Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the integrated cooker includes a case 3, a cooking bench 2 installed on the case 3, a smoke suction hood 4 disposed above the cooking bench 2, and a smoke suction passage communicating the case 3 with the smoke suction hood 4, the smoke suction passage includes a smoke suction chamber and a smoke collection chamber, the smoke suction chamber is communicated with a smoke suction opening on the smoke suction hood 4, wherein the smoke suction hood 4 includes a back plate 43, an arc top plate 44 located above the back plate 43, two side plates 45 connected to two sides of the back plate 43, an oil baffle plate 41 located in front of the two side plates 45, and an oil filter screen 42 located above the oil baffle plate 41, the oil baffle plate 41 is located at a rear side edge of the cooking bench 2 and is vertically connected to the cooking bench 2, and the back plate 43, the side plates 45 at two sides, and the oil baffle plate 41 together. Further, the width (length in the front-rear direction in fig. 5) of the bezel 13 is equal to the thickness of the glass plate 12. That is, the width of the rib is equal to the thickness of the glass plate 12, and if the width of the rib is smaller than the thickness of the glass plate 12, the edge-covering frame 13 cannot completely cover the side wall of the glass plate 12, the uncoated part of the glass plate 12 is easy to be damaged; if the width of the rib is larger than the thickness of the glass plate 12, and the front end of the edge covering frame 13 protrudes forward compared with the glass plate 12, the aesthetic property of the integrated cooker is affected, and the protruding edge of the edge covering frame 13 is sharp, which may scratch the skin or clothes of the user. Therefore, when the width of the bezel 13 is equal to the thickness of the glass plate 12, the protection effect on the glass plate 12 is the best and does not affect the beauty or scratch of the user.
It will be appreciated that, prior to mounting the lining panel 11 and the glass panel 12, an adhesive is applied to the outer surface of the lining panel 11 opposite the glass panel 12 and the inner side surface of the bezel 13 to firmly adhere the glass panel 12 to the lining panel 11. Wherein, the adhesive can be silicone adhesive.
In the existing integrated kitchen range, the glass oil baffle plate 1 is usually pasted on the outer surface of the oil baffle plate 41 through the adhesive, but in the long-term use process, due to the influence of oil stains, high temperature and the gravity of the glass oil baffle plate 1, the adhesive may fall off, so that the glass oil baffle plate 1 falls off from the surface of the oil baffle plate 41, and the safety problem occurs.
In order to solve the problem, the present embodiment optimizes the structure of the glass oil baffle plate 1, so that the glass oil baffle plate can be fixed on the cooking bench 2, and the unstable situation caused by only adhering and fixing is avoided. Referring to fig. 7 to 8, the glass oil baffle 1 provided in this embodiment includes a lining plate 11 and a glass plate 12, the lining plate 11 includes a lining plate body 111 and a flange 112, one end of the flange 112 is connected to an inner surface of the lining plate body 111, and the flange 112 is adapted to be hooked on the cooking bench 2 to limit the lining plate body 111. The other end of the flanging 112, which is far away from the lining plate body 111, is a free end, and the free end extends backwards and downwards relative to the lining plate body 111; the bag frame 13 is arranged on the periphery of the lining plate body 111, and the flanging 112 is arranged on one side of the lining plate body 111, which is far away from the bag frame 13.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, a support frame 21 is disposed on the cooking bench 2, and two ends of the support frame 21 are connected to the frame of the cooking bench 2 through screws, so as to support and position the panel of the cooking bench 2 and the oil baffle 41 disposed above the cooking bench 2, and seal the joint between the cooking bench 2 and the oil baffle 41, thereby preventing oil on the top of the cooking bench 2 from entering the smoke exhaust passage. The lower end of the support frame 21 is fixed with the frame of the cooking bench 2, and the upper end of the support frame 21 is a bent plate which is turned over towards the inside of the integrated cooker. The turn-ups 112 on the lining plate body 111 can be hooked on this bent plate to inject glass oil baffle 1, strengthen the installation stability of glass oil baffle 1 on integrated kitchen. For convenience of description, the plane of the bending plate to which the flange 112 is connected is defined as the connecting plane 22.
Referring to fig. 2 and 8, the flange 112 is inclined downward relative to the lining plate body 111, the flange 112 and the lining plate body 111 enclose a limiting groove, and the limiting groove is suitable for being clamped with the support frame 21 arranged on the cooking bench 2. It can be understood that the flange 112 can be fixed on the surface of the lining plate body 111 departing from the glass plate 12 by welding, or can be formed by bending the groove of the lining plate body 111, or can be integrally formed with the lining plate body 111. When the flanging 112 is fixed on the lining plate body 111 by welding, the flanging 112 and the lining plate body 111 enclose to form a limiting groove; when the flange 112 is formed by bending the slot of the lining body 111, a limit slot is formed between the flange 112 and the position of the glass plate 12 attached on the lining body 111. Accordingly, the covering frame 13 may be fixed to the lining board body 111 by bonding or welding, or may be integrally formed with the lining board body 111. Preferably, the edge covering frame 13 and the lining plate body 111 are integrally formed, the edge covering frame 13 is formed by bending the outer edge part of the lining plate body 111 to the outer side (the front side in fig. 5) of the integrated stove, namely, the edge covering frame 13 is sleeved outside the lining plate body 111, so that the connecting structure strength of the edge covering frame 13 and the lining plate body 111 can be improved, the edge covering frame 13 is not easy to deform, the glass plate 12 can be protected better, the integral forming and processing are convenient, and the production efficiency is high.
As shown in fig. 2, the lower side of the oil baffle plate 41 is provided with the guide folding edge 411, and the guide folding edge 411 is abutted to the connecting surface 22 through the flange 112, therefore, in order to better support the oil baffle plate 41 and the glass oil baffle plate 1 by the support frame 21, the bending angle of the upper bending plate of the support frame 21, the downward inclination angle of the flange 112, the inclination angle of the upper guide folding edge 411 of the oil baffle plate 41 need to be substantially consistent, when the three inclination angles are consistent, the guide folding edge 411 and the flange 112 have the highest degree of attachment, and the overall connection structure at this time is also most stable. Meanwhile, the flow guiding effect on oil stains is the best when the inclination angle of the flow guiding folding edge 411 relative to the oil baffle plate 41 is between 100 degrees and 140 degrees. In order to be matched with the flow guide folding edge 411, an included angle alpha is formed between the folding edge 112 and the lining plate body 111, wherein the alpha is more than or equal to 40 degrees and less than or equal to 80 degrees. If alpha is less than 40 degrees, the included angle between the flanging 112 and the lining plate body 111 is too small, correspondingly, the included angle between the flow guide flanging 411 and the oil baffle plate 41 is too small, so that oil stains guided by the flow guide flanging 411 cannot directly drop into the bottom of the smoking channel, and probably due to the suction force of the turbine fan, the oil stains are adsorbed on the side wall of the smoking box or enter the turbine fan, and thus the wind resistance in the smoke cavity is increased. When the angle alpha is larger than 80 degrees, the included angle between the flanging 112 and the lining plate body 111 is too large, correspondingly, the included angle between the flow guide flanging 411 and the oil baffle plate 41 is too large, oil dirt gathered on the flow guide flanging 411 cannot drip in time, and the flow guide effect cannot be achieved. Therefore, when the angle alpha is between 40 degrees and 80 degrees, the inclination angle of the flanging 112 is adapted to the inclination angle of the flow guide flanging 411 on the oil baffle plate 41, and the glass oil baffle plate 1 can be limited on the cooking bench 2 without affecting the fixed connection with the oil baffle plate 41; meanwhile, the guide folding edge 411 has the best guide effect on oil stains in the smoking channel.
Above-mentioned glass oil baffle 1 is through setting up turn-ups 112 on welt body 111, and turn-ups 112 can be colluded and hang on the support frame 21 of top of a kitchen range 2 to strengthen the installation stability of glass oil baffle on integrated kitchen. Thus, when the glass oil baffle 1 is clamped on the support frame 21, the plate body of the reinforcing plate 113 abuts against one end of the connecting surface 22, so that a vibration-damping cavity with closed front and rear ends and open left and right ends is formed between the flange 112 and the connecting surface 22. When the glass oil baffle plate 1 collides or vibrates, the vibration reduction cavity provides a space for the flanging 112 to elastically deform, so that the glass oil baffle plate 1 can well absorb and buffer vibration, the pressure on the support frame 21 is relieved to a certain extent, and the support frame 21 is prevented from deforming or breaking and damaging.
It can be understood that the reinforcing plate 113 is formed by bending the flange 112, that is, the joint of the flange 112 and the reinforcing plate 113 is in a circular arc transition, so that the condition that the free end of the flange 112 scratches the skin or clothes of a user due to the sharp edge can be avoided. Meanwhile, the reinforcing plate 113 increases the weight of the free end of the flange 112, and reduces the vibration influence of the flange 112 to a certain extent.

The glass oil baffle plate 1 is attached to the outer surface of the oil baffle plate 41 of the integrated stove and comprises a lining plate 11 and a glass plate 12, and a covering frame 13 is arranged on the outer edge of the lining plate 11; the edge of the glass plate 12 is wrapped by the wrapping frame 13, and the glass plate 12 is fixedly connected with the lining plate 11.
Compared with the existing integrated cooker, the glass plate 12 is directly stuck on the outer surface of the oil baffle plate 41, and the glass plate 12 is easy to damage in the transportation, loading and unloading processes; the integrated kitchen that this embodiment provided is through fixing glass board 12 on lining board 11 earlier, and lining board 11 wraps up glass board 12 edge all around with bordure frame 13 jointly, then fixes glass oil baffle 1 on integrated kitchen oil baffle 41 surface. The glass plate is easy to clean, corners of the glass plate 12 are protected, and the integrated stove can be prevented from being damaged in the transportation, loading and unloading processes to a great extent.
