The magic tape surface of the dustproof adhesive tape is stuck with the magic tape mother surface on the lower rail assembly, so that most of dust is prevented from entering the inside of the sliding rail; and the zipper sewing surface are arranged, so that the parts of the lower rail assembly except the upper rail assembly can be covered when the automobile seat is adjusted, and further, dust and sundries are prevented from entering.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the upper rail assembly 11 includes an upper rail body 111, a first guiding plastic part 112 and a second guiding plastic part 113; the first guide plastic part 112 and the second guide plastic part 113 are respectively connected with two ends of the upper rail body 111 in a matching way; the bottom of the upper rail body 111 is movably connected with the lower rail assembly 12. Optionally, the connection manner of the first guiding plastic part 112 and the second guiding plastic part 113 to the two ends of the upper rail body 111 includes, but is not limited to, riveting, welding, snap-fit connection, bolt fastening, and one-piece molding. The zipper 133 is connected with a first zipper head 1331 and a second zipper head 1332, the first zipper head 1331 is connected with the bottom of the first guide plastic part 112, and the second zipper head 1332 is connected with the bottom of the second guide plastic part 113.
In the embodiment, the first guiding plastic part 112 and the second guiding plastic part 113 are used for guiding and fixing the first zipper head 1331 and the second zipper head 1332, respectively. When the upper rail assembly 11 is in a moving state, the first and second sliders 1331 and 1332 move along with the first and second guiding plastic members 112 and 113, so as to cover the lower rail assembly 12 except the upper rail assembly 11, thereby further preventing dust from entering.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the lower rail assembly 12 further includes an L-shaped support 122 and a screw rod 123, and both the L-shaped support 122 and the screw rod 123 are located in the lower rail body 121; the two groups of L-shaped supports 122 are respectively located at two ends of the lower rail body 121; two ends of the screw rod 123 are respectively connected with the two groups of L-shaped supports 122, and the screw rod 123 corresponds to the moving direction of the upper rail assembly 11; the screw rod 123 is in transmission connection with the upper rail body 111.
In the embodiment of the present application, two sets of L-shaped brackets 122 are used for fixing the screw rod 123, and the upper rail assembly 11 is moved on the lower rail assembly 12 through the screw rod 123.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, since the first end and the second end of the lower rail assembly 12 are all the same symmetrical structures, fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view, and only the first end of the lower rail assembly 12 is shown in a schematic structural view.
As an alternative embodiment, please refer to fig. 5, the upper rail assembly 11 further includes a gear box component 114, the gear box component 114 is located inside the upper rail body 111; the first end of the gear box assembly 114 is in transmission connection with the screw rod 123 through a gear, and the second end of the gear box assembly 114 is in transmission connection with an external driving motor.
In the embodiment of the present application, the upper rail assembly 11 moves on the lower rail assembly 12 through the transmission connection between the gear box assembly 114 inside the upper rail body 111 and the screw rod 123. Wherein the gearbox assembly 114 includes, but is not limited to, a gearbox housing, a plurality of intermeshing gears, and bearings coupled to the power output of an external drive motor.
As an alternative embodiment, the two sets of dust-proof adhesive tapes 131 are symmetrical to each other about the zipper 133; the two sets of zipper seam faces 132 are symmetrical to each other about the zipper 133; the two sets of hook and loop fastener surfaces 134 are symmetrical with each other about the zipper 133; the two sets of female hook and loop fasteners 124 are symmetrical to each other about the zipper 133.
