further the phenomenon that the top panel 21 bursts and fragments splash due to the damage of the outer side corner can be avoided. Thus, the explosion-proof and splash-proof effects of the non-metal top panel 21 are better, the appearance of the panel assembly 20 is better, and the installation is better.
In this embodiment, the width of the supporting plate 241 is set to W, wherein W is greater than or equal to 20mm, so as to ensure a proper fit width between the supporting plate 241 and the cooking bench to adapt to some situations where the opening of the cooking bench is too large. Specifically, W may be set to 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, or the like.
During production tests, it is found that if the thickness of the support plate 241 is small, for example, not more than 0.5mm, the support plate 241 has a problem of insufficient strength, which is difficult to support the weight of the gas range and the cookware, and is easy to deform during use, and if the thickness of the support plate 241 is large, there is a problem of material waste, and the height difference between the support plate 241 and the top of the kitchen range is increased, so that a dead angle is easy to form. Accordingly, in the embodiment, the thickness of the supporting plate 241 is set to H2, and H2 is greater than or equal to 0.6mm and less than or equal to 1.8mm, so as to ensure sufficient structural strength, and meanwhile, the thickness is small, so that a dead angle is not easily formed between the side wall of the supporting plate 241 and the cooking bench surface, and cleaning is facilitated.
H2 can be set to be equal to or larger than 1mm and equal to or smaller than H2 and equal to or smaller than 1.2mm, so that the bearing plate 241 has enough strength and can save materials.
The frame 22 includes an upper plate 222 and a lower plate 223, the upper plate 222 and the lower plate 223 are stacked, and the outer edges of the upper plate 222 and the lower plate 223 are fixedly connected, so that the upper plate 222 and the lower plate 223 are an integrally formed structure. The top plate 244 is formed inside the upper plate body 222, and the mounting plate 242 is formed inside the lower plate body 223. In the present embodiment, the frame 22 is an integral structure, that is, a single plate is processed into the frame 22 through steps of cutting, bending, and the like, so that the welding process can be reduced, and the outer side portions of the upper plate 222 and the lower plate 223 are stacked and pressed to form the support plate 241 having the above thickness. By the structure, smooth transition edges can be formed at the outer side edge of the bearing plate 241, the processed metal frame 22 has higher flatness, hands are not easy to be hurt, and the polishing workload during processing the frame 22 can be reduced.
In the process of stacking and pressing the supporting plate 241, the entire plate needs to be turned over by 180 °. In the case of a common whole plate, such as a stainless steel plate, when the thickness of the whole plate is large, for example, more than 1mm, the folded part is easily broken during folding processing at 180 °, which results in burrs to be repaired, thereby reducing the processing efficiency, and if the size of the broken part is large, the whole plate becomes a waste product. Accordingly, the thickness of the supporting plate 241 is set to be H2, H2 is greater than or equal to 0.6mm and less than or equal to 1.8mm, and correspondingly, the thickness of the whole plate is not greater than 0.9mm, so that the situation that the folded part is broken when the whole plate is processed can be avoided, the rejection rate is reduced, the processing efficiency is improved, and the frame 22 has good processability.
Referring to fig. 14, in an embodiment, the mounting opening 224 is disposed at a front side of the frame 22, and the top panel 21 is disposed with a control area 211. The control area 211 can be used for mounting control components such as knobs and touch panels of the gas valve, and mounting holes of the burner 11 are formed in the frame 22.
Wherein, in this embodiment, the top panel 21 is fixedly installed in the installation opening 224; or the top panel 21 is positioned below the mounting opening 224, and the top panel 21 is fixedly connected with the frame 22.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
