Specifically, the filter frame 22 includes a top filter frame, a left filter frame, a bottom filter frame, and a right filter frame, which are connected in sequence, and the filter frame 22 is provided therein with a filter screen 23, so that a filtering effect on dust and the like can be achieved. In this embodiment, the filter frame 22 is a rectangular frame structure, and the structure of the filter frame is matched with the structure of the connection frame 21, so that the filter frame 22 can be disposed in the connection frame 21.
As shown in fig. 8, a second absorption member 25 is provided on the top filter frame side, and the structure of the second absorption member 25 is matched with the structure of the first absorption member 24. In some embodiments, the bottom of the filter frame 22 is provided with a positioning member, and the structure of the positioning member 9 is matched with the structure of the positioning hole 28, so that the positioning member 29 is inserted into the positioning hole 28. In this embodiment, the positioning element 29 is preferably a columnar structure, and there are two positioning holes 28 and two positioning elements 29.
In some embodiments, the filter frame 22 is provided with fixing flanges 27 at the sides thereof, and the fixing flanges 27 are connected to the reinforcing flange 26, so that the filter frame 22 can be more stably connected to the connection frame 21.

Therefore, the first suction attachment 24 is arranged on the top of the connecting frame 21, and the positioning hole is arranged on the bottom of the connecting frame; the top of the filter frame 22 is provided with a second adsorption part 25, the bottom of the second adsorption part is provided with a positioning column, the first adsorption part 24 and the second adsorption part 25 are attracted by magnetic force to enable the top of the connection frame 21 to be tightly connected with the top of the filter frame 22, and meanwhile, the positioning part is inserted into the positioning hole to enable the bottom of the connection frame 21 to be fixedly connected with the bottom of the filter frame 22. Therefore, when the filter frame 22 needs to be disassembled, the top of the filter frame 22 and the top of the connecting frame 21 are separated by force, and then the positioning piece is pulled out from the positioning hole. Therefore, the technical problem that the filter screen 23 at the air return inlet of the air conditioner is difficult to disassemble in the related art is solved.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, one end of the second casing 12 is provided with an outdoor air outlet 126, and the other end of the second casing 12 is provided with an outdoor air return opening 127. That is, the front end of the second casing 12 is provided with an outdoor air outlet 126, and the rear end of the second casing 12 is provided with an outdoor air return opening 127; or, the front end of the second casing 12 is provided with the outdoor air return opening 127, and the rear end of the second casing 12 is provided with the outdoor air outlet 126, that is, the positions of the outdoor air outlet 126 and the outdoor air return opening 127 can be changed according to actual needs. Wherein, a condensation air duct is formed between the outdoor air outlet 126 and the outdoor air return opening 127. In this embodiment, the outdoor air outlet 126 is disposed at the rear end of the second casing 12, and the outdoor air return opening 127 is disposed at the front end of the second casing 12.
The second casing 12 includes a base 125, and a second front side plate 121, a second left side plate 122, a second rear side plate 124 and a second right side plate 123 which are connected in sequence are arranged on the base 125, and the second left side plate 122 and the second right side plate 123 are both of a non-flanging structure, and can be conveniently detached and maintained by designing the second left side plate 122 and the second right side plate 123 to be of a non-flanging structure. Meanwhile, the second front side plate 121 is provided with an outdoor air return opening 127, and the second rear side plate 124 is provided with an outdoor air outlet 126.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of water-permeable holes 129 are formed in the base 125, so that water can be discharged through the holes 129 when water is introduced into the housing, thereby preventing water from accumulating in the air conditioner. Meanwhile, a plurality of bosses 128 are further disposed on the base 125, and a cavity structure is disposed below the bosses 128.
In some embodiments, in order to allow dust in the external environment to enter the interior of the casing 1, in this embodiment, the filter element 2 is disposed at the outdoor air return opening 127, and the filter element 2 has the same structure as the filter element 2 at the indoor air return opening 117, and will not be described herein again.
In some embodiments, the indoor unit 3 includes an indoor fan assembly 32, an evaporator 31, electrical boxes, system piping, and the like. The indoor fan assembly 32, the evaporator 31, the electrical box and part of the system pipeline are all arranged in the first shell.
The indoor fan unit 32 is provided at the front end of the first casing 11 or at the rear end of the first casing 11, and in the present embodiment, the indoor fan unit 32 is preferably provided at the front end of the first casing 11. The indoor fan assembly 32 includes an indoor fan and an indoor fan mounting bracket, the indoor fan mounting bracket is fixedly disposed on the partition plate, and the indoor fan is disposed in the indoor fan mounting bracket. Meanwhile, the electrical cassette includes a first electrical cassette 34 and a second electrical cassette 35, and the first electrical cassette 34 is provided at a rear end portion of the first casing 11, and the second electrical cassette 35 is provided at a front end portion of the first casing 11.
Meanwhile, a water pan 33 is fixedly arranged on the partition plate, and the evaporator 31 is fixedly arranged on the water pan 33. In this embodiment, the water-receiving tray 33 is a rectangular structure, and is obliquely disposed on the partition plate and extends from the first left side plate 112 to the first right side plate 113, so that the water-receiving tray 33 has a sufficient accommodating cavity to accommodate water. Meanwhile, the distance between the first right side plate 113 and the first left side plate 112 can be effectively reduced, and then the volume of the first shell 11 can be effectively reduced, so that the structure of the air conditioner is more compact. In this embodiment, the evaporator 31 is disposed along the length direction of the water pan 33, and two ends of the evaporator 31 are provided with fasteners, and the two fasteners are respectively fixedly connected to the partition plate, so that the evaporator 31 is fixedly disposed on the water pan 33 by disposing the fasteners.
Therefore, the preparation and the release of cold air are realized through the indoor fan, the evaporator 31, the electric box and the indoor air outlet and the indoor air inlet on the first shell.
The outdoor unit 4 includes an outdoor fan 422 assembly 42, a condenser 41, a compressor 43, and system piping, etc.
The outdoor fan 422 assembly 42 is disposed within the second housing 12, and the outdoor fan 422 assembly 42 is disposed opposite the indoor fan assembly 32. That is, when the indoor fan assembly 32 is provided at the front end portion of the first casing 11, the outdoor fan 422 assembly 42 is provided at the rear end portion of the second casing 12; when the indoor fan assembly 32 is disposed at the rear end portion of the first casing 11, the outdoor fan 422 assembly 42 is disposed at the front end portion of the second casing 12. By arranging the outdoor fan 422 component 42 and the indoor fan component 32 in opposite directions, the resonance caused by return air short circuit and fan vibration can be avoided, and the noise of the whole machine is reduced. In this embodiment, the outdoor fan 422 assembly 42 includes an outdoor fan 422 and an outdoor fan mounting bracket 421, one end of the outdoor fan mounting bracket 421 is fixedly connected to the base 125, and the other end is fixedly connected to the partition plate, that is, the outdoor fan mounting bracket 421 is supported between the base 125 and the partition plate, and the outdoor fan 422 is mounted in the outdoor fan mounting bracket 421.
Meanwhile, a condenser support frame 411 is further disposed in the second casing 12, one end of the condenser support frame 411 is fixedly connected to the base, and the other end thereof is fixedly connected to the partition plate. That is, the condenser support bracket 411 is supported between the base and the partition plate, and is fixedly connected to the base 125 and the partition plate by screws. From this, through condenser support frame 411, outdoor fan mounting bracket 421 respectively with base and division board fixed the meeting to form braced frame, second casing 12, condenser support frame 411, outdoor fan mounting bracket 421 and division board constitute braced frame structure, on this braced frame direct mount first casing 11 and indoor unit 3 can, thereby need not to set up stand bearing structure alone, simplified the structure of air conditioner in some embodiments, make its structure compacter. In this embodiment, the condenser supporting frame 411 is obliquely disposed in the second casing 12, and the second right side plate 123 extends to the second left side plate 122, so that the distance between the second right side plate 123 and the second left side plate 122 is effectively reduced, and the volume of the second casing 12 can be effectively reduced, thereby making the structure of the air conditioner more compact.
In some embodiments, the compressor 43 is disposed at one side of the condenser 41, and the partition plate is provided with a connection hole through which one end of the system pipe is connected to the compressor 43 and the other end thereof is connected to the evaporator 31. Meanwhile, the compressor 43 is provided with a plurality of fixing members 431, and the fixing members 431 are fixedly provided on the bosses 128 of the base by bolts. In this embodiment, the fixing members 431 are preferably three, which are uniformly distributed on the outer circumference of the compressor 43. The fixing part 431 comprises a fixing part and an installation part, the fixing part is of a plate-shaped structure and is fixedly connected with the outer end face of the compressor 43, the installation part is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the fixing part and extends towards the base 125, the installation part is preferably of a columnar structure, an installation hole is formed in the installation part, a through hole is formed in the boss 128, the installation part abuts against the boss 128 and is communicated with the through hole, a bolt sequentially penetrates through the through hole and the installation hole, and a bolt head is clamped in a cavity below the boss 128, so that the fixing part 431 is fixedly connected with the boss 128, the compressor 43 is further fixedly connected with the base, a supporting effect on the compressor 43 can be increased by arranging the boss 128, the supporting strength is increased, and meanwhile, the protruding bolt is avoided.
In summary, the connecting frame 21 is fixedly arranged at the air return opening, the first suction piece 24 is arranged at the top of the connecting frame 21, the positioning hole is formed in the bottom of the connecting frame, the filter frame 22 is arranged at the connecting frame 21, the filter screen 23 is arranged in the filter frame 22, the second suction piece 25 is arranged at the top of the filter frame 22, the positioning piece is arranged at the bottom of the connecting frame, the first suction piece 24 and the second suction piece 25 are attracted by magnetic force to enable the top of the connecting frame 21 and the top of the filter frame 22 to be fastened and connected, and meanwhile, the positioning piece is inserted into the positioning hole, so that the bottom of the connecting frame 21 and the bottom of the filter frame 22 are fixedly connected. Meanwhile, a first limiting component is arranged at the top of the connecting frame 21 and comprises a first limiting part 11 and a second limiting part 212, the first limiting part 11 and the second limiting part 212 form a bending structure, so that a first limiting groove 215 is formed between the first limiting part 11 and the second limiting part 212, the top of the filter frame 22 is clamped in the first limiting groove 215, and meanwhile, the first suction part 24 and the second suction part 25 are sucked, so that the top of the filter frame 22 is stably arranged at the top of the connecting frame 21; and the bottom of the connecting frame 21 is provided with a second limiting component, and the second limiting component includes a third limiting member 213 and a fourth limiting member 214, the third limiting member 213 and the fourth limiting member 214 form a bending structure, so that a second limiting groove 216 is formed between the third limiting member 213 and the fourth limiting member 214, the bottom of the filter frame 22 is clamped in the second limiting groove 216, and the positioning member is inserted into the positioning hole, so that the lower portion of the filter frame 22 is stably arranged at the top of the connecting frame 21. By adopting the structure, when the filter frame 22 is required to be disassembled, the top of the filter frame 22 and the top of the connecting frame 21 are separated only by force, and then the positioning piece is taken out from the positioning hole, so that the disassembly and the assembly of the filter frame 22 can be realized without disassembling any part in the process. The technical problem that the filter screen 23 at the air return inlet of the air conditioner is difficult to disassemble in the related technology is solved.
For a more clear description of the present application, the following description of the installation steps of the present application will be made in some embodiments by taking the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 9 as examples:
when the outdoor cabinet air conditioner is assembled, the compressor 43, the outdoor fan assembly 42 and the condenser 41 are installed first, and the condenser 41 is fixed by the condenser support bracket 411. After the condenser support frame 411 and the outdoor fan mounting frame 421 are supported and arranged on the base 125, the partition plates are arranged, and the partition plates are fastened with the outdoor fan mounting frame 421 and the condenser support frame 411 through screws, so that a support frame structure is formed.
The evaporator 31 is installed after the outdoor unit supporting frame is completed, and is fixed to the partition plate by an installation base at the bottom of the water collector 33, and the evaporator 31 is fixed to the water collector 33 by two front and rear fixing members 431. After evaporator 31 is fixed, system's pipeline equipment and welding can be carried out, and at this moment, second casing 12 is frame construction, does not influence pipeline welding operation, and simultaneously, the stability of installed part in the casing can be guaranteed through the support of a plurality of parts.
After the pipeline is welded, a second left side plate 122, a second right side plate 123, a second front side plate 121 and a second rear side plate 124 can be installed, an outdoor air outlet plate is installed at a position where an outdoor air outlet 126 is arranged, and an outdoor air return plate is installed at a position where an outdoor air return opening 127 is arranged. Then, a first left side plate 112, a first right side plate 113, a first front side plate 111, a first rear side plate 114 and a first top plate 115 are installed, an indoor air outlet plate is installed at a position where an indoor air outlet 116 is arranged, and an indoor air return plate is installed at a position where an indoor air return opening 117 is arranged; thus completing the installation of the outdoor air-conditioning cabinet.
Based on the above, the present application has at least the following technical effects and advantages:

a filter assembly arranged at the air return opening and comprising,
