Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an external walkway for a modular building including an upper module and a lower module, the external walkway being installed at a junction of the upper module and the lower module, the external walkway including a steel structural frame 1, corner fitting connection plates 11 and a wood plastic plate 2, the corner fitting connection plates 11 being respectively located at both ends of a side of the steel structural frame 1 for connection to bottom corner fittings of the upper module and top corner fittings (not shown) of the lower module; the wood-plastic plate 2 is arranged on the steel structure frame 1 and is connected to the steel structure frame 1 through the wood-plastic plate fixing component 3.
According to the external walkway for the modular building, the steel structure frame and the wood-plastic plate are combined, the overall weight can be reduced while the overall structural strength is ensured, the cracking problem of a cement fiberboard can be avoided, the corner fitting connecting plate is integrally designed on the steel structure frame, the corner fitting connecting piece is used for connecting the bottom corner fitting of the upper module and the top corner fitting of the lower module to assemble the upper module and the lower module, the installation of the whole modular building including the external walkway can be completed, the workload for installing the modular building is reduced, the assembling efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
Further, the steel structural frame 1 may include square steel pipes 12 located around and a plurality of C-shaped steels 13 equally spaced between the square steel pipes, and the adjacent square steel pipes 12 and the plurality of C-shaped steels 13 may be connected by welding. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a plurality of C-shaped steels 13 extend in the lateral direction of the outer walkway and are equally spaced apart in the longitudinal direction. The structure can reduce the weight of the whole steel structure frame and can ensure the structural strength of the steel structure frame.
Further, the external walkway may further include a water deflector 4 between the steel structural frame 1 and the wood plastic panel 2. By providing the water guide plate 4, the water supplied to the external walkway can be discharged from a fixed position without leaking from the entire lower surface of the external walkway.
Further, the outside pavement can also include the wood-plastic keel layer 5 that is located between steel structural framework 1 and the wood-plastic panel 2, and the structure of wood-plastic keel layer 5 corresponds with steel structural framework 1, includes promptly that extend along the transverse direction of outside pavement and along a plurality of roof beam structure of longitudinal direction equidistant interval for wood-plastic panel fixed component 3 passes wood-plastic keel layer 5 and is connected to square steel pipe 12 and C shaped steel 13. Through setting up wood and plastic keel layer 5, can play the effect of buffering and protection to board 2 is moulded to wood.
Further, the external walkway may further include a metal mesh decorative plate 6 connected to the steel structural frame 1 at a side opposite to the wood-plastic panel 2 such that a lower surface of the external walkway is substantially covered by the metal mesh decorative plate 6. As shown in fig. 3, the longitudinal end of the metal mesh decorative plate 6 may be provided in a bent structure so as to be connected to the square steel pipe 12 by a screw; in addition, the metal mesh decorative plate 6 may be connected to the C-shaped steel 13 at the position of the C-shaped steel 13 by a transition joint.
Further, the external walkway may further include an end beam connection plate 14, the end beam connection plate 14 and the corner fitting connection plate 11 are located at the same side of the steel structural frame 1, and when the external walkway is installed in the modular building, the end beam connection plate 14 is clamped between the end beams of the upper and lower modules. As shown in fig. 2, the end beam connecting plate 14 may be formed of a steel plate having an L-shaped cross section formed by bending. The end faces of the end beam connecting plates 14, which are joined to the upper module and the lower module, may be provided with shock absorbing pads, thereby performing a shock absorbing function. Through setting up end beam connecting plate 14, can strengthen the joint strength between outside pavement and upper module and the next time module on the basis of corner fittings connecting plate 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, the wood-plastic panel 2 may be composed of a plurality of strip-shaped panel portions extending in the longitudinal direction of the outer walkway, the side of each strip-shaped panel portion being provided with a groove penetrating in the longitudinal direction. Correspondingly, the wood-plastic plate fixing component 3 comprises a screw 31 and a fixing piece 32, when the wood-plastic plate 2 is connected to the steel structure frame 1, the fixing piece 32 is located in a groove space formed by adjacent strip-shaped plate parts, so that the strip-shaped plate is stopped and fixed, and the fixing effect of the whole wood-plastic plate 2 is guaranteed. The screw 31 may preferably be a self-tapping screw, and when the wood-plastic panel 2 is installed, the fixture 32 is firstly placed in the groove space formed by the adjacent strip-shaped panel parts, and then the fixture 32 is connected to the steel structural frame 1 through the wood-plastic keel layer 5 by the self-tapping screw.
Further, the corner fitting connection plate 11 is provided with a corner fitting locking head for being fixed in a corner fitting hole formed by the bottom corner fitting of the upper module and the top corner fitting of the lower module.
