The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art.
The present embodiment provides an air conditioner that performs a cooling and heating cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The cooling and heating cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies a refrigerant medium to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a refrigerating effect by heat exchange with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, and an outdoor fan, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes a portion of an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan, and a throttling device (e.g., a capillary tube or an electronic expansion valve) may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. The air conditioner performs a heating mode when the indoor heat exchanger serves as a condenser, and performs a cooling mode when the indoor heat exchanger serves as an evaporator.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger are switched to be used as a condenser or an evaporator, a four-way valve is generally adopted, and specific reference is made to the arrangement of a conventional air conditioner, which is not described herein again.
The refrigeration working principle of the air conditioner is as follows: the compressor works to enable the interior of the indoor heat exchanger (in the indoor unit, the evaporator at the moment) to be in an ultralow pressure state, liquid refrigerant in the indoor heat exchanger is rapidly evaporated to absorb heat, air blown out by the indoor fan is cooled by the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger to become cold air which is blown into a room, the evaporated and vaporized refrigerant is compressed by the compressor, is condensed into liquid in a high-pressure environment in the outdoor heat exchanger (in the outdoor unit, the condenser at the moment) to release heat, and the heat is dissipated into the atmosphere through the outdoor fan, so that the refrigeration effect is achieved by circulation.
The heating working principle of the air conditioner is as follows: the gaseous refrigerant is pressurized by the compressor to become high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and the high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the indoor heat exchanger (the condenser at the moment), is condensed, liquefied and released heat to become liquid, and simultaneously heats indoor air, so that the aim of increasing the indoor temperature is fulfilled. The liquid refrigerant is decompressed by the throttling device, enters the outdoor heat exchanger (an evaporator at the moment), is evaporated, gasified and absorbs heat to form gas, absorbs the heat of outdoor air (the outdoor air becomes cooler) to form gaseous refrigerant, and enters the compressor again to start the next cycle.
Referring to fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present application, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner for connecting an indoor unit of the air conditioner includes:
the air conditioner comprises a shell 1, wherein an air inlet (not marked) is formed in the side part of the shell 1, and an air outlet (not marked) is formed in the upper part of the shell 1;
an outdoor heat exchanger 2, the outdoor heat exchanger 2 being disposed in the casing 1;
the cross-flow fan 3 is arranged in the shell 1 and used for driving air to exchange heat with the outdoor heat exchanger 2;
the outdoor heat exchanger 2 covers the air inlet, an air inlet cavity is formed between the shell 1 and the outdoor heat exchanger 2, the cross-flow fan 3 is transversely arranged above the outdoor heat exchanger 2, an inlet of the cross-flow fan 3 is communicated with the air inlet cavity, and an outlet of the cross-flow fan 3 is communicated with the air outlet.
In the actual use process, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is installed outdoors. After the air conditioner is started, the cross flow fan 3 is electrified and rotated, and negative pressure is formed in the air inlet cavity under the action of the cross flow fan 3. The outside air enters the air inlet cavity through the air inlet on the shell 1, and in the process that the air enters the heat exchange air inlet cavity, the air is contacted with the outdoor heat exchanger 2 to realize heat exchange.
Due to the adoption of the cross flow fan 3, the air conditioner outdoor unit has the characteristic of low noise, and the mute operation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is further realized. Meanwhile, an air inlet cavity is formed between the outdoor heat exchanger 2 and the shell 1, so that the requirement of air inlet of the cross-flow fan 3 is met.
More importantly, the cross flow fan 3 is positioned above the outdoor heat exchanger 2 and is integrally arranged at the upper position of the shell 1, and the cross flow fan 3 is transversely arranged. Thus, when maintenance is needed, an operator can conveniently detach the cross-flow fan 3 from the top of the casing 1 for maintenance; meanwhile, when assembling, it is only necessary to put the cross flow fan 3 from the top of the casing 1 and place it above the outdoor heat exchanger 2.
In the dismounting process, the required upper maintenance space is smaller, and the outdoor heat exchanger 2 does not need to be dismounted, so that the maintenance difficulty is greatly reduced, and the convenience is brought to the quick maintenance of operators.
In some embodiments of the present application, crossflow blower 3 includes a volute 31, a crossflow fan 32, and a motor 33; the bottom of the volute 31 forms the inlet, the side of the volute 31 forms the outlet, the cross-flow fan 32 is arranged in the volute 31, and the motor 33 is arranged outside the volute 31 and used for driving the cross-flow fan 32 to rotate; the volute 31 is detachably mounted on the top of the housing 1.
When assembling the crossflow blower 3, the scroll casing 31, the crossflow fan 32 and the motor 33 in the crossflow blower 3 are assembled in advance, and then the scroll casing 31 is fixedly installed in the top of the casing 1 in the lateral direction. Meanwhile, at the time of maintenance, the cross-flow fan 3 is removed integrally by being removed from the casing 1 through the volute 31.
In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is integrally a plate-shaped structure, and the front surface of the housing 1 is provided with the air inlet. The outdoor heat exchanger 2 is of a plate-shaped structure as a whole and is disposed on the front surface of the casing 1 so as to shield an air inlet formed on the front surface by the outdoor heat exchanger 2.
In order to obtain a sufficiently large heat exchange area, the outdoor heat exchanger 2 covers the front surface of the casing 1 to the maximum extent inside the casing 1. Therefore, in the height direction, the outdoor heat exchanger 2 covers the entire front surface of the casing 1 in the height direction.
In another embodiment, in order to facilitate installation of electronic components such as an electronic control board, a vertically arranged baffle 11 is further disposed in the casing 1, and the outdoor heat exchanger 2, the bottom plate, the back plate, and the first side plate of the casing 1 form the air intake cavity.
Specifically, the air inlet cavity is surrounded by the outdoor heat exchanger 2, the casing 1 and the baffle 11, and the electronic components such as the electronic control board are arranged outside the baffle 11.
In some embodiments of the present application, a second side plate of the housing 1 is provided with a heat dissipation opening (not shown), and the first side plate is arranged opposite to the second side plate; the baffle 11 is located at the inner side of the second side plate, and an electrical installation cavity 10 is formed between the baffle 11 and the second side plate.
In the operation process of the air conditioner, heat is generated for the electric control board, and the heat generated by the electric control board is dissipated to the outside through the heat dissipation port on one side, so that the stable and reliable operation of the electric control board is ensured.
Third embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the cross section of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 is an annular structure having an opening. Therefore, the periphery of the shell 1 is uniformly distributed with the outdoor heat exchanger 2, and correspondingly, the periphery of the shell 1 is provided with the air inlets so as to meet the requirement of uniform air inlet heat exchange of the periphery of the outdoor heat exchanger 2.
Likewise, for the outdoor heat exchanger 2, a split design may also be adopted, i.e. the outdoor heat exchanger 2 comprises two sub heat exchanges (not shown), and the two sub heat exchanges are oppositely arranged in the casing 1. In some embodiments of the present application, the cross section of the sub heat exchange is a U-shaped structure.
In some embodiments of the present application, a partition 12 is disposed in the housing 1, and an electrical installation cavity is formed between the partition 12 and a bottom plate of the housing 1.
Specifically, the air inlet cavity is surrounded by the outdoor heat exchanger 2, the shell 1 and the bottom partition plate 12. Since the outdoor heat exchangers 2 are distributed around the periphery, in order to facilitate the placement of electronic components such as electronic control boards, a partition plate 12 is disposed in a lower region inside the casing 1, so that an electrical installation cavity is formed at the bottom of the casing 1 by the partition plate 12.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. However, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical substance of the present invention still belong to the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
