The smoke exhaust duct 5 is connected to an upper side of the range hood 18, and the partition plate 4 is rotatable with respect to the smoke exhaust duct 5 to open or close the smoke exhaust duct 5, and the controller 17 controls the partition plate 4 to rotate to close the smoke exhaust duct 5 when a fire is initiated at the cooking range. The smoke exhaust duct 5 is closed to prevent the flame from spreading through the smoke exhaust duct 5 in a thermal convection manner.

The fume exhaust cover 18 is disposed above the cooking bench 19 and has a fume exhaust duct 5 at a top end thereof, and the fume exhaust duct 5 is used for exhausting fume generated during the operation of the cooking bench 19 to an outside. The gas pipe 12 is used for supplying gas to the cooking bench 19, wherein the first electromagnetic on-off valve 13 is arranged on the gas pipe 12 for controlling the on-off of the gas pipe 12.
As shown in fig. 1, the controller 17 is electrically connected to the first electromagnetic on-off valve 13 to control the operation of the first electromagnetic on-off valve 13.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the second fire extinguishing agent passage 10 is provided between the fire extinguisher 14 and the second fire extinguishing nozzle 20 located in the smoke exhaust duct 5 so that the fire extinguishing agent in the fire extinguisher 14 can flow through the second fire extinguishing agent passage 10 to the second fire extinguishing nozzle 20 located in the smoke exhaust duct 5, and the fire extinguishing agent is sprayed from the second fire extinguishing nozzle 20 to extinguish flames in the smoke exhaust duct 5.
Preferably, in order to make the first fire extinguishing agent passage 9 and the second fire extinguishing agent passage 10 function simultaneously, the present embodiment is provided with a second electromagnetic on-off valve 8 at the outlet end of the fire extinguisher 14, so that the second electromagnetic on-off valve 8 is opened to allow the fire extinguishing agent to enter the first fire extinguishing agent passage 9 and the second fire extinguishing agent passage 10 simultaneously.

The partition plate 4 is arranged in the smoke exhaust pipeline 5 to control the on-off of the smoke exhaust pipeline 5.
